Been using Amazon for several years. Great prices, returns are no problem, shipping is fast and communication is excellent. Have had to deal with vendors directly a few times and thru have always been great. Like the title of this review says if it's not on Amaxon it probably doesn't exist, my "go to" site for most of my shopping.
I've been an Amazon customer since 2006 and I have never been disappointed with any of their business practices. I am more impressed with their awesome customer service. They have replaced stolen or missing items without question and I usually receive my items that very week, if not the next day.
I will always recommend Amazon to anyone.
Amazon began the entire online shopping and shipping experience; I use them over and over for everything from vitamins to clothing and electronics. It's a metalevel umbrella for pretty much anything I could wish for. The capitalist materialist in me is beckoned by it.

I have been shopping in Amazon for quite a long time. I started by buying books. Then I bought Kindles. I have four Kindles as of today because I am a reading enthusiast. During the time I was buying books and Kindles, I discovered other areas of shopping and I am glad I did so. This is the easiest way of shopping, and for several years now, I haven't died of fatigue by going from store to store to find any one item. The best thing I can say about Amazon is their consistency and promptness. Whatever I have ordered always arrived on time, and the only thing I returned was accepted with courtesy. Aside having good prices and fair trading, Amazon is a place one can find just about anything. Which consumer could ask for more?

I've used Amazon for quite a few purchases and have been very pleased. The search format is great. The order process is good - and I really like their "Wish List". It gives me time to think "Do I really want this?"
So far every order has been fulfilled promptly and the merchandise has been as good or better than I've expected.

Been using Wag.com for high end pet foods (Wellness brand). During the summer of 2015, HUGE price increases. Called Wellness directly and was assured that the price increase was not manufacturer's increase; simply a retail decision. Switched to chewy.com for the same identical since July of this year, have saved almost $200.00. Recommend switching to the more reasonable chewy.com for substantial savings.
Amazon Prime is the best service I had using so far, amazing products with the best discounts and the fastest delivery. Its so hard for the competitors when Amazon Prime is on the Market, you can't beat that. Not to mention the new option - 1 Hour Delivery. My last two year purchase are only from Amazon and I am always satisfied with the service.

They are great package's can be tracked and prompt delivery even when they are coming from china not like trends gal and customer service are courteous and returned money asap when I received wrong stuff thumbs up
It's mostly good, a great range, but they don't properly disclose when products will or won't deliver internationally. It's a big waste of time adding them to the cart to find out later that I can't buy them.
So far they haven't let me down. I always order from prime and I get my thing on time. One time I order items worth $100 and the ups gave me an open box and ran so Ilene right away that I was missing items so I contact Amazon and they sending me my products the next day.
Website is easy to navigate, variety is amazing and so is the price.
