I love Amazon! I have been shopping with them for years now. I have amazon prime, so I can get 2 day free shipping on most of the items I buy. I do 80% of all my birthday and Christmas shopping through Amazon, because it is so convenient. I buy clothes all the time through Amazon, and unlike my other review for dresslily - they have Hasselfree returns. During Christmas, we purchased a planer for a gift and upon arrival saw it was much smaller than what the picture seemed to show. We laughed, because we couldn't believe anyone would be able to write plans in a book so small, and the price was crazy for a book of blank pages so tiny. So we filed for a return. Amazon quickly refunded or money, and told us to keep the tiny little planer. It was so easy, and has been everytime I have needed to do a return- which really hasn't been that often. If you have been living under a rock and have never shopped with Amazon -What are you waiting for. Life is easy with Amazon ' s selection and 2 day shipping. OH!... And they have books and movies tv shows that you can watch if you get the Amazon Prime. Amazon really truly is my favorite store to shop at.

I love doing business with Amazon. They are reliable to a fault! They correct any issues immediately. They credit your account as soon as it is picked up by the delivery service! I use them more and more for everything I purchase.
Love Amazon Prime. We have a cabin that is off the grid so most everything needs to come in on a truck. Well, Amazon is our best friend when were out there. With Prime, we get two day shipping and if it ships Fedex, they will deliver right to our door, two track and all.
I LOVE AMAZON SO MUCH! I'm in college (AKA I'm broke usually lol) and I decided to get Prime. I got it for 6 months with no charge and once I do get charged instead of the normal $99 it's only $49! Since I've gotten Prime I have (no exaggeration) ordered over 30 orders within those 6 months. 2 days FREE shipping. It's a win. If you're against all things Prime then that's okay too.
They have wishlists so you can save items and so that people can buy them for you. Hint hint to people who are hard to buy for. And even though it's from different sellers 90% of the time I can find something on amazon for way cheaper than any store is selling it for. I've gotten ALL types of things from bulk body jewelry to candy sent from Germany. Pots and pans, snacks etc. If you are looking for something, always check Amazon.
I bought a pair of shoes via an amazon marketplace (3rd party seller) and they sent me the completely wrong style of shoe - but correct size! The amazon customer service team were just fantastic. Responded to my email within 24 hours, refunded me in 3 days and offered me free shipping if I decided to reorder the correct shoes. I did not have to deal with the other seller and it was completely painless. Would buy anything from amazon with complete confidence. Very impressive.
Amazon has never let me down! They protect the privacy of their buyers and they stand by their commitment on deliveries, availabilities, product and returns. I am always happy to follow up with their needed feedback as to how the seller did. That is what puts them above the rest, that and value.

Now I didn't expect Amazon, or anybody else for that fact, to have it but they did and it was only $6.00. I couldn't believe it.
Amazon is the best. The prime membership is well worth the annual fee - sometimes I order an item and it is by my back door the next day. Customer service is the best I have ever encountered. They stand by their customers and will work to reconcile any issues be it an issue with one of their vendors or late shipping.

I've been an Amazon Prime member for over a year now and I must say if you buy from Amazon often, it's worth the $99 fee to be a prime member. If you're a student, they offer you a free 6 month trial and after 6 months, you only pay $49. It will charge your card automatically. They send you emails keeping you updated on when they will charge your card. Should it charge your card and you decide you didn't want it renewed, you have up to 10 days to get a refund as long as you don't use the Prime benefits. Which isn't standard with most online memberships.
The free 2 day shipping saves a bunch of time and the $3.99 one day shipping came in handy for last minute Christmas gifts.
The instant streaming for prime members is not something that I didn't use often. Once I did stream a video and it was of poor quality so I didn't get to watch it, however Amazon promptly offered me a refund without even asking.
Amazon has great customer service and they quickly try to resolve any issue that you may have. If you purchase often from Amazon.com then the prime membership is definitely worth your while.

I've been a customer of Amazon for many years. Once my shipment was lost and they immediately sent me my order Priority Post and I got it within 48 hours. I think they do an exceptional job with customer service considering they are such a large company.
Amazon is fine until something goes wrong with your order --- then it's almost impossible to get them to fix it, or even admit that they made a mistake. I will NEVER shop at Amazon again! There's plenty of other places to buy almost anything they have at Amazon, so I refuse to be treated like that ever again.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
