Why do I always get the most negative reviews from different people which make me not to trust AliExpress at all?
I have ordered 5 things till now, and they all are as expected. Although due to distance it take almost 20 days to be delivered, but I am happy with what I got.

So, I'm a college student and buying clothes isn't easy when prices add up. I use aliexpress as one of my go-to stores. I am a pretty flexible person when it comes to clothes as I am not expecting my clothes to be top-quality all-around designer clothes. If you want that, you go to a store that sells those types of articles. However, when I first found out about this store, I was already expecting it to have average views. Why? First of all, the store is in China. The people in China make the clothes. They're intended for small people, but try to accommodate American sizes. Secondly, the store is cheap. So, you ideally get what you pay for. I've never had any problems with the store in terms of my sizing being off for clothes I purchased. I always estimate the clothing either being true to size since I'm petite or a size larger. You should ALWAYS measure yourself in cm and NEVER inches. Also, look at the reviews. It will save yourself. Common sense people: never purchase something without a decent amount of reviews. I only purchase clothes with not only reviews, but reviews with photographs of the clothing.
Horrible site please do not use! I purchase a skirt from this site and the product arrived and looked nothing like the picture. The cheap price tag grabs your attention but the quality of the material makes you run away. I had an horrible experience and do not recommend to anyone.
I placed order from this company online. After reading the bad review about this website, I decided to cancel the order. Guess what? The website REFUSED my cancellation, can you imagine? Ok, I have to wait without choice. I got a notification about DHL delivery for today, guess what, when I check it again, the goods is in Hong Kong. These guys are liars. My conclusion never use this site for anything. Unfortunately it is a Chinese company.
I placed an order on the website July 29th, 2015 and today is November 22nd, 2015 and I have yet to receive my order. A little history about what happened. The postal company could not locate the delivery address and therefore they sent the package back. Since I realized this had happened I messaged the seller back in September. They said ok they will send a new dress. Once again no shipping notification was made. Two weeks later I messaged again, the seller said they did not receive the package back as yet. Once again I gave it some more time. In October I asked for a refund, the seller said send the address the order will be resent. I messaged back 10 days later saying once again i received no shipping notification. The seller messaged saying they have not received the package back as yet. It has now been nearly 3 months since the order was placed and I have received no dress and no money. In a good business they would accept this as a lost because of the shipping company and satisfy the company. I would have been ok with accepting another dress or even a credit at the store so they would not lose the money. Everytime I message they keep saying they have not received the dress back. This is not my fault, I did not receive the dress and send it back I never received it so this is not my issue. Never again will I buy from this site and more specifically this store. I will continue to write reviews on every website about how this store STOLE my money and never sent my product!

I I'm a hairstylist and purchase lots of virgin hair as well as styling tools from this site. I have never had a problem with the quality and I always receive my items in a timely manner. The key is watch the reviews I only purchased from vendors that have feedback with positive numbers and positive results if the vendor does not have feedback or if none of the reviews are from an American customer do not buy
Why does aliexpress dont help customers get back their money? I shopped at wholesale shoes and they didnt send them but lied all the way through that they had shipped my goods and when I caught them in their lie they said they couldnt refund until 10 days then offer to resend the slippers. I agreed and until now all my messages sent to them have been ignored and unanswered. I WANT EVERYONE TO STOP BUYING FROM THEM AS THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY ENTIRELY..
I ordered a jacket with a North Face label so I thought it would be good. The jacket sleeves were 5 inches too short so the jacket is unwearable. I went thru the dispute process and pointed out that the standard size charts (as used by AliExpress) specified the 5 inch longer sleeves. The seller responded that the short sleeves were normal and I should send it back at my expense. AliExpress allowed a 30% refund or a full refund if I paid for shipping. Now I have a $50 rag. AVOID ALL PURCHASES FROM ALIEXPRESS.

I am new to aliexpress and placed two separate orders to them. I was frustrated to receive many emails informing me I need to pay and also comments from sellers informing me, on the doubled up orders, that I need to pay. I spent most of the morning sorting, deleting and arguing with sellers etc. Extremely frustrating. Also, sellers telling me I need to make up my orders to certain amounts, to guarantee shipping and arrival. Very frustrating and not trustworthy.
2 weeks ago, I posted herein that I was getting worried because the 17 days promised when I purchased 20 pieces of Toot Underwear on October 28,2015 already lapsed and I have yet to receive the items. On November 23 or Day 25th from the time of purchase, I got the package. I am relieved and may order again. I really think that it is usually the vendor who is causing the problem. I generally make sure the seller has a lot of good feedback and I read the negative reviews to see what could potentially happen... so far I have recieved all 18 items I have ordered and one I paid over 400 dollars... no negative experiences yet... have more horror stories of ebay! Atleast on aliexpress you can see what people are saying about an individual poduct to paint a clear picture of what you might feel... on ebay it can be a gamble... you might get junk
People complain about the quality but if you are paying 8 dollars for a coat its not gona be amazing quality. If you are reasonable this site is great. No issues with service delivery or customer service.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
