Ordered a watch band that doesn't fit. AliExpressed ask for photos to illustrate problem. Sent photos clearly demonstrating the problem. Claim was refused.

Every time when you receive an item they is defected you can open a case. And Aliexpress customer servive decides you need to return it and seller should pay return shipping. But the problem is that most sellers won't pay! And the last time it was simply ugly - seller did not answer and aliexpress customer service asked to send and after item arrived to send them post receipt and they will manage. Item was returned and received by seller, I sent post office receipt and even package picture but in several days they sent me email that my proof was not enough and protection time was over and just closed the case. Liars and robbers everyone there. Try to order from another platform if you care for your money
Best experience on AliExpress. I'm very very happy to be a customer of AliExpress. They do care a lot of their customers. Everything great, customer service great, all amazingggg.
Aliexpress sent me the product I ordered. It was a gift that needed to be returned and Aliexpress sent me a fake return label and the USPS returned it to me. And Aliexpress rejected the return, refused to send a legit return label and rejected the appeal. They must be really desperate for money if they have to screw people over with such childish antics.
Hi all, I have waited till I made several purchases form Aliexpress before doing a review. I have ordered almost a dozen items now with no issues with any of the dealers I have used. Communication has been spot on and accurate everytime regarding the tracking. My main advice to anyone wanting to purchase from Aliexpress is to make sure you check the reviews and ensure they are established with at least a satisfaction rating of 95-96+%
I never had any problems with Aliexpress. I don't know what people's problems with it are. They usually delivered good quality products in good condition and on time.

I bought some eye pads for improving my eye sight as it claimed for $40.36 and end up making a big mess one my face. This pads burned my eye lids, upper portion of my nose and the face areas around my eyes. Only used it twice for 10 minutes according to the direction for two days and wanted to believe it will work. The area it touched was swollen, caused wrinkles and black red patches. This is the worst time of my life and it makes me look at least 40 years older with unnatural discolored face. I just hope this condition will go away in the future. I'm not using this pads for beauty reason but it caused a big mess on my face. Wondering with what kind of the ingredients they put in these pads.
I send the seller a picture as a proof for complain and refund but the seller ignored it, turned to AliExpress for solution, their solution was no refund which is no buyer protection at all. Once complain started, it won't allowed me to write review for this particular item on their website.

3. The items were Right Handed gloves which can not be used;
4. I have triggered the refund process on 12 May 2023;
5. As Aliexpress demand, I have shipped the items back to the seller on 13 May 2023;
6. The seller have received the parcel 12 June 2023;
7. Refund of AUD 88.04 for the items received on 12 June 2023;
8. I have made appeal to ask Aliexpress to assist rufunding AUD$23.50 of postage for returning the items on 13 June 2023;
9. The appeal has been rejected on 14 June 2023;
I can not contact anyone from Aliexpress since then. They only have a robot called Eva who can only frustrate you with no brainer answers.

I ordered two transfer films from two different vendors. Did not spend much money as I was being cautious...deservedly so. Supposedly shipped items, supposedly went through customers and to the USPS office. Advised by AliExpress tracking they attempted delivery and was unsuccessful. Either USP puts in in your mailbox or asks for signature and if you are not home they leave package notice. I work from home. No delivery. Contacted USPS and gave them tracking numbers; was advised one never received and the other was so mislabelled it was discarded. Contacted vendors and AliExpress, told I would receive replacements, never happened. Then asked for refund who said they would send replacements (never did). Contacted AliExpress under Buyer Protection - denied. Ridiculous. Don't spend any moeny through it; either they are inept or its fraud.
Bought a USB drive that failed. No computer would recognize it. Seller demanded "proof" that the drive had failed (including a video!) and refused a refund. AliExpress, which is jiust a front for the sellers, would not help. I tried getting a refund via Paypal but they required sending the drive back with tracking, which would have cost more than the drive cost. It was only $11.17 but the principle here is AliExpress has sellers who do not stand behind their products. Almost any other seller I know would have taken the drive back and refunded, and most frankly would not even require a return. I will never again buy from AliExpress
It still works okay, dispute are mostly will be closed to in a customer side but for the last 5 years the prices for the products had become almost in Europe, I have no point of ordering here and wait for 1-2 month.
I ordered a rice cooker on AliExpress but never received the item. The seller created a Fedex shipping label with weight listed as 0.01 lb, which is not possible for a rice cooker. Ten days after the creation of the shipping label, I tracked the order but Fedex never received the package. When I asked the seller to check the package, they replied with the shipper could not locate the shipping address and therefore returned the package. I am not sure how it is possible as the package never reached to Fedex in US. Now, I have to spend effort and time to dispute the charges. I just wanted to save a few dollars but in the end, it is not worth of my time, not to mention of the frustration. Never buy from AliExpress again.
My first purchase was within the 15 days and a good deal, ive been waiting on the rest of my order for 18 days when its been in limbo for a whole week, no updates, they state 15 days on everything but apparently this is "on time". They have no customer service just an automated self help center, im sticking with ebay

If you pay for something, you can only hope that what you ordered will actually arrive, because otherwise you would simply lose your money. There is no protection, and customer support will do everything to prevent you from getting a refund. Although all delivery deadlines have long passed, they told me several times to wait a few more days, and at the end they finally closed my case with the explanation "this request has exceeded the AliExpress protection period". I ordered 2 balls of glow-in-the-dark yarn. I received 36 2.0mm knitting needles. Despite their own delivery invoice showing a picture of the knitting needles with a description of the yarn, they insisted that since a package was delivered (although the item sent was not correct), their obligation was complete. My parcel never got to my house. It was sent to the post office and then delivery failed. The parcel was then returned to sender and they refuse to refund my money. Ali express said I need to track it down with the post office and find it? This website is a scam. The tracking is not accurate and before you know where the parcel is. It is gone. The resolution to this was I just paid them money for nothing. Again this website is a SCAM! Also the CEO owns a 200 million dollar yacht if that makes you feel better about the money they are robbing from people.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
