Awfull plateform, I ordered a phone and the seller sent me a default product.
I sent it back but the seller pretend the parcel never arrived. I uploaded all the shipping proofs including tracking number but Aliexpress decided in favor of the seller... $189 lost. This site is a scamming plateform, Don't buy there!

I buy a chinese tablet pc from store name shenzhen Ele co.ltd but haven't recieved refund. I lost money 172 us. dollars. This site is no real buyer protection. It's only protect chinese seller. Not recommend to buy anything from this site because it's a chinese web site. FRAUD! Hit and RUN.!

I bougth 10 USB flash drive kingston 64gb from one store named "cun yang" in Aliexpress platform. My customer returned them to me because they are fake. I claimed to cun yang several time and had no answer. I tried tell to Aliexpress but I didn't find a way. This is too bad. It's bad to my store's name, it's bad because I lost my money. Becarefull buying from Aliexpress, because they accept seller like cun yang!

Not sure why their is so many negative votes for this company, I bought a pair of shoes online from here before, very fast delivery considering i live in the UK, and at a reasonable price too so i cant complain. Would recommend!

I work with a company that also sells shoes to subtly add inches to your height, and I can promise you that there is no better customer service in the market. These people are super friendly and willing to help you either return or exchange any pair of shoes you've bought from us. We also only make shoes of the highest quality – we take great pride in our work at Masaltos, so you have no need to worry about your shoes falling apart in three weeks. I have ordered from Aliexpress many times, different products, different values and from different sellers, and never had any problems.
If you chose the sellers very carefully and read there reviews.
You will be fine to...

I have never had any disputes at Aliexpress, so i dont know how that procedure works, but i have ordered aprox 50 Products over a period of time with out any hazzle!

This site can either be your friend or foe, depends on how you use it, i made my first order for $100, which never arrived and refused to use this site again, however i then quickly discovered that the sellers rating may be the key to a successful delivery, NOT ALWAYS!, i had then ordered a further $500 of items (taking a risk i know) but before this i installed the client chat, had a little more patients, and communicated very well with the seller, who by the way had NO feed back, but was the only seller who shipped promptly, stuck to there word on the quality and now is my own personal supplier for any product "made in china" which is about everything you can buy. I was dubious and reluctant to do this my husband thought i was mad, but after chatting with them knowing they are 10's of thousands of miles away with a language barrier, also having some other suppliers spoiling it for them, and trying to get a good reputation on the site. I knew this was a very hard task to achieve and gave them the benefit of the doubt. In turns out that they are trying to make a living they are just as vulnerable as we are as buyers, your money is protected ( granted the site does not explain well but you do get full refund on no delivery), and with a little bit of patients and trust on some of the suppliers even the ones with no feed back, and good communication, this platform will no doubt help you find the cheapest items that are sometimes a rip off in your own country.

This site is horrible. I ordered some shirts and immediately got a message that they were out of stock, should have been my first clue. They offered to send replacement shirts and I accepted. I ordered XL but when I got them they were more like smalls. I asked for a replacement or refund and they said I got XL so they would not do anything. They have horrible customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have ordered multiple items, from a Samsung s3 to a GPS to jewelry. Everything has worked great. I did have issues with my phone but the seller was awesome and helped me immediately and it was fixed in a few days. If you want quick shipping don't bother, it doesn't really exist unless you pay dearly. I suggest you check feedback and ask questions first before you buy.

I ve bought around 80 personal items from this site ranging from electronic to clothes. I find if you pay a wee little bit more for jackets, shoes etc. the quality really is much better. I ve had a few assh**e sellers who say they have an item in stock and then when i pay say 'Oh sorry we actually don't have this item' and show you a 'nicer' more expensive 'Similar' item. I always got my money back. They depend alot on feedback. So i would recommend if you had a serious problem make sure you put that in the feedback. I use that alot to review a seller. Also dont get to excited when you see something and pay straight away. Ask questions. Other then that and the slow delivery (but hey its free!). I honestly love this site. Its cheap and has so much variety. It takes one $#*! seller to ruin someones image Aliexpress. An i cant blame them really but at the end of the day don't tarnish all sellers with the same brush, not everyone out to scam. Most are good, decent sellers trying to earn their income.

