I use this site a great deal, however, I have had one bad experience where I did not receive my merchandise but I did receive a refund. In order to use the site, you must check the seller history, amount of transactions, and feedback. I also like to communicate with the seller prior to making a purchase. Many legitimate sellers will email additional photos and communicate with you to make sure you feel comfortable ordering.

I ordered 2 things and they took a while to get here but came in gud shape... HOWEVER, I've been trying to order the same headphones and each time they say my order was cancelled and I haven't received a refund to date despite the many claims i submitted! I am furious to say the least but still fighting!

Not really the same problem, but now that I see all of the negative feedback i will not order from them anymore. Anyways I ordered MAC makeup kit 180 palettes. It was $33.5 I received my order... ABOUT A MONTH AFTER and DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT WAS BROKEN! It was cracked and when I contacted the seller they wanted me to send the product back in then I would get a refund but instead I just kept it and never confirmed that I received it. I was so happy to go and pick it up from the mailing place and that was what I got! DONT BUY FROM THEM!

An absolute $#*!ing scam! They NEVER delivered my items to my house and I have no idea where the hell they are. They've been returned to China and I am FURIOUS! I want my money back and I can't believe I wasted my money buying from these scammers. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST! The items are cheaply made and of poor quality. I will NEVER buy from these lowlives again. I will warn others from making the mistake I made.

I love this site. I ordered a bunch of stuff for my wedding and all came as promised. As for the complaints that things take a long time to ship: Yes, they do but the shipping time is given before you order. If you can't wait that long, don't order! Mine came much, much faster then they said. All items as described. Our family uses this site for everything. No issues. Have fun!

Scam alert!

My order was shipped to my house initially but were faulty products (jerseys) and when contacted they said they would re-ship it but can only do so after I provide positive feedback. It was then shipped, but to the wrong address (sent to Florida, and I live in New Jersey). I've tried to contact their customers service without response several times now. Really bad experience.

I give the website 1 star because I cannot go through and file a dispute or edit my feedback.

Stay away! I made a few orders and came ok. Recently, I ordered an item, never received, they gave me a wrong tracking number. Never received a refund. Gave a second try, the same thing happened. No customer service, no support, no phone number, no email. The 2 sellers, just ignored my emails> Beware of the risk of being scammed!

Their review system is a scam. It gave a positive feedback on its own.

The website is only good if you are buying stuff like wires or cases. Other than this, I can tell you with experience, the stuff you get is garbage, quality is worst not even bad. Also it takes a while till you get your stuff. It took a month or more for an ipod cable.

I bought clocks, watches, even electronics from this site. And I am seriously, the quality is fake and everything I bought have been broken.

Seriously stay away from aliexpress or perhaps any chinese stores

I ordered a beautiful burgundy cotton blouse they were showing in the picture, the blouse came within 1 month, it was horrible, there was no hem on the tie bow, nor around the shoulders, it was red, not burgundy, it was a really cheap polyester, not cotton. They send something I did not order, In order for me to get my money back, I had to ship it back to China with tracking at $52.40, that more than the blouse cost. I gave the seller 1 star, It is showing that I gave him 5. They are full of it.

I bought several items some of them chip but the latest android phone I ordered never came and the seller just kept sending me false tracking numbers. I waited till today and wanted to complaint and open a case but I did not have the option anymore... actually it says that the seller received my money and I never received the item and probably will not and theres no way to complain or to contact aliexpress. Just a bad place to put your money on... They say you're protected but you're not! I'm done ordering from this fake site! BEWARE!

Not all are scam and delivered you counterfeit product. But once, I bought microSD Samsung. They send me the counterfeit one. Proven with h2testw. Communication not so smooth. They asked me to retour their product and they will refund. But where? Addresses? Who pay the shipping cost? How if I shipped then no refund after? All proove which are 4 microSD I bought was gone and now in their hand? They got 45$ from me and wont refund. Maybe just my bad day that I met this bad $#*! seller. Just be careful guys

ALIEXPRESS IS NOT A BAD SITE! YOU MUST FIRST CHECK THE SUPPLIERS RATING AND THE RATINGS GIVEN TO HIM BY PREVIOUS CLENTS. I ORDERED A KNIFE, PAID FOR IT. IT TOOK 7WEEKS AND THE ITEM ARRIVED. ON INSPECTION THE KNIFES SHEATH WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED. THE BLADE CUT THROUGH THE PINTS STICHES DURING TRANSIT. I TOOK TWO PICTURES, LODGED A DISPUTE AND SENT THE PICS AND ASKED FOR A FEW DOLLARS DISCOUNT. THE SAME DAY ALIEXPRESS INFORMED ME THAT THE SUPPLIER AGREEDVTO GIVE ME THE DISCOUNT, AND THAT I WOULD RECEIVE IT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS. WITHIN 4 DAYS THE REFUND WAS CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.
I WAS TREATED WELL AND WILL PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered an electric bicycle from store that is listed on Aliexpress. The store number is *******! Be careful! I was lured into paying over €360 and all I got was 2 cheap sunglasses. They had atracking number with the parcel. Now they claim that I got the bike which is a lie. BIG SCAM. The name of the seller is ABBY SMITH!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! NEVER USE WESTERN UNION. All money is lost.

I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...

If you buy from websites based in China a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, tablets, laser pointers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... textiles like underwear and cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too. Also it is interesting how the positive reviews on these pages are full of single reviewers with 4-6 helpful each hmmm. You decide for yourself.

PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.

One of the worst website I chose to order. At the beginning they will treat you good but after you order and pay, do not expect to receive your. All you can do is send few emails and after that you are done. Want to donate some money than this is the perfect site but not for shopping.
