My systems have been working for years, (2015 & 2019) with no problems. I had to replace a part on the first one fairly soon, they diagnosed and sent it right out, it's been fine since. I needed to replace a front on another from a careless ternate, they were excellent there too.
Alpine is great at helping answer questions about the process, the size of system, what is needed for installation and how to get everything set up. From diy or hiring someone.
My experience with dealing with Alpine air was great. There were shipping issues involved that were out of the control of Alpine Air. The representative that called me did all she could to assist me in finding out why the heater had not been delivered. She also helped me to attempt to find out why the shipper did not follow directions regarding delivery. I will not leave a review in regard to the delivery as the issue there was not Alpines fault.
We purchased this, it was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. It was easy to install ourselves and when I did have a question that I would have known if I would have read a little closer. Customer got back to me very promptly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to help me.

The 80% Blue Ridge furnace has a really nice fit and finish and I'm really happy with it. Shipping and communications from Alpine Air exceeded my expectations. Three day shipping across the US to Seattle was great! Thank you for a really nice experience.

I could not be more happy with my total experience with Alpine. The ordering process was efficient, their suggestions of what I needed for my project were good and it was clear what I was getting, too much it turned out. I mistakenly ordered 2 auxiliary heaters; they called to ask if I really wanted 2. I did not, and was almost instantly my order was corrected and a refund issued. The tracking information and confirmation of my order was great.
Once I received the heat pump, I had a few questions about the installation, so I called customer support. I really like that they great you by name when you call. My questions were answered quickly and professionally and even though one was a pretty dumb question I didn't feel belittled.
The Blue Ridge heat pump is working perfectly, the install was pretty easy, and again great customer service. I wish that I needed to order heat pumps more often.

Got good information from Alpine Air website and salesperson. The energy rating of this mini-split is superior to that of other brands, and warranty is just as good. Not yet installed and in use but so far all looks good.
The sales and delivery process was flawless. I am happy with the price of the two unit I purchased. The shipping company was easy to work with and helpful,
Installation will begin in the next couple weeks.
