So easy to re-order and with a reminder when medications are due. Safe site and live the prices. Also they call the Doctors for you.

I reorder these medicine on a regular basis
After 14 days my order still had not shipped. Waited 22 minutes on hold and never talked to anyone. Called back, waited 15 minutes before someone picked up. This was after I sent daily emails for the past 4 days and go the run around... 'oh our warehouse was out...' ' oh we had trouble getting this one Rx from your vet approved' blah blah blah i don't care. CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND BUY ELSEWHERE
This website is easy to use. I found what I wanted quickly. I wish it would have free shipping after $29.
My medicine for my dog was supposed to arrive Saturday but it is bouncing around in the USPS system with no clear answer from USPS when in will be routed correctly. I tried to get ahold of Allivet through email with no response so I called their CS line and told them what is going on. They tried to tell me that everything looks like it is processing right so I told them to run the tracking and they will see this is not the case. I told them I need these meds ASAP and asked to have one overnighted they told me they couldn't do that I have to wait at least two more days. When you are dealing with meds I feel like as a company they should have more of a sense of urgency to help when issues arise. Unfortunately they are the only place I can find this particular med but their CS is the worst. She pushed me off the phone with you just have to wait. If you can go elsewhere do it!
Cancelled order and they never released hold on my money. They state that they do not take money until order is confirmed. Well here it is three days later I called them to ask why my money hasn't been released. They stated they did its my banks fault. Well guess what, i called my bank and they stated the hold has not been released, therefore they cant do anything. How can i trust a company that wont release a measly $60. God knows if the medication they send is real
Just ordered first time so a little early for a review... guess we will see! Vetoryl is expensive as heck!
