Give them a call and they will set you up with exactly what you need. Very efficient and fair prices
To quote famed baseball announcer Harry Caray, "Holy Cow!" I feel like I hit a home run with Alpine Home Air.
With no air conditioning and my furnace approaching 20 years of service, I decided a mini split would be the perfect addition to our home, not only to provide cooling for what appears to be a warming world, but also to provide backup heat in case of furnace failure. There are many, many good companies in the business of selling mini split units, and most of the units being sold are pretty much the same, so I introduced the cost into the formula, and Alpine Home was the best deal I found. That said, I expected cut rate service but wasn't worried because I feel I am competent enough to handle any problems and placed an order with them. I am happy to report that everything from ordering to shipping to technical advice was miles and miles ahead of anything I ever expected. The team at Alpine Home Air are, in my experience, without peers. "Wow" nowhere near expresses the support I received. What a great team. I hope they are well compensated because this group is the best.
This was the 4th time I have ordered ductless mini splits and orders are quick and reliable.
Excellent customer service. I ordered a unit but didn't get the correct thermostat to go along with it. Within a couple of hours I received a call from Alpine saying the unit needed a 2 stage thermostat and the one I got had only one stage.
Very pleased with Alpine
I installed the 12,000BTU Mini Split system in my granddaughter's new 526 square foot dog salon. The components arrived within a few days of ordering, and everything was included. I installed the unit completely myself, and everything went smoothly. I hired an HVAC professional to come out and check for leaks, vacuum, and charge the unit today. Everything went perfectly, and the unit is up and running. Thank you for a inexpensive solution to heat and cool this space.
They helped me identify the part I needed, ordered it, communicated it's tracking and me up and running again quickly. Thanks.
Had advice from my installer and was easy to get ordered with no issues. Still haven't installed but looking forward to it.
Great service from ordering to delivery! Great staff
My husband I lost our 1999 AC unit in August 2023, one week before the big heatwave hit our area. Joe found Alpine Air online on a Saturday afternoon. We called and spoke to a salesman, Sean. Sean set my husbands nerves at ease. From Sales, Shipping and Customer Support - Alpine Air has been top notch and we cannot recommend them enough. Very trustworthy and great products. Our AC unit seems perfect and we are really so thankful for the entire staff.
I purchased a mini split from Alpine in January. It was installed in March and worked great for a few months. Unfortunately, the mini split stopped working in June just as the summer heat started up. I had a an HVAC technician come out who diagnosed the problem as a broken evaporator coil in the system which caused a refrigerant leak and the unit to stop cooling. Alpine agreed to send me a new part, but replacing the evaporator coil will cost me over $800 for labor.
Alpine told me to eat the cost and they could do nothing about it because of their policy for parts only. I would encourage anyone considering anything from Alpine to consider other options. The evaporator coil on a system should never break within 3 months and Alpine simply won't help with any repairs. I was clear that labor was not covered when I purchased, but it is an awful feeling to pay more than the cost of the system to replace a part that was essentially brand new.
I rarely write reviews, but I can't believe how little Alpine cares about their consumer. Policy should not get in the way of making a wrong situation right. I will NEVER buy anything from Alpine again.
This is a great mini-split, simple DIY install, works great. I've installed and used other top brands and for the price you can't go wrong. Alpine Home Air has you covered with the best prices, fast and carefully packaged products. I was impressed with the care and time they took making sure the unit came undamaged. It's not an easy task with the radiator fins on the outside unit of a mini. But not a single ding. I will definitely come back, highly recommend.
Excellent service and fast shipping and great tech support. You actually get a person here in the U.S. to talk with.
Item received in most timely fashion. Item installed by local HVAC fellow who is most familiar with your product. And when activated, Aah, Heaven! We are absolutely enthralled with your product. It has been less than a month, to be sure, but we are so very happy with this purchase. (As an aside, your equipment has been installed in a 12' X 20' shed which we are morphing into a fully-equipped (power, water, toilet with outside shower, kitchen) refuge.)
Easy to install. Greatly needed. Quick delivery. Hoping they last a long time. Made a lot of people happy.
The representatives were very helpful, knowledgeable and always followed up in a timely manner with our inquires and questions. They helped with providing a smooth and timely delivery with the delivery service.
Still haven't gone through winter yet, but nice unit. If you buy the through wall unit you don't need an hvac guy. Just put it in and turn it on fyi
I have installed many Blueridge units. I have had great support anytime I have called. One time it was deterred that I had a faulty unit and they sent out a replacement and I received it in 3 days. Will continue to work with Alpine and Eric as my salesperson.
Alpine home air goes above and beyond in every aspect from shipping speed to after sales support. They sale quality products and support. After more then 5 mini splits installed and no problems I can guarantee you will be satisfied
Answer: They're legit. Like most minisplit vendors, their units are either rebadged Midea or rebadged Gree (depending on the product line). Customer service good, units work with no issues.
