Like the other reviewers I have a big issue when it comes to their delivery. Almost nothign comes on time and the new drivers have attitude issues. My life is already complicated so I don't need to add stress in areas that should be stress free. I am using them less and less,
I've been a prime member for years. In the past things were great. The last few months have been horrible. The driver's are lazy and my packages never arrive on time. What's the point of paying for a service when you don't get the benefits of the service?
I got my item in the mail yesterday, I got what I thought I was going to get but the cords definitely seem flimsy and easy to break and also it took forever to get here I waited 2 weeks.
Seems that almost every order as of late has become an issue in one way or another. Your card was declined, no it wasn't. Then the order was cancelled, by who? Another order arrived, only half the order was in the box. Another shows out for delivery, didn't arrive until the following day. Nothing but lip service from corporate. After years of being a Prime customer, we cancelled it and will be purchasing else where.
I worry about the impact of the cardboard boxes from Amazon, but that's almost ALL I worry about. The customer service is great - it's hard to argue with. I'd prefer to support brick and mortar but sometimes Amazon is just so much better in terms of support.
No promotion to small business. No normal conditions for work. Everything is complicated. Ebay provides favorable and good conditions for sales. I strongly recommend sell on ebay or wallmart.
I've been ordering from Amazon quite frequently and so far, I was never been disappointed. I love how they have a lot of different products (normal and quite weird ones) that suits everyone. The delivery was also fast and the fee was quite minimal.
Amazon has become a giant machine that does not care about their customers or about their guaranteed deliveries. I have been a prime customer for quite a while and have had recently multiple shipments that have not come on their scheduled delivery date. Those dates are the only reason to buy with Amazon and pay extra money for prime. The only response from Amazon customer service is "sorry" or here is a $5 credit. They could care less that I needed those items on the promised date and their failure to follow through cost me extra money, time and hassle. This is unacceptable and it won't happen again. I will not order anything from Amazon again once my rewards credit from my Amazon card are used up and I will not be renewing my prime membership. I will just use Wal-Mart instead as they offer FREE expedited shipping without a membership. Sad and disappointed as a long term customer and wish it wasn't so. Enjoy your snake oil status Amazon and I know losing one customer won't affect you but I do hope you read this review and care again one day for all your other customers sake.
Entry level flight stick for simulator gamer by logitech a famous computer accessories brand. It will give u similer test of a flight simulator in real. It is easy to install and cheap of cost. Very money worthy and durable product.

Amazon product support is the WORST of any internet company I do business with. Shoppers with questions concerning operation, installation, performance of techy products are out of luck. There is no link for product support. Worse than AT&T or the IRS. There are some Amazon product lines that do not have websites. Phonelex is a good example. No website and no way to download or view installations or operation. Following repeated concise questions Amazon help responses make no sense at all and bear no relation to the product. Apparently all read by robots with names but limited response repertoire. Amazon,... cheapo Harbor Freight Tools has better product info.
Since Amazon refused to post my review on their site as it did not adhere to their "guidelines", I'll go ahead and place it here, and probably a few other places as I don't like to be censored for honest reviews.
I've had great experienced with Peapod and Safeway delivery, but I received a coupon from Amazon for Fresh so I decided to give it a go. First, I accidentally thought the delivery option was 9-11am, but it was actually 9-11pm. My fault, but when I called to change it, the only way to modify the order was to cancel it according to the call center rep. So I left it as is. When the delivery was made, there was no notice, no knock on the door, no email or text saying it was there... so the bags ended up sitting out in the rain for 15 minutes before I checked the door again.
One of the bags was missing, the eggs were crushed, and the jar of sauerkraut was not sealed. I called Amazon to see what happened and they told me one of the bags was lost and they wouldn't be redelivering because of the holiday, so they issued a refund for the missing items. The next morning I let out the dogs and the missing bag was delivered, it had been sitting outside all night I guess. Fortunately it was mostly produce so it was okay, but the blueberries had fallen out of the package and were loose in the bag. The order was still missing the dip, but I wouldn't have eaten it anyway as it would have been sitting out in the heat for hours.
I didn't bother to call back for the refund of the other missing/damaged items as I'm tired of dealing with Fresh at this point. I'll certainly never use them again, especially given the high price of the groceries.
Supervisor did not help. Product was bought brand new. Manufacturer referred me to 3rd party who sold it to Amazon. There was a manufaturer defect with the product so it was discontinued. I have to buy a new medically needed product now. I lost over 300.00. I cancelled my subscription. I will buy directly from the manufacturer or locally from now on.
The service and delivery were great. Therefore can recommend the store for everyone. I think it is worth your attention.

I recently talked to someone fromt he support team about my account being hacked. The first guy clearly didn't know what he was talking about and just made up an answer. I called back a few days later and the woman i talked to was condescending. She treated me like i wanted my account to be hacked and i was a thief. Every time i tried to explain something to her she cut me off and acted like my concerns didn't mean anything.
I kept telling her that i didn't see an order she was telling me about and all she would say was "look carefully. Take your time and look carefully." It doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at a damn computer screen. If you let me speak, you would have heard that IT WASN'T ON MY ORDER LIST. How could i order anything when my account was on hold from being hacked anyways?! Clearly i did not order whatever it was.
The hacker also used up all of my gift card balance and she didn't believe me. I get it, people try to swindle the company out of money or whatever but i want my gift cards back.
In the end, my account was reset (not by her) but i expected a lot more from this company, i guess that's my bad.
I don't understand why amazon engaged ECMSGlobal to service their customers in singapore. Where ECMSGlobal engaged SimplyPost Asia Pte Ltd to deliver the parcel here.

I can always count on amazon for whatever I am looking for. Especially with amazon prime the whole process only takes about 2-4 days to arrive. I have bought BBQ sauce (probably the most iffy thing I have bought), backpacks, battery packs, LOTS of skincare products, and etc. The range of items is just incredible from everything being listed on their site. The only thing I have not explored from amazon is the clothing section. So I can't say much about that. Other than that amazon is a reliable website and you can always count on them!

However, those instances had more to do with the company using them to sell their product than with Amazon itself. I'm also amazed at how quickly they get my orders shipped. I received one today, and got a notice today for another order I placed yesterday. I'll get part of it tomorrow, and the other part the day after that! BE SURE to read product reviews! That's crucial if you don't want to get stuck with JUNK. That's what I do, and so far that's worked out well for me.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
