The website is to navigate. They have, by far, the best prices! Plus, they contact the veterinarian for me allowing me to avoid telling the vet that their prices exorbitant!

They stole my money because I didn't give a permission to them to send me anything. I NEED to order if I want to If I didn't it is because I don't need it it is because I found some place with cheaper medications... Do not trust them...

Customer service is always a pleasure, they go out of their way to help you and they are based IN THE USA! Prices always out do everyone else, no membership fees, they honor their coupons and still give you points that add up to discounts!

Have had great service from Allivet. The only problem was that the website was non-responsive and forced to re-load in order to complete my order.

Vet recommended we check online for reduced price of meds to treat Cushings- Pituitary. Though we'd pay whatever it costs to keep our boy happy & healthy through his senior years, we are thrilled at paying less than half the cost through this company!

I ordered my dogs the rabies vaccine and it took forever to get here. Once I got it the vile was almost empty. I also contacted my groomer and even though we have the vaccine they still cannot get groomed legally. I take some fault but just feel jipped

I found the site's search engine hard to work with. I would suggest adding a lot of extra keywords. Because it took awhile to find what I wanted, the buying experience was frustrating and it took too long. (I know the site has phone help, but, really, you shouldn't have to call.)
