I am shopping from past 13 years, and I never got disappointed with their service. Free shipping for orders more than $25 and free return shipping for products that are defective.
The price is literally at your fingertips. Sure, you might not be able to by the product right then & there --but go for a walk or something & save your damn money. I promise, you'll be able to wait a few days without your material possession. Thanks Amazon for not taxing $100 on the items made in china!

I don't know why they call it Prime anymore. They don't deliver in 2 days like they used to. So I don't know why I spend my hundred dollars a year for this sorry delivery service they have. I have ordered several items but never get here on time I have ordered one item that I never got. So I will not be renewing my Prime Membership it's not worth the money that's the whole point of the Prime membership is when I order it if I want it in 2 days I should get it in 2 days not 3 days or not when they decide to deliver it. All this happened in the past two years I've been a Prime member for over 5 years everything changed up when they started going to the US Postal Service I even had stuff come in from the US Postal Service as I get is the package somebody to Doug to contents out. Like I said no need to renew my Prime Membership if this is how they going to treat a Prime member. All they want to do is add you another month on when you call with a complaint. They just ain't cutting the mustard no more tired of everything coming in late or not coming in at all or coming in and no contents into package.

For more than ten years I did 99% of my shopping on Amazon, with $180-130 a month for Subscribe n Save. I am a disabled senior and the door to door shipping is very important to me. Last year I spent $6400 in all. In December Amazon decided to save shipping money by dumping all boxes (even 40 pound, 3 ft long boxes) at the post office for buyers to drive and pick up. I called and emailed twice, begging for home delivery, to no avail. Ended my buying and found everything on other sites, no shipping, no membership fees, delivered to my door.

I would have definitely given it a 5 star rating but the only reason why I gave a 4 is my recent shopping experience with a book that has been out of stock since the past two weeks. I have been contacting Amazon to know how long will the book take to be back in stock- they replied twice and then said they can't help me further with the issue. My question is since Amazon has that book in its listing then it is Amazon's responsibility to bring t back in stock and secondly who else shall I contact to know about the book?

Amazon is one of the BEST online stores for returns, tracking and for seeking out customer reviews and input. Returns and lost items are replaced and money returned timely and without a hassle of any type, unlike my experience with Nordstrom.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
