The overall reputation of the company reflects significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to pervasive issues with order fulfillment, delayed deliveries, and inadequate customer service. Many customers report difficulties in receiving refunds and resolving disputes, often feeling ignored or misled by the company's support channels. Positive aspects, such as product variety and competitive pricing, are overshadowed by complaints regarding fraudulent sellers and the lack of buyer protection. Never use it! I purchased a LG vacuum battery (>$136) from its website, and the battery did not fit. I immediately contacted the seller Xinenjue on the day I received the battery and showed them the picture according to their request. They just refused to let me return it until I showed them the design defect of their battery compared to the original one. Until then XinenJue apologized and agreed to let me return. However, they refused to pay for the shipping cost. After a long argument, they agreed to pay for shipping. But after I shipped it using USPS flat shipping, XinenJue refused to pay for the shipping cost $44, saying the shipping cost was too high. Now two months later, I haven't got a penny back. The return was stuck in customs, and Xinenjue said it was because I did not provide their phone number(which I was not given before the return). According to Xinenjue's request, I contacted USPS, but USPS said they could not add additional information unless this was a priority or express mail. I cannot waste my time with them anymore, I asked for a refund and accepted the shipping lost $44 myself. Still not being solved. If you want to go through these troubles, order from Aliexpress then.

Beware and be advised. The item ordered was nothing like the item we received. Ali express has a very difficult return procedure - we followed it to the letter, they then stopped communicating with us after we were not discouraged by by that. Do not take the chance dealing with this sketchy looking operation [aliexpress] like we did. Auto trim part $165.00.

I've done a lot of business here and I've been receiving damaged, broken, non- working items. When I go to dispute and provide pictures they refuse to refund you unless s it's under $2.00. I've lost a lot of hard working money because of these issues! I was forced to fight then thru my credit card company! I highly recommend you don't buy a thing from here!

Insecure for buyer
June 12, 2023

I bought something but never received it! The seller's logistics information is fake and it said the good was in our country. But our local postal logistics showed that the goods were in Hungary. Contacted Aliexpress support several times, but nothing helped. I showed them the logistics search result, and they chose to believe the false seller's logistics information and asked me to give them an official paper format document from our post office. Since the good has not been in our country, the Post office here couldn't give me the document of missing good which has not come into our country. No way, I can only bear all the losses. Be careful with the seller's logistics information, it can be fake and you have to bear the consequences.

They have too many bad sellers that do not even send the goods and Mark as delivered.
Then support doesn't allow you to raise a request!

I've lost £200 so far from problems.

Buyer Protection is a lie.

Never believe in Buyer Protection. They just lie.
If they required to return the package, don't. Because the seller on aliexpress leaves an address that does not go to their mailbox, but stops at the postal warehouse.
And in the end Aliexpress does not refund because the package was not delivered.
Then you lose both the package and shipping costs.
I said goodbye to Aliexpress and don't want to buy anymore from that fraudulent website.

While the prices are a bargin make sure you are going to keep the item, trying to return/refund is impossible it's like they make it so inconvenient they want you to give up,also descriptions are not always accurate, they will advertise 2 bicycle tires send you one but picture shows 2 and says tires, they said they show 2 tire to show they have 2 sizes,BS! Just recently I tried to give them another chance I ordered a tube guitar bass overdrive, while it sounds fantastic on guitar on bass the bottom end is completely sucked out, advertised as guitar bass overdrive but useless on bass, sent a message but so far no reply I think I'll stick to Amazon,Ebay and other U.S.based supplier's.

AliExpress is NOT SAFE. Their 'Buyer Protection' is NOT REAL. If you buy from them, you may get your item, but you may also loose your money with no real recourse.

In my case the items never arrived. The USPS tracking info clearly showed that the items were never revived from the international carrier, and therefor never delivered to me. I went through claims process, providing detailed links, screenshots and information. The seller refused the claim, saying I should contact he Post Office. On appeal to the so called 'Buyer Protection', they summarily denied the claim, with no real explanation or opportunity for me to respond. I contacted customer service, which was a drawn out ordeal over chat (the only option). The chat took almost and hour as they are really slow, and I could not leave my computer since the session times out every 3 minutes if you do not keep clicking to keep it alive. In the end the woman said she would put in a request for a refund. I then quickly got another e-mail saying I was not getting a refund and I should 'contact the post office'.

So, the site is legitimate, in that you may receive real items. But its is NOT SAFE - if anything goes wrong AliExpress is not interested in making it right. Be prepared to LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered an auto part from Yubai Vehicle Parts Store that they shipped as a perishable item and USPS disposed of it. When I sent proof from the USPS the seller and Ali Express refused to rectify the problem so I've effectively been ripped off. Use Wish for much better customer service.