Never order through Aliexpress they steel my money have placed two orders from (Clara Au) I never received them once she told me the items return to us broken we will resend them second order she told me We are sorry for this issue.
If you don't receive the item, we will resend the item to you but I didn't received any thing Aliexrpess took my money away shame on this site

Aliexpress is a joke. The website doesnt even work completely. It will take your money, but will not allow you to issue a dispute, or send them an email, or call them if you have a problem with a seller. Their virtual assistant doesnt work either. After my purchase, I visited the website 4 days later and it said the seller had 23hrs to ship my item. To the right of that, there were one of two buttons I could click on. One was to cancel order, or to extend the time. I did neither. Two days after that, I went back to the website and it said that the seller now had 4 plus days to ship my item. They extended the time on their own!

I attempted to cancel my order at least five times after that, and the seller was able to just cancel my cancellations. He forced me to select that i chose the wrong item instead of not meeting the deadline in order for me to receive a refund.

I will personally never do business with this website again. I advise anyone else to find a more reputable website.

Aliexpress is helps fraudulent sellers, no protection to buyers and filing a Dispute is a waste of time. I have lost hundreds of $$$ with them for receiving defective, cheap quality, counterfeit items from sellers. Sellers mislead buyers by posting great pictures and descriptions on their listing then send you a totally different item. Again, sellers on Aliexpress are fraudulent and Dispute procedure is a a BIG JOKE and a waste of time! So do not go near them!

I bought two items from Aliexpress back in the spring and encountered no problems.
I went back to purchase boots from them this month and they wouldn't process my payment. First they requested the photo of my credit card, credit card statement and ID. That's unheard of, but I complied and provided all they required. I thought that maybe there was an issue with my Visa card co I tried a different card. Another payment didnt go through - this time Mastercard. When I complained they asked for Id, photos of the card and the statement again. When I provided they implied that it wasn't my card! What do they need all this information for - photo's of the card, statements, ID's - no other site ever required this. My personal opinion is they try to obtain your credit card information to use it for scamming purposes. I won't be shopping there again. It's aggregating and outragageous how they conduct their business.

I had previously ordered three items from AliExpress and had great experiences. Unfortunately I ordered from a seller with no feedback and they sent me a damaged necklace and refused to refund item unless I returned it with tracking within 9 days (that's international shipping from North America - expensive). Cost of shipping with tracking was more than cost of necklace, and I had zero trust in seller or website so I gave up. I may enquire with Visa about their buyers protection plan. I tried to dispute the transaction online and nothing. The "Buyers Protection Plan" is a complete and total sham! Buyer beware! Only order from sellers with good feedback and don't order expensive items (which thankfully, I didnt'). If you're happy doing that then the risk may out weigh benefits. This one bad apple pretty much spoiled it for me, not ordering from them again.

SCAMMER. RIP OFF. FRAUD. My daughter ordered her Validectory dress through this site. The dress we received was nothing like that ordered. Even with measurements provided it's approximately 20 cms too short without shoes. The dress was ordered with a corset back but dress received had a side zipper. The slit in the front is cut in an arch and the stitching is crooked. As we were unable to get a response from the company we were forced to purchase another dress at considerable cost. We have mailed the dress back to the company requesting a refund but their site does not even allow you to lodge a complaint. SCAMMER. RIP OFF. FRAUD

These items come from China so usually it takes a while to receive them but there very cheap. I have never had a problem with this site ever! I always shop here, for extensions, shoes, jewelry and they have nice expensive looking winter coats. I recommend highly!

This site will let LIARS sell things.
I ordered three items and not one was what it said it was.
I SENT IN A DISPUIT ON THESE ORDER. WHAY DOES IT NOT SHOW?
As Follows: These lamps said they are a 12 watt LED. They are not!
When I run through my tester, They come out to draw. 4 amp,
That means they are a max of Five (5) watts. No 12 watt.
This add is very deceptive. And should be taken of the internet.
Please Send My Money Back.
