Don't buy from aliexpress.com anything that costly. Their customar services is very bad and buy anything like a lost project. Might be good or bad. I bought dash cam from "Imagebon Global Store" at aliexpress.com cost $251.00, totally lost my money and now it is useless and no support, even though there was under support aggrement. They bocked my message and any contact.
Ponzi scheme, they get your money, send you some trinket, and when you dispute it, they make the hoops impossible. My return got to the town and was held there until the dispute was cancelled.
So I thought I would try AliExpress for an item they had at a reasonable price so I ordered it and was told it would be delivered in "10 days" which was acceptable to me. Two weeks later it still has not shipped from China. A couple of other items ordered in August 2023 have delivery dates of November. So the lesson is "if you have nothing but time on your hands then go ahead and order" but for me the time estimates they provide are bogus just to get you to order and then you have to deal with getting refunds. So for me AliExpress was Anything but Express. Shame on me for trusting a Chinese seller.
Better off not buy from them. It's impossible to return a defective product. They're the worst when it comes to shipping, return, customer service, and communication. You can never win with them. Not to mention, that their products are the worst ever. I bought a car stereo that keeps blowing fuses, and they couldn't help me return it at all. Absolute garbage. Avoid avoid avoid.
First time to shop on Aliexpress, spent $56 and being sent a defective product, after hours and days to provide videos, proofs etc and then being instructed to pay more than the item cost $87 to ship it back and wait for months for a refund, but the seller refused to refund the shipping fee, after more houes and days chatting AliExpress issued me $87 coupon with great redemption restrictions. Finally they are successful to force me spending more to buy some useless stuff on their site, what a greedy company! Be caution on this site.
I ordered a Lethem Battery. Found out that it was insufficient, I requested a refund. They said I needed to send it back. They are supposed to supply you a return label. Instead I got a Chinese address. I tried to get a label through USPS. I had USPS on the phone for several hours. I found I could not get one because of restrictions. You may have to have a special license to do so. I told AliExpress support staff. I also said I see that in their Buyer protection (Attached) I am supposed to receive a return label free. They determined that since I did not send the battery I will have to forfeit my refund. Just SICK!

Most of their suppliers are serious, but there are also quite a few fraudsters who also take advantage of the AliExpress brokerage service, so it is extremely important to check the reviews of the seller before ordering an item. My experience is that the seller must have a rating of at least 4.8. If, after all, problems arise with an ordered item, you can expect great difficulty in getting the matter sorted out. The service on AliExpress is definitely not the best among companies that mediate online sales.
I purchased a drone for my sons birthday. One of the joysticks on the remote would stick in place when moved to bottom left and right. Provided pictures and video. All you get from their customer service is "we are here to help dear.", "trust me like a am your mother dear". All very patronising and they are just like robots and of no use at all. I had the same problem when I raised a dispute. After I left a scathing review for that supplier they removed the product from sale. I am left with a defective product and no resolution possible.

You shouldn't believe what the AliExpress Help chat-line reps tell you, even when they tell you to trust them. The AliExpress Customer Care group is the decision maker, and they don't honor or take responsibility for what their help desk reps promise to customers.
In June 2023, I bought a dress from AliExpress. It didn't match its online description, so I requested a refund. An AliExpress Customer Help chat-line representative told me to return the dress to the sender in China, with the promise that AliExpress would refund me the full postage cost. I asked the rep if this was a sensible thing to do, because the return postage cost was more than the actual order cost. The rep told me to not worry and to trust her in this case. In addition, all the AliExpress chat-line reps I contacted during the following two months also promised that I would get a full refund of the return postage.
However, after many interactions and satisfying all their requirements, all I received was several identical emails from the AliExpress Customer Care group telling me to get the postage refund from the seller!
There is a terrible customer service, it's diffucult to reach, but I barely reached it, but I din't not reach anything solution. I ever bought a tail light for my VW Jetta, but when I got it after one month, I found out that it is can't fit the Jetta in Canada, it is maybe for the Jetta in China, so I am requesting for return and refund, but after two weeks back and forth chatting and case openning, they finally told they can't solve the problem for me, they ask me to contact seller directly to solve the problem, but I already talked with the seller before I talked to them, I talked to them because seller ignore to solve the problem for me only ask me talk to Ali express reps, but Ali Express custom service reps never tried to solve it for me, this is a very bad purchasing experience I ever had...
Avoid AliExpress. It's a dumping ground for cheap Chinese knockoff products. I bought a 36v battery for an electric scooter, to replace the original which had failed. The replacement battery I received is defective and can't be charged. It wasn't cheap either, and I would have been better off simply throwing the old scooter away at this point, and buying a new one instead. Buy local products if you can, because there's zero recourse with them unfortunately. If you get burned, there's not much you can do about it afterwards.
These guys suck. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM. No buyer protection what so ever. Their product is usually of poor quality and their dispute and refund process is BullSh!t. I accidentally accepted a partial refund thinking it was a full refund and am now stuck with a broken piece of sh!t watch and trying to dispute their partial refund will be fruitless I am sure. $150 CAD for F**CKING GARBAGE. And they will protect this crooked business. They will assure you that your appeal is fine and you will get the results you're after, and then screw you behind your back. I am forced to contact my credit card holding company and fight it this way. F*CK AliExpress!

AliExpress and their affiliate companies have a nasty scam going. The sending company omits part of your address (in my case they put the city and zip only) and when Fedex can't deliver it, the item goes back to the shipper.
There was no refund. There is no "Buyer Protection Program', but they do have a great seller's protection program. The seller gets to sell the same item over and over. AliExpress claims that I did not furnish my entire address. Not true. I'm a businessman and I would never fill out my address as just the city and zip.

I purchased a flashlight last and it arrived last week broken or defective. I reached out to company and they would not refund allow me to return and replace item. I don't trust this company anymore. The flashlight was the first and last item I will purchase and disputing charge with my credit card company.

I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
