I have been a loyal customer of Allivet for 4 years. For convenience, all of my orders have been autoship. However, any changes to your autoship requires you to do it via phone. On an autoship order, Allivet did not process the autoship discount and overcharged me. I noticed the overage on my credit card, and when I asked for the credit back, they gave it to me without hesitation BUT the caveat was that it could ONLY be used for a non autoship purchase. Allivet makes the mistake, but for me to get my refund, I have to lose the autoship discount I am already entitled to, which means I never get the refund back. How does this make any sense? On top of that, never once did the customer service agent apologize for messing up the order in the first place and giving me a BS refund. Do yourself a favor and use Chewy who has excellent customer service and lives in 2020 with its up-to-date autoship preferences available online.

I have been trying to have this sham of a business call in to my vet for a prescription for one solid week. They say they try, but always got answering machine. My vet has the answering machine off during hours! It took me calling everyday, and a new false promise everyday, for me to finally find out that the product I needed is on back order.
It's obvious that they were stringing me along. Why would a pharmacy call the vet for a prescription that wasn't available?
They stretched it out, in hopes of keeping sale. Now I have to find my girls meds quick, 2 days left.
It's a con of a company, not interested in your pets health, just their numbers.
Pathetic excuse for a company, or human!

I ordered from Puerto Rico during Corona-time, was hit immediately with an email to reorder. After 7 days without getting the meds, I had to call them. I was told my Vet didn't answer 5 days after the order. I noted in the order process the Vet may be hard to contact as our Lock Down doesn't consider Vets Essential Service 7 days/week. Apparently, they don't read the Notes, nor contact customers regarding process. The service agent had an attitude. I understand the need to contact the Vet; but we are in 2020... can't we try emails/faxes? If I could drive over there, I would just BUY from the VET directly. And I guess I will try. Why couldn't Allivet just let me know they were having a hard time in the first place? And Just Now I get an email telling me they tried 3 times to contact Vet. Way to cover your Butt.

I received email saying our pets meds were coming, 20 days later they had yet to arrive. Called and twenty minutes of no explanation other than we have an automated system and thats the chance you take. Asked how I would have known and the answer was I need to go to the website to see if it was actually going to ship, there is no correspondence otherwise. I've choosen to not take the risk that one on my subs is backordered and cancelled my subscriptions with them, i recommend everyone else does the same. Also, 7 marketing emails in 20 days but no updated order emails...

Don't waste your time, it's been over a week and I still have not received an order. They didn't contact the correct veterinarian, and even after I called them and fixed it and called my vet to make sure that they had received the fax/email, this place still said they were waiting for approval. What a joke! Order from Chewy and save yourself frustration and a headache. I have never seen such incompetence with an online "Business" in my life!

I have never used this company before, but tried it this time. I had a very important prescription ordered for a cat of mine that is very ill. I had trouble navigating their website so called the company to order. Did the order on the phone on 4-4-20, and it was supposed to be here (overnight shipping) on 4-6-20. Today is 4-8 and it is still not here! I have contacted the company and have gotten nowhere. I understand that, with the Covid19 virus, things are tough, but I explained that I needed the med. If they couldn't deliver when they said, they should have told me so that I could have ordered it from another company. Will NEVER order from them again.
