I use to use Chewy.com for my pets meds but switched to Allivet because they offered better pricing. I have had nothing but trouble since my first order. There was no communication with them regarding receiving my dog's prescription, no communication on shipping or when to expect the medications. I had to call to find when out I could expect my first order. When my dog was out of medication, I ordered a refill and paid extra for the 2 day shipping handling. My when order didn't show up in 2 days, I contacted them. I placed an order on a Saturday night and they claim they didn't receive it until Tuesday. I am waiting for a refund for the extra $13.95 I paid for 2 day delivery. They were short and snotty with me and I am more than displeased with their service and customer service than I have ever been with any company. Once my refills are used up, I will never use this company again. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered and the 10% off didn't process. Too late to add after it charges your credit card.

I've been ordering rx medicine for my dog for the past year. This site is the cheapest and reordering is so easy. I just wish shipping was faster. Maybe I'll try automatic shipments this year
My groomer gave me your company and I was able to purchase all meds, flea meds & joint meds for the same price I had to pay for one med my beagle needs. I would highly recommend your company.

Just started with Allivet, Don't have any feedback on service and delivery! I understand approximately a week on delivery. They had better prices than my vet, just waiting for the actual delivery to come.

Ordered my pills for my dog 4 days later they contacted me saying that as soon as my vets computers were up they would finish my order my vet's computers were never down a week later I call them and they tell me that they don't have the pills in stock they took my money I guess I'm just supposed to let my dog have seizures until they get their pills in and then send them to me no communication should have told me they didn't have my pills and stock I could have went somewhere else waiting for my money back now can't even give them a 1-star they lied to me kept my money waiting for it back now 5 days they say all they had to do was call me and say they were out of pills didn't have the decency to do that you have to give them a one-star at least to complete this
Customer service has always been good. I usually called because I couldn't figure out how to order a prescription item and have Allivet reach out to the vet for prescription info. I have ordered and required rush shipping. Not always 'rush' but got it in time. This time trying ground. We will see how it goes.
