When I first found Amazon, I thought I had discovered the Arc of the Covenant! That was many years ago however. Now I find that some of their marketers are very unreliable. It is hard to get hold of the right people when needed or get a response from them. When you contact Amazon with the problem, they always have to "Investigate" your claim. My last complaint took over a month, because seller wasn't responding to them either! What was to investigate? I did not receive my merchandise, and I had sent copies of email to Amazon, that I had sent to the seller, trying to resolve the issue, ones which went unanswered to this day! I finally got a resolution. It was, "Okay, here's a refund!" No reason, no explanation, and no GPS, so my trip had to be cancelled and rescheduled, and a last minute GPS was purchased from another retailer, costing me more than I wanted to pay and that it was worth, because I was left in the lurch. To add insult to injury, Amazon is still allowing this seller to sell on their site. Amazon prices are not what they used to be and the shipping costs will eat you up! They have outgrown their usefulness. I'll shop there if I have to, if I can't find what I want any where else.

Amazon is the best. Anything that I ever need is available there. Seriously, ive never been looking for any item that i couldn't find on amazon. The prices are always fair and plus with prime I can get free two day shipping. Which I cant even begin to describe how much I love that. The customer service is always extremely good and they are excellent about having to have returns or if your package gets lost or damaged. They are very easy to work with and by far my favorite for online shopping.

From the few times I used Amazon, I was very satisfied. Even while I live in another country, they still deliver fast and the prices are good. They have a good choice in everything and sometimes it can be hard to make a choice. I always like to have a look by the bargains and todays deals.

You'll have to junk your Kindle and get a Windows Ready Laptop,!

I am a frequent online shopper so I signed up for Prime. I am becoming more and more frustrated with the service. They will allow members to list items as prime eligible and then the product isn't available to ship for a month. Also, I have major price gouging so be an informed consumer about half the time it is actually a deal or just fair market value. Also pay attention to the availability to ship terms very small and often don't appear until you add it to your cart.

Amazon has become a growing convenience in shopping. It is good for many books which are not too specialised, for electrical items, for household items. Service I have found is generally excellent and payment can be linked with PayPal.

From a merchant on Amazon. I did get a replacement of the item and it was of poor quality.It was a stuffed animal and it came so out of shape it did not stand up as it should

I definitely give this site a 5 for a few reasons. Every time I'm in need of something and can't find it I go straight to Amazon and they have it. From baby food or any baby item to fishing, jewelry perfume, favors, electronics and etc. they got it! Their prices are usually good not great but I noticed that the more the items get viewed the higher the cost gets! So when you see it buy it otherwise when you view it again the price will most likely be a little or even significantly higher! But it is an all in one online store with great or even free shipping most of the time. Shop on.
