They said my order was shipped a month ago and I have not received it. They have the balls to tell me that if I do not confirm receipt of merchandise, they will. Orders are IMPOSSIBLE to track in China. AliExpress tells me to take up problem with THEIR vendor! AliExpress is TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE!

My 18 yr. Old daughter NEVER received her order. The sellers know how to manipulate the system so you can't open a dispute. She ordered pants Aug. 28th. They kept making excuses. I can't find any way to resolve it. When we put in her order and tracking number it's like it didn't exist. I think this site is one big fraud! ZERO STARS!

They're criminals... fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of contract, larceny and absolutely no recourse or refund. I've been charged for products I never received, charged for products I've never bought and the only remedy they offer is to contact the seller. Guess what, the seller never responds because they're content stealing your money.

If you buy anything from Aliexpress you will regret it. They are a bunch of theives and as for buyer protection they haven't a clue. I ordered a galaxy phone from them On Sept 1st $227. It was marked as frozen then I was told I would receive a refund. Thats a joke HOW DO YOU COMPLAIN. They have put in a complaint system which is impossible to operate. Clever people are these Chinese CROOKS. Dont be foolish enough to think this is an isolated case, Read other reveiws, they all say the same thing. If you have money to throw away then give it to a charity.

I buy a lot of items on this site and dont have any problems, you need have same cares, 1st you need waiting for items very slow service, 2st ask if item are in stock before you buy, 3th be very clear wend you ask for colors or styles por ex. Send fotos on msg, confirm the tracking on 17track.com any problem open the claim, look with care for feedback of sellers

No problems here. Ordered many items and they come along as promised. There are scammers on this site for sure and I have carefully avoided them. First I check their reviews in feedback and take into consideration their feedback score and compare it with how many successful transactions they have verses bad ones and how old. For instance they may have had a bad transaction six months ago but haven't had any problems since and have a hundred happy reviews. Their score may appear nasty and this is an example of a skewed score only by outward appearances. I would avoid those who keep dropping the price of an item you are interested in and do contact sellers for any questions or concerns. I always start with a small inexpensive item ordered first and see how they do. Then a second one behind it and if everything goes ok then I add this store and shop till I drop. Take your time and research and read read read before you decide to buy. Stay with stores and vendors you have proven to be trustworthy. Please be aware that shipping times and in item stocks have so many variables that shipments become delayed and stocks can't be guaranteed. Patience is key.

No response after product delivered. They DO NOT WORRY ABOUTGETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. No customer protection. You cannot come into contact with the right people even though I followed every step after lodging a dispute. Its like sending an SOS into deep space and hoping that someone will respond.

A good trading platform with very wide range of goods. As shortcoming I consider only search system. Sorting is made not so successfully. For the rest everything completely arranges. Low prices, good goods. I am happy with purchases at aliexpress.

Ali express buyer protection is FALSE!
Fake tracking numbers, excuses, " I will resend your products" so as to avoid the refund/ open dispute. This site has no complaints department which any company worth there salt would have SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I bought a IPTV English language TV machine. Had no user manual and no instructions for install. I entered the username and password but made a mistake when inputting the password so cannot install the product. The agent Eva was unable to help me. She asked me to take a picture of my TV so that she could help me. I asked her to Skype me so I could show her my TV screen but would not. I am not writing this to complain but seeking help on how to reset the password. I have been sitting here for 2 days now. Help me

I have ordered stainless steel jewelry from aliexpress from five different vendors. Some items take a month or more to arrive and some have arrived in less than two weeks. Two sites that have sent exceptional quality are "Evorte" and "Youze" Jewelry. I agree, you definitely want to check the seller rating. I ordered only $100 worth the first time, but have increased my orders after I see the quality of the products.

I ordered a handbag on aliexpress. It was my first order from the site. The prices are really cheap and I was anxious about the quality. It took around 3 weeks to arrive but the quality was good and I like it. You should always check the seller feedback when you buy something and keep reviewing the items on the site so other people will know if their service and products are good

I ordered a backpack and when it finally arrived over a month later it was very different from the picture. When I contacted the seller she said it was the same even though it had 5 zippers instead of 3, no bottle holders on the side and a laptop pocket which the one we ordered didn't have! I tried working with her but she'd say my money had been refunded when it hadn't. Then she told me I could pick a bag as compensation. I did and like a dummy paid for it. She then said she never told me I wouldn't have to pay for it! Finally, I opened a dispute. What a joke! I escalated it to Alibaba and they closed it saying "mutual agreement"! WOW...

Aliexpress is good if you are buying hair but for clothes they are horrible i ordered three items on the 25th of september and today is the 15th of october my items are still not here, they delayed my shipment because of a chinese holiday that they informed me about after i paid and asked them why my items hasn't shipped yet you wont recieve your item until a month later which is horrible if the seller has on the site ships out within 30 days your item wont be shipped out until three to fours weeks later they are not fast at all i wouldnt reccommend

I ordered some embellishments for some crafts I am working on and I chose an order that I can customize by writing in the notes the colours, and number of each I would like for a total of 50. When the order came in, everything was as it should be. The embellishments were beautiful and suit me very well. I guess if you're going to buy from overseas you need to be aware of what you are purchasing and if there is ANY doubt in your mind, Don't do it! That's what I do, I follow my gut. If something raises red flags for me, I don't buy it. Hope this helps.
