Amazon Prime rules, I don't know how I ever did without it. Returns beyond easy, pricing fair. All I can say is, poor UPS man, I keep him busy thanks to Amazon.com
I'm a Prime member and Amazon is my "go to" for anything and everything! They HAVE everything, and usually at the lowest price! On the very rare occasion when there's a problem, replacement or refund is a snap. I LOVE AMAZON!

I would like to say that every transaction on Amazon has been a great one, but that has not been the case. The thing is that the bad transactions have been properly taken care of by the company. They have the consumers interest at heart and they prove it time after time. In over 10 years, I have spent over $30,000.00 at Amazon.com and its all been money well spent. Last year I relocated to the Orient and have used Lazada.com and Aliexpress.com. Lazada does pretty good but they need to work on their shipping and delivery. Aliexpress is a joke and wouldn't trust them with my mother-in-laws dead cat. Hopefully more online sellers will study Amazon and try to emulate them.
My friend and my brother always buy from here just because of its amazing services and quality products... my brother ordered many things from here. Mobile phone, ipad, laptop. And every time amazon provide good offers and good services..

I have been an Amazon shopper for years now. They consistently offer great prices, quality products, superior delivery and consistently above expected customer service. Just recently, I received 2 iPhone cases that are the wrong size through an error on my part. I emailed the seller explaining the situation and they replied the very next day. Not only are they sending me the correct size, but told me not to worry about returning the wrong sized ones. This is especially nice as the seller is from China so I would have had to deal with international shipping issues. This is just one of the many, many positive experiences I have had with Amazon. I highly RECCOMEND you give them a try if you haven't allready.
Scanning some good stuff here and bought a products that is truly amazing and eBook for addition.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