Disgusting company
June 8, 2023

Bought an electric item, and was sent one with the wrong plug/voltage. I asked them to send the correct one, and they instead gave me 1/3 of my money back! One third! Outrageous company, how on earth do they get away with this crap?

AliExpress was never good, but now it's even worse. Shein is a 1000 times better then AliExpress. Costumer service offer no help. Received wrong item or don't receive at all, there's no money back. I have decided after giving many chances to close my account.

Big Time SCAM!
June 6, 2023

Ordered inflatable Kayak because it was alot less than on Amazon. Big mistake. The fedex tracker says it was delivered yet fedex says order does not match up with me. They did not even have my address on order. They just take your money and did not even attempt to actually send me the product. I hope my bank will reimburse me because I am sure they are not. I wish I had read these reviews before I threw my money away. I guess it is legal to scam people in China. They would be shut down in the U.S.

I bought some stuffs for my kids. One of them was damaged. My daughter took some pictures and videos and sent them. They said we have to pay for shipping to get a refund for the damaged toy. It cost me more than toy itself to ship something to China. So I didn't send it and they didn't even give me a partial refund.
Horrible customer service.

NO COMPREN AHÍ
June 5, 2023

No compren!

Worst customer service ever 2 months packages not arrive they keep you giving you new dates until the 90 days protection end. Last time a seller send to another person completely different address but since tracking only said city and country they said I received. Had to contact postal service get evidence that I didn't received it because they refused to investigate to keep protecting scammers. Took almost 4 months to get money back. Now 2 months waiting for a simple jacket. Avoid buying here if you need your item for a gift. If you can wait 4 months for it then you are ok but think what company needs you to wait 90 days to protect you amd give you your money back when more than a month from expected day has gone by.

Stay far away
June 4, 2023

Okay, lets start from the very beginning, my mother has breast cancer, I have been having trouble with transport to and from work. I decided an electric bike would be perfect since i live in a busy area and could skip the traffic. I got everything else from american owned businesses but could not find a cheap battery american made, i found one from a seller named Sky Technologies. $450 for the battery and $170 for 1 week shipping, fast forward an entire month and 4 days, i finally get the battery and the connectors are not what i needed or what is advertised. I filed a dispute to attempt to get a refund, i could still use the battery but it was late by a month and i had to spent my own time to fix it to make it work. So a month of me being out of work due to this sellers malpractice and aliexpress' dispute team thinks the seller is in the right and will not even attempt to listen to my case, the seller will always win a dispute no matter what, i'd never spent another dollar on this chinese communist site.

I'm AliExpress's platinum member because of too much shopping on AliExpress. But, I have no choice to stop buying from AliExpress because of no refund of undelivered order. I think, eBay is the best at the moment as I have used eBay Shopping for many years in the past.

They bated and switched a product and then offered a refund only to change there mind and not give the refund. A highly horrible experience. I wish i never contacted them and I am out 162 dollars after sending pics of what i needed only to be sent the wrong product. They should not be allowed to do business in the United States just a total scam of a company.

As mentioned in my review with supporting documents - this had all of the appearance of a SCAM and I concluded that I had been cheated out of 240 usd.
I had written off the whole as a nasty learning experience, closed my account with aliexpress and had moved on -- TO MY IMMENSE SURPRISE THE PACKAGE SHOWED UP HERE INSTEAD OF BEING A BOGUS BOX SENT TO 3 NOTCH, AL
I have no idea what the quality of the product is - I figured I was willing to roll the dice on that one and I still am doing that with no objection
I JUST WANT TO APOLOGIZE FOR AN INCORRECT REVIEW - THEY ACTUALLY CAME THROUGH

I didn't get what I bought from Aliexpress. Their system showed it arrived at my country but the local post couldn't find any track of its. I disputed for refund as it didn't reach me in the due time. They rejected my dispute immediately and automatically. I also rejected their solution with the screenshots of my chat with the local post customer servive. Aliexpress didn't reply me within limit 3 days of processing the dispute, the the timeout reached, they simply sent me an automatic response that I didn't give a valid evidence in the due 3-day time without communicating with me during the time at all. So what should be a valid evidence for them? Then they closed my dispute and set my order closed, i.e I lost money but got nothing. I disagreed with this solution and appealed it, but again they always replied the appeal was failed via email. I had this bad experience with multiple orders that I didn't get after 2 months and Aliexpress reacted the same with all my disputes, the same automatic no-reply emails and messages, No human to talk directly with. Even the stores acted the same, they trusted their tracking system but I trusted my local post service as Aliexpress used untrackable maxi letter types of delivery, If the local post never received the package and scanned it at their storage then no way to catch where it was. But Aliexpress promised to protect their customers if we didn't get what we bought on Aliexpress within protection time.At least they should communicate with the customer and negotiate in a fair way for both the store and the customer. But just such a bad seller and a big liar! Unfair and no protection at all for the buyers, so be cautious! I l will leave Aliexpress forever.
