Has products for the whole family and at a good cost
When I am looking for a deal, Amazon never lets me down. I recently went to Best Buy to purchase a screen saver, their price was about $12.00 each. I came home and ordered a package of 2 from Amazon for $6.00!
Merchandise arrived quickly and in great condition. Really pleased with the cost as well.

I LOVE these guys! Shipping is usually shockingly fast, they are outstanding about returns, if you have a problem with one of their suppliers, they will help you resolve the issue and they are wonderful about handling special situations. I do about 95% of all my non-grocery shopping through Amazon. My only complaint is the product descriptions are super weak - I have to search and search elsewhere online to find good descriptions before deciding on a purchase.

I use Amazon regularly although not based in the US and would have to say the service has always been excellent. Its too expensive for me to make returns (shipping back to the US from Australia is way to expensive) but i understand that fact so am careful when i make purchase decisions. Its been my experience that most US companies have far better customer service than those here in Australia and its one of the big reasons why i like to buy from Amazon (plus the prices are usually more competitive!

Amazon is one of the most trustworthy online sellers. I've bought tons of things from Amazon, from socks to sheets, even books. I have never had any type of issue with Amazon. Everything has always came on time. The free trial of prime offered to students is also very beneficial. The first place I check online when I need anything is always Amazon.
Love most everything about Amazon except that they don't offer KindleUnlimited in Canada and the sales page did not disclose that. I was very disappointed when my gift to my mother-in-law caused her to spend hours in tech support hell trying to figure out what to do.
Love the free two day shipping with Prime, also the live video streaming, could have more video options and have to watch te pricing b/c not always the best deal online. Still a great online shopping aervice with options as great fraud protection!
I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon especially toys for my son. All the toys come okay. The quality is good, just what I expected. My only problem is buying clothes from Amazon. The quality isn't that good as to what you will get when you buy direct from a store. All the clothing are made in China. It doesn't matter what brand you buy. I believe Amazon is involved in fraud. They're practicing double standards by allowing certain sellers including themselves of course, to list items that violate their own policy, while the other sellers get booted. Besides, Amazon is competing with their own sellers by listing identical items at a lower price. SUCKS

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
