Ordered a piece of electronic equipment I need for work from them and it is clear from the delivery picture that they have delivered to the wrong address and I cannot find the package at my neighbours' doors. Tried to chat with them for an immediate replacement or refund so I can order a new one, but they keep telling me, repeatedly "to wait a few days in case the package arrives and for them to complete the investigation", even though it's clear that the package was not delivered correctly. I asked to speak to the supervisor and got told the exact same thing, that "they cannot do anything at the moment and I have to wait." I tried to reason with them but they ignored me for 10 minutes straight, then came back and gave me the exact same response. It is ridiculous that my package is further delayed for the mistake on their part, and that they didn't even sound apologetic or offer me any form of compensation.
Then I called them and the customer service person immediately offered me a refund after checking the system. So if you want something fixed, just save yourself some time and call them instead, skip the chat.
I received an Amazon gift card as a little employee appreciation from work (Christmas gift from Management). I purchased a couple of books from Amazon.ca a couple of weeks ago, using the gift card. I haven't received my order. It was SUPPOSED TO arrive January 21,2021 (through Canada Post). Here we are, January 28,2021, and still no parcel. I went to my Post office to follow up on their end, the clerk told me that they had nothing in their system about the package, only the tracking number (no physical package in their processing centre). So I called the Amazon.com customer service telephone number (got the wrong number and called the American Customer Support Centre). After a 10 minute wait, they finally transferred me to Amazon.ca's Customer Support Centre. It turns out that some idiot at Amazon.ca LOST MY PARCEL! It hadn't even left the Amazon.ca fulfillment centre that was supposed to have processed AND SHIPPED my order, after amazon.ca claimed that it had! This is my first time buying from Amazon.ca and after this crap, I refuse to buy anything else from Amazon. I'm thoroughly pissed with the experience, and it's persuaded me to think that buying from amazon.ca is a complete waste of time. If I want to order vinyl albums from my favourite bands, I'll get them directly from the bands' sites, instead of from amazon.ca.
My husband and my account is blocked, after phone calls and submitting all the documents needed nothing is working and no one can help us sort it out. I can't even mail the account specialist to find out what they need. Customer service on the phone can't assist with anything and they can't direct me to the account specialist. How does that work?!
A brief description; I paid for Prime as a requirement for a promotion they offered me. The promotion page was not giving the links their own instructions outlined as the means of applying the promotion, so was not applicable. I chatted customer service and explained the page was broken and they couldn't fix it, so promised to get back to me within 2 days. Over 2 days later they didn't email and the problem was not fixed, and because of the wait I lost another discount that was waiting in my cart because the item became unavailable and I had to wait on this email. I called customer service and instead of being able to bring up any notes, they made me explain myself all over again. I was transferred to supervisor because the agent couldn't help where I was forced to explain myself from scratch again. He promised to help and a couple minutes later hung up. They required my phone number for this and somehow didn't make any effort to call back or even email(or fix anything). So I have spent money and several hours trying to solve this and waiting on hold, and I have been ignored and hung up on. I don't understand what makes them think it's worth it for me to stay. I'm never giving subscription money again just to be treated this way, and they won't be refunding what they already cost me obvs, or fulfilling the promises outlined on their own site. I regret prime immensely, money grab.
I highly recommend if you don't already have one you get one. I have tried multiple antennas and had no good results in my area I until this one and affordable.
AMAZON. YOU ARE DEFINITELY USING THE WRONG DELIVERY COMPANY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS´ PURCHASES.
ASL is definitely the WORST delivery company I have ever encountered. Every time you, Amazon, use ASL to deliver my prime purchases, they mess it up. Packages never arrive, I have to call you, Amazon, so a refund has to be issued, and I need to go back online to re order the item in question. ASL customers´ phone number, purely ornamental. Never answer the phone.
AMAZON, YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY DROP THEM. THEY´RE DEFINITELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I THINK IT LOOKS BAD ON YOU... MUCH WORSE THAN IT DOES ON ASL.
I am an avid user of Amazon.ca shopping services. In 2020 I placed 101 orders with them. ( yes I have some experience with Amazon.ca) I appreciate the fact that their selection is incredible and the delivery service is very good. Their return policy is very liberal. Yes I do expect to pay a little more for the convenience. BUT every once and a while I run across an item that is OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH PRICED! Case in point, 26 Dec. 2020 I was looking to purchase a simple countertop am/fm old style plug in radio. After doing the research I choose the Victrola VRS 2800 in dark walnut color with blue tooth capabilities (although I didn't need this feature). In a nut shell... Amazon price is $104.95. I thought this was a little high and decided to shop around. I bought it the next day at Canadian Tire on sale for $49.99 ( their regular price was only $10.00 more at $59.99). This means the Amazon price is approximately 100% higher than what it should be!
I will still continue to shop Amazon. For all the reasons I have already stated, I'm just saying to BEWARE of some of their prices! If it seems a little pricey, it probably is! Take the time to shop around!
Today I sit here checking my bank details to find $15 just taken from my account. Have no idea what for. Tried emailing them can't find a damn email unbelievable.
I tried to see register a book that I wanted to sell. I am a writer. So simply need to fill in the info. Pretty straightforward.
Page 1: id info;
Page 2: payment method: Visa 29.95 USD per month
page 3: List your product.
