Such a scam, you place an order, never hear when it is ready to be shipped, only receiving daily spam emails on "New Deals". Horrible customer service, they set my order to do a refund with no notification and the refund never arrived, now 60 days later their horrible customer service says contact your bank... WOW!
These people took $266 from me for an item that they never shipped when I asked for help they just keep giving me the runaround. These people are a bunch of con artist and scammers. You don't have to take my word for it, but you've been warned perhaps you will have better luck, but don't count on it.
I ordered what I thought were purple curtains and received a pink/red butterfly design - which doesn't work in my purple bedroom. I disputed with PayPal and Ali Express responded that I would receive a total refund of my $36.86 if I returned the item at my expense. I just responded to Paypal that I will not pay to return something that I didn't order. ** There were several color options. All colors no matter what was selected stated purple in the description. Another color was inadvertently ordered - watch what you are ordering on the website if it has color options.
Received only some broken pieces of what I ordered in an old shoe box, wrapped in a trash bag. The dispute process is a joke and shame on CapitalOne for ignoring my claim. Any site can offer the lowest prices if they send you something out of their garbage. Biggest rip off on the internet. Where is the consumer protection?
As soon Aliexpress get your money they dont care about you or your order any more, if your order does not arrive they will ask you deal with the seller whom will let you go in a circle in ordere not to refund your money. There is no human customer service to claim or to dicuss you issue. After five years my advice is not to deal with this company.

During sign up my address would not fill properly, I ordered an item and it was sent to no proper address, the item was sent back to them from Australia post, if I want my paid for item I have to pay shipping again, the company is the worst company to deal with. They would not accept responsibility for sending the item with no proper address, would have been a good idea to contact me to rectify address before sending.

My order was never received was told by my local post office that it had not been Transferred from the local carrier in Compton California Ali express refused to reship or refund the money for it. Ali express pretty much said that because it got to the USA it was no longer their problem. Horrible service from Ali express.
Photo, description not match to the price,( big red circle is the one I want to get but small red circle is the product that they shipped) Their web site error caused me to buy the wrong product so try to return it but they find all kinds of excuses not allow me to return it, instead offer me partial money back, at the end I didn't get money back! Save yourself the money and trouble don't buy from Aliexpress!
There is a problem with vendors that sell on Aliexpress. When you pay through PayPal, vendors often claim that they are not paid, which causes orders to be shipped slowly.
I ordered several items using this site. Out of 5 I only got 2 items. Other items takes forever to arrive. And after forgot about it, I got an email saying my item was marked as delivered. I filed complaint against it and they replied to my complaint by saying not refundable because it's been delivered. I just gave up disputing for some items that costs only $10 something. It just stresses me out keeping an eye on this product. I warned you guys so be aware.
I am speechless when asked by AliExpress to provide "VALID EVIDENCE" that I have not received the item. Due to the fact that I do not have the evidence, the request for refund is rejected and payment was released to the seller. My question to AliExpress, shouldn't it be the other way round by asking the seller or shipping company to prove that the item has been delivered at the correct address or received by buyer?
To other users here, please advise what sort of evidence you may able to prove that you never received the item?

Watch out for Shop*******588 Store, they show one product and you will end up getting something else in the post. Very disappointed with Ali expressed hands off approach, it is not well organized as Ebay
I have had a quiet email with almost no spam for ten years a few a week max. I put my email In for an order… 100+ spam emails in a day. Next day 150 spam emails. Inappropriate too! Super disappointed.
I bought multiple items that come with the FREE RETURN but I am not able to get any one of the free return label even the item is not as description. Aliexpress and Seller are not taking responsible for the return shipping with item has the FREE RETURN service. They just want you pay the return shipping by yourself to ship back to CHINA because they just want to take your money and they know that is not much people will pay the expensive return shipping for refund and most of the time, the buyer just end up to pay more money without getting any refund back. DO NOT TRUST THEIR ANY BUYER PROTECTION SERVICE AND FREE RETURN SERVIE.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
