Based on the reviews I was scared that my jeans will arrive late and they would come in really low quality fashion. They came yesterday Nov, 7,2014 and they are spot on with timing, length and everything I asked for. But I'm afraid the quality is just mediocre one wash and they would shrink. One of my jeans smelled really bad of factory machinery. But other than that I finally have a pair long enough for my legs. It was an ok experience. I will give another review after 60 days to tell you if my jeans put up with the wash and if the color is still vibrant.

I bought 3 pants from Alloy thinking they were all good prices and extra long for my long legs so why not! I got them in the mail and tried them on. Horrible quality. The pants were all awkwardly fit and the colors were cheaper looking than showed in the catalog. Worst of all, I paid almost $13 for shipping and handling and then had to pay another $7 to ship the items back! I called customer service and the lady said that they charge for shipping if you send the items back and it's non refundable. What a rip off! So if a customer isn't satisifed with an item, they still lose more money just trying to send the item back! This place is a scam. No wonder they haven't opened up a real store. Their stuff is cheap quality and NOT worth the price

The clothes are really nice but the shipping is horrible. I have placed orders several times and i have only received one order within a reasonable amount of time like two weeks. All my other orders have come in after two months. The most recent order I placed was on 10/01/14 and the status is still saying "to be picked" meaning god only knows how many months I will be waiting on this. If the shipping wasn't so poor I wouldn't have decided not to buy from them again. Waiting 2-4 months for items in stock is ridiculous and it means the company needs to go through some changes and find more efficient workers.

Buyer BEWARE! I order some jeans from this company. Quality good but they were too darn long for my height send them back. The csr was rude and talk over me, when I'm talking. I just told her I'll call back. So she finally let me speak. THANK U JESUS! The total purchase was 50.91 I paid for them to be ship to me. I paid that. They told me I will receive my refund in 2wks. But Ill be getting back 36.46 WTH! The jeans cost 42.41 plus 8.50 total 50.91 They took 14.45 out of 50.91. So actual charge for my ship there and back. I think this is ridiculous and cheating people out of their MONEY... Just not fair...

I love this company! I have ordered jeans, pants, shirts, shoes and everything fit and looked great! I have a hard time finding pants and jeans to fit because I'm so tall. Alloy has so many different styles and colors it's fantastic. I think the prices are perfect because I have ordered jeans from other sites in my size and they are very pricey. I will shop here anytime I need to look great. Shipping is fast and I always get email promotions on sale items and free shipping.

Ok still waiting on part of my order since 11/29/2013. It is 1/07/2014. This is a re-order, mind you, and I never received a tracking number. They really aren't worth the energy and after reading some of the other reviews, I am worried I won't get my order or even a refund. I will not do business with Alloy again :(

This company's jeans were way bigger than the measurements stated. I returned them and OMG... I paid 39.92 and they only refunded 25.47! Really? Thats the price of doing business with Alloy?!? Ummm too steep for me.

Horrible company policy and customer service. I have been ordering with Alloy for years. However, after today I'm done with them. I exchanged two pairs of jeans that were damaged and defective for two different pairs of equal value. They did not apply the original discount and charged me extra. To make matters worst, when I called them no one was willing to help me. For the most part they have good product but when my patronage as a customer isn't valued I will no longer spend money with a company. I am highly disappointed Alloy!

I ordered some items from this site on October 1,2013 and the items were supposed to be available on Oct. 13. I called today (10/29) and I was told the items won't be shipped until Dec. 4! I probably will never order from this site again. I did receive some items, which were ok. I'm a size 14 and I ordered a shirt in XXXL just to be on the safe side due to some reviews I read, and the shirt fit like a XL. Good thing I ordered it 3 sizes bigger.

I absolutely loved this website! Since I don't have any store nearby the website is my only way to shop! It is totally unacceptable that the so called free return label is not free when they charge you an extra $5.50 or something like that for something that it just doesn't fit you right! It's upsetting that they don't take care of their customers and even ring fall alarms sayings it's free when it's not! I am refusing to buy anything anymore for the fact that not everything looks good on the website as it doesn't in person! UPSET! RIDICULES!

