I recently made a purchase of a cell phone case. It advertises heavy duty, solid metal components with gorilla glass screen protector. The case had no protector, was made of such cheap materials that it actually bent when taking it out of the box. And it was EXTREMELY over priced for the product quality.
This type of garbage is typical of aliexpress. Just a bunch of asian scammers.
Literally every store I bought from messed up my order. They would not give me a refund. I would get an email saying my order was stuck in customs, then minutes later an email saying my order was out for delivery in Springfield Gardens, NY. My address is on my account, and I sent it to each seller since I was ordering items for my wedding. I spent a large amount of money on dresses etc and am just screwed out of the money. Customer service is a joke.
Avoid AliExpress at all cost. They use untrustworthy sellers like tools depot store with missleading advertising and they scam you with a overpriced item. The last time I will purchase from AliExpress and their suppliers that rob you and then they deny it.
I would NOT suggest buying anything from AliExpress that you want to fit (shoes, clothes, pet accessories)
Their clothes {human or pet) & shoes seem to run extremely small. Accessories for pets seem to be to big.
We also got nowhere on a refund, after being asked to jump thru hoops, on a solar phone charger... That did not work.

They will put you thru hell providing proof, AND then give you EVERY excuse to not refund AND, IF you are lucky enough to be granted ANY sort if refund... YOU have to pay to return it

There is no customer service, so if you have an issue with a retailer, you have to contact them directly. Rarely do they respond. Goods take too long to arrive. My last order was a month ago and I am still waiting. It cleared customs and that was that. Can't get a refund as retailer ignores me. Adverts are misleading and often confusing. Best avoid.
I purchased poultry leg rings LMAO these things are so small wont even fit on bantams came pretty quick but now I'm stuck with 100 plastics rings I cant use chickens wont even walk when you get one on just stand there on one leg lol

Aliexpress makes outright lies when there is a service problem. I had a package that was supposed to arrive by 4/10 and still did not get it today so I filed a dispute.
I had contacted the local post office with the tracking number and they said it "never arrived"
When I filed the dispute the post office where it was supposed to have arrived was closed. It was still closed when I got the denial to the dispute.
Aliexpress said that I did not pick it up. They claimed to have contacted them. That was impossible. Furthermore, I have NEVER had to pick up any Aliexpress package as they arrive directly to my house. I have ordered hundreds of items and never had to pick up anythng. All items were sent directly to the house.
As far as warranties, forget it. I bought a pair of carbon bicycle handlebars that have a one year warrantee. Two bike shops said they were not installable due to the massive amount of plastic inside the bars. After contacting the seller, who would do nothing because it would cost him to pay for a return, I contacted Aliexpress and it was no longer there concern because it was over a 75 day period. This means that any seller can post any warrantee and not have any intention of honoring the warrantee
If I could give a zero star, I would never again. Save yourself the headache and don't order from here worst customer service and shipping time is on another level of slow. They allow sellers to sell defective products and they do nothing about it. I ordered a dtf printer took a month for me to received it and when I did it wasn't working, I asked them for refund they refused saying I should return the printer first but did not send me a return label.
I have ordered from them twice. The first order was fine, everything came and was priced well.
However, the last order, one item I found an equivalent on Amazon for less money. The item I did buy, it never came. I got email after email about how the item was 'on the way' or 'delayed by customs' when it actually was received by the local post office, but for some reason, couldn't be delivered. I was 'disposed of' so no product will be delivered. Still getting emails, but not getting a refund, well, not yet anyway.

Do not expect good customer service when doing business with Aliexpress especially if you live in Europe or North America and used to that kind of service. Basically Chinese business culture is quite different with Western business culture. The majority of traders on Aliexpress are not a established trader and these people does not understand the basic principle of business. These traders are mainly individuals that trying to make some money by brokering for other small traders. Aliexpress customer service also is not better than them. Therefore when you doing business with Aliexpress do at your own risk. Do not fall for Aliexpress promises on its website. Noting is guarantee other than falls promises. Your purchase is protected by your credit card company so Aliexpress claim that your purchase is protect in most situation is a falls claim. You can claim through your credit company for your dispute and at the end of the day your credit company will give you some explanation even if it is not in your favor. But don't expect this kind of communication from Aliexpress in your dispute. Always remember, buy from Aliexpress at your own risk. Aliexpress is not Amazon.
Warning! This is a scam. They gave me invalid tracking number and never delivered the item. When I tried to dispute, they did give me an option, no refund. Be aware, you will be scammed.

I ordered an item from this seller and when several months went by and I did not receive the item, he gave me a tracking number that could not be found at Canada Post. The only solution he gave me was to "complain to the post office"
Then, I am not able to post a review on his store. Which explains why so many of them on there are so good. The customers who get scammed aren't able to comment. I am not overly concerned, as the price was not expensive. I NEVER order something of any real cost from these sites as there is no guarantee to receive any help once they take your money, but I have always had great service in the past

Such a scam, you place an order, never hear when it is ready to be shipped, only receiving daily spam emails on "New Deals". Horrible customer service, they set my order to do a refund with no notification and the refund never arrived, now 60 days later their horrible customer service says contact your bank... WOW!

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
