Took a phone call to great customer service agent to figure out how to put the blinds up. After figuring it out it was fine. Don't like the cord on the backside of the blinds.

I did have to phone on the last day of the sale because I always wait too long and even then he helped as much as his time would allow. But don't do what I did and wait to the last day of the sale to get your questions answered before placing the order!
