Mi order was placed easily, we got it in less than 2 days. The communication to follow up was great and the prices better than other supliers. The product is great, we are enjoying the mini splits when we needed them the most.

This is my second Union from Alpine I purchased a mini split last year and a furnace this year mini split works great only had the furnace for 2 weeks so so far so good

They were very helpful on the phone with picking the right unit. They guided me to their brand to save a few dollars and it seems very good quality. I ordered the package unit and it showed up in 2 days! I hope I don't need parts for a long time but I'm confident if there is a problem that I wont wait long at all for any parts I need.

Spoke with a salesman to put together a package for me. He asked for my zip code to check average temps and humidity. Also wanted to know the application and sq ft of area. He put together a package specifically for my application.

The delivery and prices of these furnaces have been great and reliable for me. Delivery is almost always earlier than expected. I've purchased about 6 of the blueridge furnaces since 2020 and I haven't had issue with any of them since the install.

Great furnace easy to install. Nice heavily built.
