Bought a couple of the 2 TB. I do image backups to a real external hard disk, takes less than 3 hrs. With these things that ran for 2.5 days and then failed. Tried both of them. And tried to do a low-level format also, that also ran for 2.5 days and I gave up, so just did a quick format, in case there was some hidden some malware on the devices. They replied "had tested before shipping, were fine". Ok there was a basic check but the fundamental design issues make these useless; doesn't matter how cheap they were. No faster than a USB thumb drive.
Their responses keep asking for a video. What, I am supposed to record video for 2.5 days? They of course still don't mention anything about the I/O rate. Glad these stupid things only cost $21.
Bought an article of clothing online. The clothing was too small. Sizes vary from country to country as we know. I attempted to return the item because it was small. Didn't think it would take SEVERAL messages and texts with agents to still have to PROVE that the clothing doesn't fit. Asking me to measure myself and and then measure the article of clothing?! No reputable store does this. You don't like something you have the receipt and are returning in the allowed time frame and you get your refund and go on. I deleted my account, and am going to make sure that they lose money as well. Be clear, you can't try before you buy so you are taking a chance. So my suggestion is DON'T! You will have to spend more money sending the item back than you did to buy it. Save your money and don't buy with them unless you just don't care.

Refurbished/used goods are sold as new sometimes. I have purchased a few times from the storefronts and generally products are of extremely poor quality and not worth even the low prices you pay. They will not post any negative store/product feedback online if you submit one, only the glowing ones! Misleading product descriptions and it's impossible to return items if you are not happy, they make you jump through a million hoops (photos and other uploads) and even then refuse returns! Avoid unless the deal is worth serious consideration.
Order was for three pieces 90X160cm, at $27.46 each. Including shipping charge total came to $91.39. I received three pieces size 90X90cm, that are actually priced at $17.14 each, and on top of that they were folded. To summarize- they sent the wrong product, and you can not use it anyway because it is impossible to straighten the results of folded shipping. Mistakes happen, you judge the business by the way they are corrected.
In my case when I advised the seller, my request for refund was denied, the appeal was closed as well. After I wasted time chatting with AliExpress representative I was promised another appeal. The result was rejection, under phony reasoning that an alleged snapshot shows that the order was for size 90X90cm. It is a lie. If the order were for 90X90cm the total price of the order would have been $17.14 X 3=$51.42, plus shipping. The total should have been around $65.00 I paid $91.39, which clearly proves that the order was for size 90X160. Unless the seller invented its own math opposite to the one used by the world.
I never received my parcel. After having to pay double because they asked for more money for "customs", they simply did not deliver or give any information on the package. Couldn't get a refund either. Do NOT buy from them
Aliexpress again is stealing money and not only that encouraging its sellers to defraud customers with false statements then refusing to refund. They want me to ship an item with a lithium battery at a cost of $100 but only refund me a postal service. The seller continually delayed responding until time ran out. Asking Aliexpress to intervene was a waste of time as they continually advised to continue contacting the seller. So both worked hand in hand to defraud me.
Beware buyers do not trust Aliexpress.

Bought 20AH battery to replace original 16AH gel acid battery for Yamaha Waverunner.
Connected a 12V 60W halogen bulb drawing ~5A current. It lasted 30 min.! Instead of 4 hours as it supposed to last- meaning it is 2.5AH battery!. Got angry, ripped it apart and found the battery box is 2/3 empty, consisting of 8- D size like cells. Complained, got $ 47 back- it is 1/3 of what I've paid with shipping
I ordered several items from a single seller, and the seller left out 2 of the 10 items I ordered. I contacted the seller, who said I had to request a refund from AliExpress. AliExpress refused to refund me because they said I received the package. They could not seem to understand that I received the package, but items were missing. They kept asking for evidence, and there is no evidence I can provide that I did not receive something. They strung me along for weeks and rejected my refund requests multiple times no matter what evidence I tried to provide. There's no way to talk to customer service except a chat that I suspect is a bot. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
It is very difficult to search for a product. The algorithm and the filter do not work.
Their "BUYER PROTECTION" is also not real. Refund is only if the seller cancels. Twice I received a broken product, I sent pictures and a video, they claimed that there was not enough evidence

Little parcel (200€) was send from HHX shop but was refused by my nighbour.
Went back via DHL to PostNL, and after this trace is lost.
Dispute closed the case for no reason.
Second disput with clear indication of the trace lost return to sender situation was also closed for no reason.

There are many bad sellers on the platform and AliExpress is not providing enough protection for buyers. I got burned on many transactions, some registered total loss on the amount paid on the good and also the return postage. Your loss may come from duty paid, seller refuse to accept returns and the return postage not getting reimbursed. AliExpress claims that it will reimburse on my return postage, but ended up just an empty promise. The amount reimburse is in a form of "One time use" coupon that will expire in a very short period of time, If you make purchase using the coupon, you would better pray for a good transaction, otherwise, the coupon will not be returned.
Be careful what payment method you select. They might bill you incorrectly. I spoke with their customer service agents but they could not understand what I was calling about even after repeating myself multiple times. They won't release the name of the country they're operating from and won't tell you where the company is located. I chose the Pay After Delivery method; however, the Ali Express already charged me on the same day the order was placed which is contrary to the payment method I selected. They weren't supposed to charge me until I received the order. I hope they will deliver the items.
NOTE: I did NOT get my order and I had to contact my bank & Google to report AliExpress as fraudulent. The sellers give false answers to questions and no clear response, as so many scammers do. Also AliExpress correspondence to fix any problems is very slow, thats why I had to send Google and the Banks all my evidence and messages. We use many online platforms to shop small & large orders, we were not surprised that this store was a scam by the feedback and ongoing correspondence. We also noticed the privacy act was not held as law, while during the trading with the seller & AliExpress we received scam (Emails & Text - SMS messages) that were tracked back to our order.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
