I was scammed out of $400 - I ordered a piece of professional sound equipment and was shipped a tiny plastic astronaut in bubble wrap. I reached out to the seller with no reply - then to AliExpress - after their process they said I was due a refund but then "froze" the order so I can no longer access any correspondence (Thankfully I took screenshots of everything before it disappeared. I am now hoping PayPal can refund my money but it has been over a month now.

They will string you along with false tracking information. No response to your inquiries. Item never arrived. They are total ripoffs. Don't order from them under any circumstances.

I purchased a compressor that was faulty,after having to negotiate with the seller for 2 weeks,I get the seller to agree to give my money back.Now aliexpress is refusing to give my money back! I ordered a few different things from Aliexpress. Some of my things were delivered. Unfortunately, some were not. Luckily, PayPal has refunded my money on one order. I'm waiting to see if I get a refund for another order that I only received part of. I like the products but you're gambling with actually receiving thrm.
I have been a customer for years. They have gone down hill and they will definitely take your money. I ordered a package of three (3) items from one seller and when the package arrived I was missing an item (that I paid for) I only got two (2) of the three (3) items. I contacted Aliexpress and informed them that I didn't receive all of the items in the package that I ordered. They told me that I needed to show proof of the missing item? How do I take picture proof of an item I didn't receive? Why is it my fault that the seller didn't put everything that I ordered in my package? Because the package says "delivered" it doesn't matter if you didn't get all the items that you ordered and paid for. It doesn't matter if the seller made a mistake and didn't send you everything. They refuse to reimburse you or resend the product so it's like throwing money out the window. If you choose to buy from here do not buy multiples because if the seller forgets an item or two they will not care. I should've learned my lesson considering the fact that this has happened multiple times to me. Personally, even if it wasn't delivered I don't think I'd be able to get my money back from them. They don't care about their customers. Buyer beware.
I advise all customers not buy in aliexpress, even say in their web site that their is refund/return, I experienced their bad service, the seller will not give your money back and the aliexpress will not help you at all
Impossible to get refund for a defective item neither for an item that never arrived. Included photos of the defective item but the respond was that they needed a video. Not everyone is capable of providing videos.
Actually this was my first purchase and certainly my last! NO MORE EVER!

I ordered a scaling device on aliexpress. It got caught at korean customs since august 30th and immediately received an sms from korean customs telling me that only businesses are allowed to import medical devices. Also the seller sent it as a nail polisher because they knew if they sent it as a scaling device, it would get caught.
I kept uploading the sms and the emails exchanged but they keep repeating like a machine that there is a delay at customs and it is my responsibility to custom clear it and pay the tax. I had to repeat myself 10 times. None of them can read korean or check the documents. I repeated myself so many times that i do believe now that they have no good faith and they simply don't intend to pay me. Even the seller agrees that i will be refunded but he does nothing so i get paid back
Please do not use that site. At the smallest problem they will take your money.
Package shows delivered but was not. To get a refund, you need to prove you did not get it. There is no protection for the buyer. I learned my lesson with an $18 loss; guess I got off cheap. Stay clear of this site.
Everything started out fine. Received order confirmation and shipping updates. Then it arrived. Actually never arrived! Apparently the shipper sent it to the wrong address! And they don't tell you who the shipper is or how to contact them! Filed a dispute. That part was ok, but still waiting up to 3 days for a refund. Re-shipping the item wasn't an option. On top of that we ordered a 60" Bench and the delivery confirmation picture was a box approximately 10"x10"x3"…inches not feet! Doll furniture? Never will order from Ali Express again.
You buy and pay for something thinking you are getting a deal. They send you something worth about a 10th of the value of what you thought you bought. No customer service what so ever. Look elsewhere. Complete deliberate rip offs.
This was my first purchase on Aliexpress. Superb price but 4 stars only because the delivery takes too long. I think I will use Aliexpress again in the future, it's very good for small and cheap goods.

I've been shopping AliExpress on and off for a long time. Shipping is long, but usually without problems. Recently, I have had multiple problems with different sellers delivering missing parts or even totally different items. Their dispute system is bad because you only get 1 chance for resolution. Appeal will go no where. I feel their system will automatically ask seller to refund about 10% and call it resolved.
One of the purchase was a inflatable pillow for camping. I received 2 pillow covers. Dispute refunded me $1.36, so I am out $13.
My order arrived damaged on August 8th. I followed the instructions and requested a refund that day. They said it was being processed. August 12th it was completed and should be in my account in 2-5 days. It is September 14th and still NO refund!

Please don't waste your money, i bought few things but now i learnt from my mistake, i should buy from amazon or ebay even i spend few dollars extra but best quality/ service, aliexpress get your money and send something different and if you request refund you have to wait 2 to 3 years at least, cheap scam company.

Bought what I thought would be an Imax B6AC RC battery charger. The AC indicates that it can be used on household power. Received the item today (9/13/23 a day late), and it is a Imax B6. Strictly 12V, and the cheapest leads you can imagine. After that it just goes down hill. I'll never buy from this outfit again.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