I used to shop here for years, and loved everything I received. Prices and quality were good and I loved that there were often items that you couldn't find else where. Everything changed this summer. My mother ordered a pair of sandals and a few months later when I saw her with them I knew I wanted some too. I ordered them excitedly but when they came I was shocked. They were a cheap, awful imitation of the ones I ordered and even broke simply being pulled out of the bag! I was confused, we had never had an issue before and my Mom's shoes were good, so what happened to mine? When I called to tell them, they didn't even care! The woman said she would transfer me to her manager who waved me off even more! After getting more of an attitude with her she finally offered to send postage to me to return them for free. I was horribly disgusted by the service however and wrote the company an email, to which they basically responded the same. They didn't care about my situation at all! I returned the shoes and was even more pissed when I got the email for my money return. Remember that supposed "free" postage they sent me so I didn't have to pay? Well, they took it out of my refund anyways! I AM FURIOUS! To top the whole thing off, I was on a wait list for a cardigan and received it last week only to see, yet again, it differs from the one on the store. This time I won't even bother with customer service and I will forever REFUSE to shop here. ALLOY, YOU BETTER START CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS OR YOU WILL START LOSING THEM ALL! ALSO SELLING PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT THE ONES SHOWN IS A SCAM! Stop ripping people off! You used to be a good company, what the hell happened!?

P.S. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. I posted one, as well as a picture comparing the sandal my Mom bought and the fake one they sent me, and three weeks later my review still isn't there. They obviously took it off to block people from the scam they are really running.

I have been ordering from alloy for over a year now and haven't experience any problems at all--the only gripe I have is that they charge about $6 for returns, so I usually make sure that the clothes I order would fit me/look fine to avoid returning them.

I would say the clothing quality is higher than forever 21 and a bit below Macy's junior's clothing. Some boots and outerwear are from higher-end brands like Steve Madden, while others, such as the knit tops stretch out after only a few wears/washes, so the quality is really hit-or-miss. However, I do love most of their styles and usually catch the free-shipping promotions.

Overall I shop here alot because I rarely have time to do in-person shopping anymore, and I guess I got good at figuring out my sizes. If in doubt, read the product reviews and google a bit about other shopper's experience and you'll have a more accurate perception if you're debating about ordering something.

THE CLOTHES MIGHT BE NICE HERE, BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I ORDERED SEVEN ITEMS FROM HERE, RECEIVED ONLY SIX. WHEN I GOT IN CONTACT WITH THEM I WAS TOLD MY OTHER SANDALS WERE ON A "BACK ORDER" ( WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD WHEN I ORDERED THEM) NOW IM EMAILING PRETTY MUCH EVERYDAY WITH NOTHING AT ALL... TRIED CALLING THEY DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON VERY VERY DISAPOINTED IN ALLOY! NEVER AGAIN!

Wish I could give less than one star... Basically I only received half my order. I ordered a bathing suit one month before my Spring Break- a month should have been plenty of time. Well I am now packed and ready to leave without the top of the suit I ordered.
Might I add that I am leaving for Army Basic Training immediately upon my return from Spring Break, therefore will have absolutely no use for a bathing suit that has come late... So I am understandably infuriated.
I sent an email to customer service about this and was told the top was to be shipped the week of the 18th. That was now almost two weeks ago and I still do not have the top!
I will NEVER shop Alloy again, and I will be sure to let everyone know of my experience with them.

I thought it was a good site to order from- i bought a pair of jeans, and I am going back for 2 more pairs. I love the longer lengths they offer. Read the reviews to see if the particular brand you are interested in runs large or small- because designers vary quite a bit. I went with the reviews, and ordered up in size and they worked out perfect. They also gave me a price adjustment because the jeans went on sale for 10.00 less and if you call within 10 days they will credit you back! And I got free shipping, so I couldn't beat it! Love it!

I ordered 3 pairs of boots from Alloy, I wish i was writing about how nice they were but I have yet to get them, they were shipped on Jan 16th 2013. I have called customer service three times since then, on the website it claims Canadian shipping is 7 to 10 business days, after I ordered it claims its 10 to 15 business days, I was told 21 business days by the Alloy rep tonight, be where if ordering from Canada!

New obsession next to forever21/ love everything about the store mainly the fact that they have an inseam that pleases me! Im very tall (5'11) for a girl and jean/pant shopping can be stressful. Now the jeans can be on the $ side but personally its worth it! They last longer. I can sit down and now stress about my jeans rising about my ankle! I love the ways you can search for what you want. For example, lets say you want to purchase based off of wash. Thats fine. Or inseam. It does that too! How about fit, brand, inseam! Perfect. Love the sales sign up for emails. Its the best thing.!

Shipping isn't great, quality of clothing isn't great and their clothing sizes run much smaller than regular sizing. I'm a small and always have been but I read reviews on this dress where everyone said it ran small so I ordered a M to be safe thinking I could hem it if I needed to. When I got it, I couldn't believe how TIGHT it was and how short it was compared to the length on the model. It's a Medium and fits like an XS. I was really disappointed with that AND the quality of the dress.
