ALIEXPRESS is the worst place that you can do your shopping! Their buyer protection is SCAM - they dont stand behind their policy. If you order some goods and if you dont recieved in the end and if there is another SCAMER(the seller) and they show you some Chainice paper with some fake weights and stats - Delivered - but without any other detail - who get the order or when was happened the delivery. IT IS HUGE SCAM - YOUR MONEY WILL BE BURNED. IF I CAN give them 0 stars I would do it!
They took about two months to send my order and never sent the yellow dress instead they've sent me a hair ribbon that it wasn't even worth 50 cents and I've tried to get my money back but it is impossible
Update: They have no customer service phone number to call. So, I contacted them through the chat service. I explained the situation. I was told to go to the dispute summary. Then the representative on the chat disconnected. No solution. After several days of messaging back and forth and sending them pictures of the packages I received along with their proof of delivery with the weight high lighted to prove the packages contained different items. Then contacting my credit card company. The seller finally agreed to refund me for the items I did not receive.
I placed an order for 2 Six foot folding tables and 6 packages containing 4 folding chairs each. I received the 2 tables. The next day I received 3 packages of the chairs. I contacted the seller to let them know there were 3 missing packages. The Seller says there is only one missing package, and they refuse to refund for the other 2 missing packages. They sent me pictures of the items delivered. They are trying to say the 2 tables were packages of chairs when the delivery pictures clearly show different packaging. I guess I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
5 out of 9 items where not recieved. No customer service. Just an automated response to my refund request "NO REFUND". No matter how many times you try to escalate. Total Rip-off.

HONOR BOX had this...it was showing a advertised picture ( orange device)...they show a nice picture on the add,but when you go to the next page it shows a different device.but realy i dont care what colour it is,as long as it works the way it is supposed to...recieved a completly differnt device., ON THE RECIEPT THEY SENT it sais terestial after 4 months of messaging, they will not admit there mistake,half the time, they make out,they don't understand English. I have been trying for a month now to get a refund on a package that was NEVER delivered to me. A signed, official letter from the post office saying I never got a package that YOU PEOPLE put the label on? Like the post office has time for that BS. NEVER, NEVER NEVER do business with AliExpress

I paid for a middle of the road bait caster the drag was terrible and overall quality was bad. Refund requested NOTHING 70.00 postage for a 50.00 return, Answer was tough luck.
I got No refund bcuz they said I returned an empty box but when I checked tracking#, it says they a have not even received the package yet due to they gave me a wrong return address.
CS told me I need to send dispute team an evidence. The tracking # says they couldn't deliver the package because of their fault and they will end the item back to me. What evidence do they need? I want evidence from AliExpress that they received an empty box from me. Don't buy anything expensive from them because you will lose your money lying you sent empty box.

I have bought at least 50 items on AE from 1£ to 20£ per item. Quality varies considerably: from USB sticks of 2 TB that do not work at all, to sun glasses that last a week, to decent earphones that work normally. Overall (60-70%) of the stuff is not worthwhile pursuing, either fake or rip-off, you will end up buying an alternate from a reputable source. Furthermore, they make it so, you cannot contest the transaction at all - initially because not enough time has gone by to receive the order - and then because too much time has gone by. Furthermore, because of low-value (<5£) it does not even make sense to engage. But overall, i would advice to go elsewhere (seller from your own country) and avoid the head ache. About 30-40% of their deliveries do not make it anyways.
Don't buy from AliEpress. It has no concerns for customers. The sellers are allowed to post fake advertisements and processed pictures to promote their inferior products. All they want is your money. No customer services or protection for buyers.It's a shame that many people got deceived by the sellers and AliEpress won't do anything to stop that.
What I really dislike about AliExpress is that they will catch your eye by showing a very low price. However, when you go into the product most of the time it appears the cheap price is just on a tiny piece of the whole product and it's super annoying. I'm leaving AliExpress and going back to Amazon.
I ordered 3 items from Alibaba but I didn't receive them in Los Angeles where I live. I contacted the sell but they wouldn't collaborate, replace it or refund me. I want to remove my account because there is no buyer protection at all! As many time items were lost on the way, that many time I didn't receive any refunds! Sellers are not responsible for that! That's why I am switching to Temu.

I placed many oders with them but as soon as a package went missing they told me to check my post office. The tracking plainly read it never even teached my city. When I disputed they declined the dispute and I was out the money. Order at your own risk!
First time shopper, TERRIBLE experience, thought I would try ANSHICAT Security Camera. Items arrived crushed and broken, very CHEAP packing. I got scammed and AliExpress dragged out the dispute process until the time ran out and closed the case. I appealed, and they again dragged out the appeal process then closed it on me. Then they blocked all communications from me. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute with AliExpress and ANSHICAT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE!

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
