I ordered ten "dancing flower" toys. After more than a month they finally arrived, all but two broken because of inept packaging. The fragile plastic toys had been crammed into a cardboard box with no side padding, for a trip through the mail. I reported the problem and sent the requested pictures, only to be told, "The damage isn't serious, you can fix them."
But one cannot fix broken off plastic pins and shattered guides. Each letter to them garnered only broken English excuses that made little sense. They tried to blame it on me for not using a better delivery service, as though they bear no responsibility for the post office handling things like the post office does. In the end they told me that something might be done at some unknown time in the future. And of course they've done nothing. So I'm out the money I paid and a nice little girl didn't get party favors to give out on her birthday. I've dealt with companies all over the world. If this is an example of the reliability of Chinese companies, it's one I'll take to heart.
It was good at first, but everytime i tried to purchase something, the credit card will close and say it was closed for security reasons. I called my credit card company and they stated that the merchand (aliexpress) closed them out. My credit card pushed it through. Then when i FINALLY spoke to someone on the live chat, it was like a recording, i got the same messages. They said my bank was holding it... PS IT WAS NOT A BANK CARD. They want my drivers ID, CREDIT CARD AND BACK OF IT PLUS A BANK STATEMENT, for what... to steal my identity.
ITS A HUGE SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME, THEY ALREADY HAD TO CHANGE THEIR NAME TWICE, JUST WAIT TILL THEY DO IT AGAIN.
Be cautious! If you are, you might try this out. I have ordered several goods from this site. I even managed to get a refund once ($ 82 for a camera that was never delivered) but it was complicated and took two months. Usually all items are shipped as signed-for using a tracking number.
But: Most products are low quality indeed - do not rely on pictures or specifications, sometimes they are outright lying - e. G if clothing is said to be leather and stamped 100% real leather you can be sure it's rubber. Most product/seller ratings are FAKE (fantasy names from different countries all stating a short "excellent" or "good" with some, like every tenth or so, giving a more detailed enthusiastic statement. Do not trust any information!
For electronics it sometimes works to google the type number and look for prices and ratings elsewhere. If you know what you're gonna get aliexpress is pretty cheap.
NEVER ORDER THROUGH THIS SITE. I ordered a few items from this site before at first not knowing the products were very low quality, but the cheap price lured me in. At one point one of their crooked merchant never delivered the item and the system allowed them to get paid. I tried to open dispute with aliexpress and all they said in a nutshell was, sorry too late... Forget about navigating to get to customer service. When you write to them you'll get a generic email they probably send out to dissatisfied customers. STAY AWAY from Aliexpress and don't get ripped off.

When I discovered this site I thought I hit the lotto! So I went crazy and spent a few hundred dollars on shirts and some electronics. The first shirt arrived very fast, perfect fitting, I was very happy. But then everything came late. Many of the shirts need to be altered because they are too big and colors are wrong. Nothing was slim fit then I realized they pinned the shirts on the mannequins. What a lie! So I went back and forth with the seller, got $5 refund on one shirt, some shirts I could not wear.
The infrared binoculars don't work at night and they don't focus right in day time. The seller ignored me. The other HD camera didn't work at night at all, so I went back and forth with the seller and got nasty treats. I opened a dispute and escalated it, Aliexpress completely ignored me and determined $0 refund and closed the dispute.
Be very careful of what you are buying from this site, stay away from expensive items especially electronics, they are not like Amazon with refund guarantee. This site it operated in China, they can get away with murder.
I'll still shop from this site on cheap clothing, hope to get something ideal. I believe there are good vendors, although it's a gamble.

Do not buy on aliexpress, I was scammed by a seller of pirated products, spent more than 90 days and after constantly calling, they sent me a box with a product rot, complain to the seller, but there was never an answer.
Aliexpress said to have a protection for the buyer, but I did not tell you is that it is impossible to contact them, they are a fraud.

I have placed about 5 orders with them, and while they are not the fastest, all orders arrived in good condition. Some ship fast, some ship slow. Quality of items have been good, clothes tend to be a little on the smaller side, but if you order a size up, they tend to fit just fine. Prices are all over the place, some really good deals, and some overpriced ones. Just shop with care, expect a wait, it should be worth it.
Horrible. Bunch of thieves. They accept an order, then hold it for a month or so, then claim it as delivered. That's it, no way to file a grievance, nothing, you're lost.
I ordered a pair of name brand shoes that were supposed to be in purple and size 5 but instead received a pair that were obviously fake as they were too small for my size 5 feet and were marked on the sole as a size 8... to make matters worse they were white instead of purple. I tried to open a dispute and was declined and then ignored. Every time I have tried to go back to the website to check on the status of my dispute it immediately crashes. Money gone. Infuriated!
I had the same problem as everyone else here. I ordered a 15" 8-wire resistive touch panel from "Terrence & tang's store". What they sent was a 5-wire panel then accused me of taking a picture of some other panel.
The dispute system on AliExpress doesn't work and is poorly made - difficult to use and doesn't remember previous entries.
Your only option is to file a complaint with your credit card company.
I placed a order for a pair of shoes on aliexpress the size I ordered was an 8, when I received my order nearly 2 months after it was placed, the shoe does not fit. I sent a message to Jennifer Jiang the seller stating the the size was two small, she asked if I wanted to return for bigger size I declined stating that it took 2 months to get item i am not interested in waiting another 2 months to receive a replacement. So I disputed this with aliexpress sending evidence and all and they declined my dispute. Listen to me when I tell you to STAY AWAY, I am not just stating this because I am bitter its the truth, most products or nothing as they seem, and aliexpress does not live up to its order agreement. DO NOT ORDER FROM JENNIFER JIANG.
The item I ordered clearly said in the product name that it came with a comforter. It didn't. There excuse was that if I'd scrolled down farther to the product description I would have seen that it didn't come with a comforter. Very misleading. There webpage says right on the front that they will give a full refund in this case. They don't. STAY AWAY-NOT RELIABLE.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses in November 2012, as a Christmas gift. First time I heard from the seller was 3 months after my credit card transaction, even though I sent several messages asking them to confirm the status of my purchase... to no avail. Then, 6 months after the purchase I got their response, informing me that due to the incorrect tracking number provided to me, the seller decided to refund my purchase. That was 3 months ago! To date, my purchase has not been credited to my credit card.
This is a company of thieves. I strongly advise anyone who considers to buy from them, to look elsewhere. You will regret bitterly if get into any dealings with AliExpress.

My $120 order was cancelled due to not available. After more than a month, it is clear that a refund will never come. There is no way to contact them. Dispute pages etc. are all dead ends. They got their name from "Alibaba and the 40 Thieves" which they truly are. This is a criminal enterprise... avoid it!
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
