Good selection of blinds, easy to pick out and order the blinds that I wanted.

Having the ability to wait for the 40-50% off sales has been a very nice luxury for us. The Designer faux wood blinds in alabaster color were a perfect fit in our home and the quality appears to be very good for the price. I love the ease which these are to install in the existing blind mounts. It's an easy out and in and I'm done.

My experience was excellent. The website was easy to navigate. I received my order ahead of schedule. One of the blinds was not working correctly and I called and talked to a rep. She was very friendly and professional. It was decided a new one was needed. She ordered it and it came within 3 weeks. I am extremely pleased with the product and service. Thank you!

It was a nice surprise to receive the blinds early. They looked great. Although two of the blinds were measured in error, (doubled checked and not from my part), they fit the windows alright. I'd buy again.

Needed custom blind at reasonable price for garage window, easy process and happy with the product! Will order from American Blinds again, when on sale.

I originally ordered blinds in a ruby color. After a month long delay I inquired about the delay. I was informed they were out of stock and it could be another month. I cancelled it and switched to another color which arrived in a timely manner and look fine. I was disappointed I was not informed of the delay until I was the one who had to make the inquiry. You should be more proactive in letting your customer know what is happening. I am otherwise very satisfied with blinds I have now received.

They arrived quickly and the price was great. I would order again.

Blind arrived in good condition and appeared to be good quality. However, after installation, there is a problem either the blind closing properly. I contacted Customer Service and was sent an installation video which confirmed the blind had been installed as directed. I have yet to hear back from Customer Service as I was told they would contact the manufacturer. Will reach out to them again to hopefully resolve this issue.

Measuring instructions were easy to follow, ordering was simple. They arrived in a very timely manner. The shipping was geared to protection of the blinds. Easy installation.
The shades operate flawlessly. So happy with our order. Thank you.
