I just made some purchases for Christmas on Amazon and I am pleased to share my positive experience. First of all, I was looking for a reliable market place because I wanted to grab my items fast. What I can say is that most of sellers are honest on the website, and if you deal directly with Amazon you are full securized for your purchase. There is also an option called Premium that worth if you buy a lot of and make Amazon your favorite online shop. Personally, I received all my orders from different sellers in less than a week, with the right items and no return, so I am fully satisfied and recommend this market place.

It had always been so very easy to manage my Kindle Fire content, borrowing and purchasing e-books, audio-books, downloading apps., etc., Until this past month when I got in touch with Amazon regarding deleting some e-books, audio-books, hypnosis & meditations that I had purchased recently and several years ago. My storage space is running low and since all of the above mentioned items had previously been read/listened to as a medical condition reduces the amount of time I can read. Printed text. Unfortunately, every inquiry that was sent Amazon (about permanently deleting the books) has been sent to Audible who has no idea how to remove the content. My only option at this point would be to delete my Kindle Fire content completely and start from scratch -- that would entail my de-registering my Kindle Fire and re-purchasing the e-books, Audio-books, hypnosis and meditations that I still want and listen to. This has been an ongoing inquiry for well over a month and I'm getting absolutely nowhere, prior to Audible's involvement in this "immersion reading" nonsense, there was no problem at all with managing my content myself through Amazon's web site. The problem appears to be that the items being referred to were prior to Audible's involvement with Amazon books and they really do not know how to delete content. Guess they didn't think that far ahead -- did they -- Thanks2Net?

There packaging is usually top notch, there customer care team typically will handle your issues asap, and if an order gets lost or damaged, they'll typically expedite a replacement right away and as in my case with a lost package, upgraded the shipping to ensure the replacement arrived quickly. Having lived in rural areas Amazon has provided metropolitan selections even though I was miles away. All my xperiences have been positive. I suggest paying for Amazon Prime. The free regular shipping usually works, but if I need an order quick I can upgrade.

I ordered three items from Amazon and only two came in the mail. I was very upset about this and emailed them right away. Almost immediately Amazon responded saying they had replaced my order for the item and would ship it no charge!
I love Amazon! They truly have the best customer service. They are friendly, understanding and always fix the issue. When my order came broken, they sent me another one overnight and refunded the cost. The site has anything you could think of at great prices.
They send items not even close to what is pictured? Seller (dal1196golf) sent wrong and destroyed items, I took pics and he spued bodily fluids in the envelope which amazon got everything and still does nothing but let seller sell? All I asked for was shipping address from him. Amazon could careless, as the seller not only threatened me, but verbally abused me, and continues to send messages through the us mail, abusing my personal information, amazon claims their investigating, 3 weeks later even with all the proof I submitted, the said its a rare case? Yeh right

I ordered this item 2 weeks ago, and hopes to receive it before christmas in order to gift wrap it. I just found out today at 6am EST that AMAZON cancelled the order due to product availability. I called customer service to request why it was available 2 weeks ago and why I'm just now finding out about this being cancelled. The SUPERVISOR said sorry the orders are based on priority and told me to reorder it through another seller, and hope that I receive it by Christmas, after I explained this was not an issue she stated she attempted to call a 3rd party vendor to get one directly shipped to me. But all she really did was disconnect the phone after an hour and 20 mins waiting with multiple hold times. This was shocking to have happen, but even more shocking is that when I called right back I was just told that I could reorder it and get a gift card. As this is their issue I feel like they need to reorder it at no cost to me and send it next day. The resolution was to close my account with amazon. This was the most poor customer service I have ever received. I will no longer do business AMAZON. Amazon is horrible at resolving in customers favor, even when they know that they are dead wrong. Furthermore, I will be canceling my chase amazon card due to this poor inconvenience and they didn't even seem to care. Its truly sad.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
