As a customer for many years, I finally quit this website. There is no protection for the customers. They never admit the fault of the carriers.
All fun and games until you get a horrible item. The will do eveything in their power to waste your time so that you give up returning or getting a refund.
The sellers always win the dispute, don't waste your time on such a cheap website it's not worth it.
I ordered blazzer as named in my photo attached with 2xl size, but they sent me small size. No size mark or description on physical product, not even has size information on package. Only chinese words label, and i dont speak and read that languge. Aliexpress customer service also defense seller, and said everything is described and correct. But as people can see on photo attached, my poeple in my house also see that there is nothing size description on the product and it is also small when i measured it, they dont want refund my money and not even send the corect size. After i read review in this blog, i found lot of complaint of this marketplace/aliexpress. Very very disappointed
Purchased heavy duty bird netting from Ali Express / GSL recieved very lightweight netting. See attached photo. Tried to resolve with Ali express and GSL and they refused to assist. Return or refund hopeless.
They don't response properly, they don't show and explain the exact details of items, fake tracking that means usually you can't trace your item.
I received a package with the correct tracking number, but it is a pair of nylon bootie socks instead of a pair of boots. I reached out to AliExpress and they denied my refund twice so I'm now out the money and I did not receive the boots. The photo uploaded is what I received instead of my boots.

Item that I received is not the item that I purchased according to the description. Asking AliExpress for help to resolve the issue was waist of effort. If you use AliExpress - be ready to be scammed out of your money.
I waited a month and a couple weeks for a package to get delivered, I was given an estimated delivery time and it never came, I contacted the seller and only when I contacted the seller, he told me the item was out of stock, if an item is out of stock how is it in the middle of delivery, what exactly is being sent if its out of stock?to me that means it was never sent out and you had a customer waiting more than a month without any communication,I shouldn't have to contact the seller if my package is late, I contacted customer service and they were no help at all they kept saying I'm just customer service I'm not the seller, I asked to just be refunded and I'm still getting the runaround
Delivery is terrible and the prices are no where near as cheap as they were a few years ago. With shipping costs and the 6 months to get anything. Your better off just buying it in the USA, a few bucks more but you get it asap. Yes that's a photo of the last thing I ordered ….there's nothing in the picture because it never came, no refund, and bad attitude.
Claims delivery, wont provide package id or carrier name, so you cannot prove you havent.
Seller then after some time, sent a nonfunctional link at a carrier for package id, and a tlf nr for the carrier that is not in use (its a year old nr for the carrier, that has been canned).
Still aliexpress refused to refund.
We ordered 36 of an item. The seller wrapped almost 5 lbs. of loose items in a thin plastic bag and shipped. Content was lost in transit, arrived in the United States open and missing 29 of 36 items. USPS taped it, put a new label on it showing a 6 oz. Weight and shipped it to us in VA. I immediately took pictures of the damaged packaging, before opening. Photographed opening it, and the contents, 9 of 36 items. Messaged the seller. Their response was over and over "We shipped 36.7 is not 36." I have NO idea what that was supposed to mean, we never said 7 anything. LOL. Esculated to customer service with AliExpress in a dispute, included over a dozen photo's, shipping label, tracking number, tracking screenshots, item photos with bar code, even pictures of them weighed on a weigh scale. All claims were DENIED. Seller was super rude, they knew we weren't going to win. All they provided as "proof" was a photo of an item on THEIR weigh scale and a receipt for a shipping label who's weight did not match what was on our bag. I posted in an online group of other crafters, and 36 people immediately answered with similar problems! CHEAP is not always BEST if you do NOT get your items!
Scammers. Pure and simple. And the worst customer service ever. Someone has opened a fake account under my name and sends me fake packages for 6 months. Contacted them several times and they do nothing. I get 5-10 packages - all fake every week. They do not respond and do nothing. I can't order anything online because if i do, i will need to go to the post office every day to collect their fake packages. Go do your shopping online in other websites!
Ordered a products it was charged to my card on the day of order and supposed to arrive within 42 days.
The product never arrived but the money was lost because the credit card company trusted their tracking information. Any dispute is send back to their supplier in China and they follow the same information supplied by AliExpress no help whatsoever.
My mistake I never will use this company again.
I bought abt $150 of stuff I thought it was a great deal but actually its a scam I ordered it waited months then one year I never got my stuff I should have knowned that stuff that cheap would be a scam
Scammers!.Disgusting!...took my order.Took my money.No Goods arrived and now impossible to contact them.Tel number is Fake...Reg address in UK is a flat In London (looks Empty)...How are they allowed to trade like this...im now going Legal to see what can be done...Meantime stay well clear!
Pictures preset all the parts of the repair kit witch is the title of the product to order, but they send you only one part from the kit and charging the price of the entire kit.
Hire unscrupulous delivery company in Mexico (QualityPost) for final delivery. They never deliver and when you file a complaint and ask for a refund because undelivered, they make your tracking number disappear and cancel all traces. Your purchase ends up in some Mexicans house or car and Aliexpress couldn't give a crap.
AliExpress.com has become THE hub for product SCAMS. The company has no interest in customer service. Try and leave a message anywhere on their site. Good luck, you'll spend hours trying to find any kind of review or communication with them. I've had it with AliExpress. Most of the products are low-priced, perfect for SCAMMING everyone, with no recourse. I'm done with getting ripped off from them and their low-life suppliers like Super Tempered Film Store. NO MORE SCAMMING FOR THIS GUY.
Overall, most vendors are reputable and send what the product description entails. There are however, a few vendors that describe one item and then ship a completely different item altogether. Yes, if you pay through PayPal and complain loud enough, they offer you a full refund. Catch is though, you have to pay a high shipping charge to return the item back to China. One of those companies that posts on Aliexpress pretends to sell camera batteries, but they only ship a very expensive, cheaply made plastic box to store a battery inside of. My advice is don't buy anything described as a battery on the Aliexpress platform. You will most likely only receive a storage box. Not a battery as described in detail on the product listing or the invoice that you review before paying for the item. Different company names appear with exactly the same description. Huh? Same photos too. Buyer beware... of purchasing any type of camera battery on Aliexpress. The product purchase invoice on the left matches the product description online exactly. What you receive is the image on the right. Only on the 11th photo of the images posted on the website does it even mention "you can buy the box only by itself." No where on the invoice does it say anything about "box!" It only describes the 2000 maH battery.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
