As soon as I set up the account and try to make a purchase, problems. Account frozen. Chat over 20 times with Customer Service reps and the only solution is in 10 days someone will contact you via email to solve my problem.Its well over 2 months and no emails, no solutions. So now I'm trying to delete the account and now I'm unable to delete my aliexpress account. Ofcourse Customer Service rep says in 3 days they will send a code via email to delete the account, Still waiting... The only good thing I could say is good thing I didn't purchase anything because if it had a problem with the order, that would have been a nightmare. I'll stick with Amazon for my online shopping... In the meantime, I'll just report as spam so I wouldn't get anymore promotion emails from Aliexpress...

Do not shop here! A friend purchased a metal tester, they sent an eating fork! Absolutely disgusted. Trying to get a refund, suddenly they've gone quiet.
Site used to be one of the best shopping sites, shipping everywhere, cheap shipping, cheap products etc. But after Covid and Aliexpress owners problems with Chinese government, site is worse every day. They don't refund me money when seller send me wrong headphones, they are using tracking codes that are not valid international tracking codes, and when package don't arrive (and that happens more and more often), they just say - go and ask your post office. Postoffice just say: this code is not valid tracking code, but their internal, and we can't find anything with this code!

BORUI store on Aliexpress mobile app is the worst store. I bought 6 items and had problem with 3, one was the wrong item shipped, another was just cancelled by the seller without notice, and the last one asked for more money after paying the price in the listing, which I refused and requested the cancellation of the transaction.
For all these 3 times I had issues getting my money back, and I still didn't get it all, just partially. Customer service seems to be, either fooling you, or not very competent, but unable to take care of issues.
I filed a formal complaint about this website, it's terrible.
I ordered a dash cam from AliExpress. It was supposed to come with a real camera in addition to the dash cam, and the connecting cable I got only the dash cam went on the website and app. There is no place to request missing parts. Keeps going round and round showing more products to buy. Don't waste your money with this service.
I am extremely dissatisfied with AliExpress and advise others to avoid them. Any attempt to get approval to return anything is rejected. They ask you to provide more and more 'proof' that the items aren't correct, then reject it all anyway, with a curt, "No Refund - item matches description" reply.
They don't state upfront that apparently all sales are final.

This site is awful and full of scammers. I was sent incorrect items that I did not order and defective items so I submit a request and Aliexpress did NOTHING. Because there was receipt of delivery, they say my claim isn't valid. I was sent junk I don't need and did not receive what I ordered though. So I would avoid this site if you don't want to receive nothing or receive the wrong item that they will not refund or send the correct item of because hey, at least they sent something albeit not at all the same thing. Seriously guys, shop literally anywhere else if you don't want your money stolen. This site is the absolute worst I have encountered and I shop exclusively online. I had an awful experience before here and thought I would give it another shot, but there is nothing redeeming about this site. It is full of junk products and they enable sellers to scam buyers.
Warning - I was ripped off by the I love life store on aliexpress. I received notification an item was delivered when it was not. They posted a picture of proof of delivery which is clearly not my house and not the item I ordered. I filed a claim with PayPal and was denied based on the fact that the seller provided the bogus tracking. Buyer beware.
I ordered a dress in a size larger than what I am. The dress arrived with no tags at all, and was at least 2 sizes too small. When I tried to return it, they wanted a picture showing the tags. Sending the embarassing picture of me trying to fit in it, they still refused to accept my return. I am now stuck with a $100 dress that i cannot wear, and has no tags to show that it is brand new, nor the size. I tried to email them, even tried an online chat - don't bother, they do not reply! Very disappointed and would NEVER recommend shopping here.
Bought and interactive electronic boxing game for fitness. Turns out its not in English so returned to seller. Seller told me to return it to them in France which I did however Ali Express won't refund me as the item was apparently meant to be sent to China even though the seller was clearly from France and communicating in French and English. Item wasn't fit for purpose poorly quality can only be used if you speak Chinese. **************

This company claims my items were delivered. They were not. When I opened a dispute they immediately shut it down claiming it was a "The local delivery center". My items are nowhere to be found and their "help team" is strictly bots and not human. Im so disappointed in myself for ordering from these scammers.

I first looked up this company before buying to see if it was legit, I now know the good ratings are fake, I received 1 cheap item out of 10 I spent 57 and they claim I received all of them and because I can't prove I didn't receive them they won't refund me, STAY AWAY! THESE PEOPLE $***. 100% FRUAD! They give you three days to ask for a refund but they purposely show that it was delivered way before it really is. I did receive one item but showed delivered a week before it actually was so you wait to see if it's delivered and when it doesn't they claim you ran out of time. These people need to be banned from sending anything outside of their country.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
