Ordered a table. They sent WRONG tracking number and wrong shipper to me. Said package was delivered. It was not delivered. Called to see what was going on. THEY ARE THE DUMBEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET> SO STUPID! They asked if I wanted a refund, I said NO I WANT MY TABLE. They said confirm this! I said I confirm I do NOT want a refund, send my table! They said OKAY DISPUTE OVER WE SEND YOU YOUR MONEY! OMG! STUPIDITY! DON'T SHOP HERE. THEY HAVE A 2 STAR RATING! SHOP EBAY OR AMAZON! Ugh!

I ordered a guitar back on April 26th and it's now August 7. I have messaged the seller several times and no longer get a response. He has given me a new tracking number twice but the so called package never moves. It's pretty safe to say by now that I got ripped off.

It's the place where I always order my bicycle accessories. Sure I have to order them beforehand considering long delivery but the prices and the overall quality is worth it.

Aliexpress is the place where you need to research a lot before purchasing. It's similar to the Chinese market where everyone tries to trick you. But instead you trick them in the end if you know what you're doing.

Ordered 5 items (of the same). Received only 2. They never delivered the other 3 after 2 months and refuse to refund the difference

The product quality is too low. Do not trust them when they advertise your money back if you are not satisfied

I recommend not buy anything from them

We have paid for articles that we have never received.

Aliexpress = Bad, very bad. Stay away!

This is a collection of Chinese sellers who advertise products they don't have, provide fake tracking information and then close the order so you can't file a complaint! Even going through PayPal still represents a lot risk because they do not respond to them either! Save yourself a lot of frustration and money and just stay away! Same for DHGate!

I've purchased a few items through AliExpress but had a bad experience with the purchase of a laser pointer. It was non-functional straight out from the container and I made a short video showing it didn't work by showing a functioning light, taking the battery out, and using the battery in the laser pointer and it didn't turn on regardless of what I did. Despite showing it was obviously faulty, they chose to disregard that and deny me a refund. Therefore, the phrase "caveat emptor", or "buyer beware", is very appropriate for AliExpress and its associated vendors. Don't spend any substantial amount of money on any of their products because you may receive junk or cardboard pieces that are nothing short of fraudulent practices and lose your money to someone that doesn't deserve it.

Package not delivered? Got Proof? "Nothing for you to worry about this, your money is safe here in AliExpress." Ha, Ha, Ha, Snort!

I have sent all needed documents for AliExpress to prove that AliExpress Standard Shipping mis-delivered my combined shipment, and I even included an e-mail from the shipper apologizing for my experience. I included photos from AliExpress Standard Shipping's end carrier showing delivery at an unknown house address. AliExpress wants ME to contact their shipper again to find out WHY they lost the package and want ME to demand some obscure shipping document from their own end carrier.?! AliExpress is just running me around. It is clear AliExpress has no intention of refunding my money in spite of there being clear proof available to AliExpress simply by looking at the photos provided in the tracking info by their end carrier, PiggyShip.com. Shame on AliExpress management. :(

Advertise Elixir strings but then sent me a message saying that the strings are "replicas" fake. If I don't mind. Those are there words.
Still trying to get a refund. No strings ever arrived.

If you ever wish to return something and they promise hassle free returns DONT LISTEN! I have been fighting with this company for my money back on a return from 3 weeks ago! I have opened claims/files only for them to be denied. DO NOT BUY from Aliexpress. They are scam artists!

Stop using Ali Express customer service, because they help scammers to take your money. Now I have two months running after refund the money that I paid or to get back my parcel, and I did not get any of them. I bought a watch from a seller who deliberately put my wrong address on the package so that the post office would not be able to know my address and the package would be returned to him after the customer service release the money to the seller. The seller has not responded to my messages for two months, and after the parcel arrived to him and he signed for it, I sent all the official proofs from our Canada Post Office to Ali Express, customer service, proving that the seller parcel had returned to him and he SIGNED for it, and they did not work with it because they discovered the fatal mistake they made by releasing the money to the seller before confirming the arrival the parcel to my address and now they are delaying me for more than a month and they know that the seller received the parcel and signed it because the customer service has their ways to verify this information so they are procrastinating because after this mistake they are forced to return my money from their own account because the seller took the money and the parcel and closed his imaginary account from Ali Express. Customer service is not to serve the buyer, but to serve the scammer. Despite all the official evidence that I sent to them, they still set me the consequences until I give up my money and my parcel. This is a frank and honest feed back from a client who has had this problem for more than two months. Do not get involved with customer service, some of them have a relationship with fake accounts and help in taking your money and disbursing money to the seller before you receive the package, and this is contrary to the law of electronic buying and selling

They make returning items hell.
I don't recommend this company.
Items are bad quality and returns are impossible.

I never received the products. The seller refuses to start an investigation and the customer service constantly rejects the complain. I am lucky that this is only an amount of 33 euros as I see others who are scammed for more by AliExpress. Please stop ordering here, as they really are not there for the customers.

They sent an email saying item was returned to them damaged. Now they want a pic of the damaged item from me to get a refund! I explained I never even SAW the item but they don't understand. Told me to dispute it. Never never never buy from this place. If you read the positive comments made by people you'll notice they can't spell. That should be a clue of who's actually writing them.

The website has serious problems. It placed the order two times. I cancelled it but the website removed it the day after that. I did it again but again it was removed. Then I tried to return the copied order. It has been three weeks that I am involved with customer service and the seller and they do not accept returns. Customer service is not solving the problem however this happened due to their website problem. No results up to now. The seller is telling me I have to pay for the shipping of the return! It was an awful experience. I will never try it ever!

I'll try to concentrate my 10 years experience with AliExpress in several advises:
1. Don't buy ANY EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT there. They will refuse to refund if it is lost in your country or if delivery takes long time, because their "protection" is gone.
2. Don't buy ANY batteries there, you never get described properties and they will refuse to refund because you are not a "professional tester" of these properties.
3. Don't buy from recently created seller, it's mostly just fraud, with fraud tracking number. You will wait for your parcell untill their "protection" will gone and they will refuse to refund.
