Almost everything is available on Amazon... even things that I cannot find anywhere else. It is never a problem to meet the $35 minimum purchase requirement to get free shipping. Prices for multiples of food items are unbelievably low, so I order by the case of canned organic tomatoes, for example, or anything else I use often. I am always surprised at the quick delivery time in my city... often the next day. I once was sent a case of dented cans and it was replaced within 48 hours. The returned case was picked up at my front door shortly after I called to tell Amazon about the bad shipment. I also like that Kindle books can be ordered on this website and can be almost instantly downloaded to my Android tablet. Good products... but good service is everything!

We order a crocs ultraviolet sneaker W5 but it was not of proper size and we call them several time in that one told do this and another told this due to this we were fedup in returning the product and they did not helped so much in return it

Amazon is a great financial success. I'm an investor and customer - but their customer service is insulting and incompetent. While, they generally provide a good selling service experience on simple common items, where they fail utterly is trying to understand what would make their customers - better customers on something that requires accurate dimensions, weights, and colors:
1. There is no contact point on the Amazon site for communication regarding Amazon customer service - just third party sellers.
2. Amazon does a miserable job at policing its sellers and their own ads regarding standardizing product descriptions and making sure they are correct. About 80% of Amazon product ads are incorrect or incomplete regarding critical specifications of the their products.
I would have much rather dealt with Amazon directly, but again they have no Amazon service feed back or way of reaching customer service directly on their web site. Even though Amazon is clearly successful, as an investor and a customer - I know they could be far more successful if they provided a method and listened to their customers.
I purchased things endlessly on Amazon for a number of years. Then they raised the minimum purchase from $25 to $35 to qualify for the free economy shipping. It cut my purchases down about 75%.
When I am shopping, Amazon is the first stop. We are prime members, as of last year, since we buy so often we knew it was time to take advantage of two-day shipping. Even when I am out black Friday shopping, I am standing in line, shopping in my Amazon app, haha. I love the return policy. If I have a question, my question is answered immediately. When a price drops soon after I have bought something, I know I can contact customer support and get the difference back. Best place to shop!

Ordered a textbook for my daughter from Amazon. It began falling apart after 5 weeks... pages falling out everywhere, binding breaking down. First time I contacted Amazon they said I could order another one and they would send me a return label so I could return the first book for a full refund. Liars! Got an email saying their "A to Z Guarantee Team" had decided that I waited too long (more than 2 weeks) to claim the book was defective. So it's my fault that the book took 5 weeks to fall apart instead of 2? Appealed their decision, was turned down again. They put a block on my emails asking for reconsideration!
I will never shop Amazon again unless I absolutely have to. I should have bought the book at my community college bookstore, where they have some ethics and would have happily helped me return the book for a refund.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
