I have purchased so many pairs of jeans here. There are so many styles that I don't find at the mall. And if I do, they are way too expensive. Alloy is more in my price range. My friend who told me about this site can only by jeans here - she is really tall and skinny. Most "tall" jeans at the mall aren't long enough for her. Alloy jeans are.
I have ordered from Alloy three times in the past two months. They have lost TWO OF THE THREE orders. Same routine, I call them, they check the order number from the confirmation email, and state they have no record of my order. I'm sad to have to stop ordering from them, as they have a great selection of tall sizes, but they seem to have no explanation as to why these orders continue to get lost. Moving on to the next- suggest you do the same!
OK well first of all having a business of my own i understand slow shipping had a busy time or whatever slows you down. But i ordered my jeans literally 6 WEEKS AGO and i still haven't go them. I did do the 7-10 day kinda deal. But normally businesses get to that times spand. I Have been waiting forever. And what really pisses me off is I only ordered 2 pairs. So if you plan to order from the get more than 2 pairs of jeans
I have been a shopper of alloy clothing and shoes for about 5 years now but recently I had such a bad experience with getting a return processes I will no longer shop with this store again. I returned a item in March and I didn't get a credit back until the end of May and they didn't credit all my money back. I was also upset because they never sent any notifications saying that they received my return or was going to refund my money... Very unprofessional
I returned some items because they did not fit properly. My account was credited for 126.04. I then reordered new items to continue business with this company. I also added 14.75 to cover the difference of my items= 140.79. I received 3 items totaling 88.70. While waiting over a month for these items to be sent to me I called to make sure I was still getting them. They told me that these items were discontinued and they were gonna issue a check for 31 dollars and some change. CUSTOMER SERVICE WE'RE RUDE AND HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS. There was no empathy for the customer who only hoped to receive what she ordered only to find out that they no longer carry these items. No courtesy call nothing. Just an idiot trying to out talk me on the other end. NEVER AGAIN!
Don't ever buy a present there you will never get it on time if you get it and if you get it it will exactly what you did not order. Terrible service,
I ordered two different dresses, and got the same dress but two different colors. When I returned it, I did not get all of my money back. So I called and wanted to talk to an associate. She was rude, and was stupid. She did not understand what I was trying to say, and kept making it seem like I was the one that was stupid, and it was all my fault. I have never had worse service.
Bought a coat from them. The one that I got ran a little small. I sent it back in the package with the return label that was included. About a week later, I received the coat in the size I requested. Fits great. Love the material and the cut, very flattering. I'd definitely buy from them again.
I absolutely love this company and never have any issues. Every order I place is shipped the same day or next, and my discounts always work on my orders. I LOVE how they always offer free shipping (since I have a shopping problem) and I love how there is always a discount sent to my email every day.
The clothing is such amazing quality. This is the only place I order my jeans. If I have any issues with my order (and I've only had one), the customer service is very professional and friendly, and truly make me feel valued as a customer.
I find it amusing everyone else has such bad customer service here... It sounds like these customers just want free stuff!
Placed my order its been 2 weeks. Called their horrible tired lazy $#*!es at their cust service, they couldnt find my order DEFINITLY CHARGED MY CARD BUT NI ORDER still waiting on an update. Its a weekend so now i have to wait until monday. NEVER BUYING FROM THERE AGAIN!
Ordered a denim jumpsuit. Horrible fit it wasnt even denim. The reviews were 4.3 out of 5. I did not see how the reviews were so high, well now I do. I gave the item a 1 star review and they never posted it... will not order from them again
Right after Xmas I ordered two pairs of pants, received them 1/13/15 and one of the jeans had a hole in them (that was NOT supposed to be there). So I called THAT DAY and asked what I need to do to get an exchange... they said they would send me a return label (that would not cost me anything, as opposed to the one sent with the order) then I needed to send the pants back and wait 2-3 weeks for them to process sending me a new, unflawed pair of pants.
So I waited to receive this label that did not come. I had to repeatedly call... on 1/26/15,2/5/15, Mid Feb sometime, and again today 3/3/15. Each time there was an excuse, they apologized and said it could be the proper form wasn't entered, or there was a glitch in the system, WHATEVER. At one point they even got a supervisor to make sure it got sent, but even they failed to do their job. By now they should have offered to just send me a replacement pair of pants, without needing the flawed pair back. That wouldn't have cost the company very much, and the damage they have caused with this terrible experience has lost them a frequent customer who has spent $100's of dollars with them.
So when I called today 3/3/15, this lady Teresa, said that the label did get shipped... yesterday. WTF! I mean does customer service get any worse!? It took you 7 WEEKS to get a label shipped to me.
Alloy, you need to get your sh*t together. I've read a lot of reviews on here about how terrible your customer service is, especially when it comes to shipping things in a timely fashion.
You've definitely lost any future business from me.
I was looking for a website that had jeans that were long enough because im 5'7 & its not easy shopping for a tall person. So I ordered 3 pair from alloy and they were the right size, fit perfect and the length was actually long enough. I was worried after reading the other reviews that they weren't going to look as good as I hoped but they do! Fit amazing & look amazing! They delivered it on time even due to the weather delays we were having.
I will definitely be ordering from them again

Always have had great shopping. Their clothing line has tall womens' clothing. Returns were easy. Have not had to return many items. Raised two girls with Alloy.
I think this company is operating out of the country... horrible customer service and very sub par products... don't order from them. The company is awful
ALLOY APPAREL has by far the worst customer service ever! Not only that, the process they run to conduct business needs an extreme makeover. I placed an order months ago and they assured me it would be fulfilled by a certain date, it never was, I called several times and spoke with many different reps and they all had different incorrect info, the order was never fulfilled, I asked for my money back. I will NEVER shop here again!
I received an item that had a stain on it and then to make matters worse when i returned the item(out of my pocket) they tried to charge me for using their shipping label, which i did not use. When i called it took over an hour and 3 different people to refund me the shipping and they wanted my tracking info, which luckily i still had. This was my first time ordering from them but i really feel disrespected as a customer and will not be ordering again. Plus they're sales associates were very rude on the phone, not empathetic at all to my situation.
Then sent me jeans with a busted zipper don't they inspect there clothing before they sent it out and the best they could do was 20% off my next order I get 30% with the coupon on the catalog bad customer service I will never order from there again.
I never write reviews but Alloy really peeved me this time. First off, I ordered three shirts. I received an email saying that two had shipped and one was back ordered -- fine, that's okay.
What I received was a shirt and a dress. I sent the dress back and was charged shipping costs even though Alloy messed up, and then they proceeded to charge me again for the shirt I never received and canceled the order on the third shirt.
WTF.
