Easy to follow site, purchase was easy. Arrived fairly quickly. Communicated delays.

Blinds delivered on time in great condition. Easy to install and look great.

These blinds are fine, particularly for in inset mount.but the less expensive ones, at least, end up looking rather messy on the top. The brackets remain visible even with the extra clips and slats provided. As an architect I find the double slat look clunky so reduced it to one, but still, it's not a very clean look. That said, for the price, they are fine. I'd work on that top detail, however.

Not sure if it the shade hardware that needs adjusting or just measurement is off. Still struggling ti get them up.

Great! Blinds are just spectacular! We order levolor faux wood blinds in walnut and they are doing a wonderful job beating the heat this summer. We couldn't be happier.

Easy ordering online and a great selection to choose from. Orders are filled quickly and easy to install. Great prices is an extra bonus.

One set of blinds had the wrong color tape.
A call to company said they don't make them in that color anymore, and was going to check with manufacturing to see what they could do.
Haven't heard anything since.
Also, I was sure I ordered top down- bottom up comb shades, cause I ordered them through a representative.
They came bottom up only,
The packing list shows bottom up, but I ordered them through a representative, so I didn't enter the order.
Of course there will be no proof without the conversation being recorded.
We ordered from American because our first experience was great.
This one was disappointing.
Only two of five blinds ordered were right.

Great website-easy to navigate and order. I'm a repeat customer for the bamboo blinds in Hatteras Camel-they look and function great!

Brackets did not work with our order. Company sent new ones expedited but a little frustrating as it still took a week to receive. Such a tiny difference in the look of both that they can be easily mistaken. Perhaps a more distinctive look would help.