Here on page 3, there was a problem. I was unable to maneuver this page and list my product. So, I called them up. I spoke to one and then another an was transferred and transferred until the line went dead. I called the next day. Everyone was sooo nice. I was assured that the problem would be taken care of. But I was transferred again. I called a few weeks later and tried again. Now the responders were saying that they didn't understand what I wanted. I said that I want someone to work me thru this page so I can list my product. One person after another. One lady told me to take a photo of the page in question and send it to Amazon and they would be able to help me then... maybe. Meanwhile 6 months go by drawing $30 a month out of my VISA card. I tried again to rectify the problem, got my hopes up once but no. I was afraid to put a stop on my VISA fearing that Amazon might Blacklist me. 2 years go by, try again. No. Then I put a stop on my VISA. A year goes by. Then I notice that Amazon has starting drawing $30 out of my account. I put a stop again. Amazon begins sending me notices of overdue payments. So, for a decade from 2010 - 2019 I endured this. Off and on the money came out, depending how vigilan I was. I would then call the bank. The bank would then put a stop on it. One RBC lady even called Amazon to ask how this could happen. I have probably paid out thousands of dollars. I haven't received a notice of payment due lately from Amazon. I am just waiting. It will start all over again soon. It is a nightmare. My name is Paul Bryan.
I ordered this wall art and I find the photo that they show for the art is very deceiving the actual art is at least half that size
An order was scheduled for delivery to me on Friday Dec 18th. Nothing arrived except a message (without proof) that the delivery driver attempted to deliver. I called the courier service number and was told that the parcel would be delivered on Saturday Dec 19th. Nothing arrived! I called the courier service (Intelcom) again and was told that the parcel will be delivered on Monday! There isn't any way for me to complain to Amazon about such shabby service.
What is the point of having a amazon.ca gift card and trying to use it but you have to have a credit card as a backup payment. Not everyone has a credit card. I want ot use my amazon.ca gift card without a credit card. The money is in the account, why have a credit card too! Very disappointed and very upset at this stupid policy!
During this Pandemic quality control would be expected to be very effective, but to see a package delivered from china with a used cotton Glove is beyond belief.
Feedback on the seller or your shipment experience should be provided at www.amazon.ca/feedback.
But www.amazon.ca/feedback leads me back to exactly where I got so frustrated with being unable to contact Amazon directly and going in the circle again and again and again and again... ad nausem
They don't want to address any problem or deal with their own delivery service, so they bot you into craziness... They are just to big to give a s**t about a customer that isn't a prime member or spending a zillion dollars a year.

Driver unlocked the gate to come in but left with it wide open swinging in the wind. Rude, disrespectful and lazy. You should train your drivers. Or buy them a freaking gym membership. Apparently find closing and locking the gate they unlocked and opened is too difficult for them. I used to be angry because they just threw the package over the fence and I come in from the back. Maybe they don't pay enough or they have a HR department like their customer service.
I am so pissed off - one of the only reasons I hate ordering from Amazon.
And the circle jerk customer service - what a joke - a bot that never offers the option you want.
I'm expecting a package which has been days late. Expecting another package today and saw the linguistics driver sitting in the complex for 90 minutes, not delivering any packages. After all of that, the driver left. He did not deliver a single package to anyone that has been waiting. I called into Amazon and can't even get to a Canadian rep. The delivery service is going straight downhill so why bother being a prime member anymore when the employees won't even do their job.
They often are extremely late and their customer service is so robotic they've lost my items bunch of times and even sent me things I never ordered by accident just use Walmart or best buy they're infinity better in comparison
Bad deliveries. I have had too many "attempted deliveries", when in fact the Amazon delivery driver has made no attempt at all. When you are actually sitting waiting for the package to be delivered, it's pretty obvious that no "attempt" was made. The last one was when it was raining, and an email comes through that a delivery attempt was made, when in fact it hadn't been. I have cancelled a few orders due to the lack of delivery and having an email of delivery attempt
I've used Amazon 4 times. 3 out of the 4 items have not been delivered to my address. The 4th says it's shipped. I have no doubt that it will not show up to my address. The worst delivery ever. I am never ordering from Amazon again. I'm having trouble getting my money back from Amazon as well. This is the most horrible company I've ever dealt with. I'm getting nothing but lies from the delivery company ( dynamex /tforce) and Amazon is blaming the delivery service for the mistakes. All 4 items I ordered within a 3 week period. Bad bad bad company.
Once again, parcel dumped in the common hallway of a very large apartment building. I tried contacting them through chat, again, and again received the nonsense replies from India. "We deeply regret" etc. I don't care how deeply they regret, just get the drivers to knock on the door!
I then tried contacting by phone, and three times in a row got people with such strong Indian accents that I could not understand them. I'm in Canada, I want to speak with a Canadian, not an Indian who promises the moon and does nothing.
I would love to shop online, BUT, the search engine RESULTS give EVERYTHING but the product you are looking for... NO SEARCH, as far as I am concerned. I have to browse the WHOLE SITE which seems to be listed in MY SEARCH RESULTS to find the 10 for the ACTUAL PRODUCT that I am looking for... IS EVERYONE ELSE FRUSTRATED?
Answer: If Amazon is going to use a third party courier service, (such as Intelcom), cancel your order and shop elsewhere.
