My goods never arrived, told by Ali express I needed to chase UK customs, Ali fabricated tracking which showed it cleared customers then never arrived at uK postal facility, but like I said, I'm 99.9% sure the tracking is fabricated.

I bought an item that advertised FREE returns. When I requested a refund I was told that it had to be reviewed. 20 days later I have had no response. FREE returns should be immediate with no need for reviews. All I get from customer service is a request has been sent up the chain of command.
I always buy products from Amazon and Temu. First time i tried it from AliExpress. I was not happy with the shoe since the width was small and started causing pain on my foot. I started asking for the return process within a week after receiving the product. Their customer service is very bad. Their app is pathetic. Seller asked me to dispute. I raised the dispute so many times and told them that seller is ready to refund the amount, so initiate the return process. They simply rejected all my dispute and said they need more evidence. I have also submitted my hospital visit and xray which they suggested for my foot pain. They don't even consider anything. I never had to give such a big explanation to other online platforms like amazon and temu. They simply refund the money without asking for the details. NEVER EVER BUY PRODUCT FROM ALIEXPRESS. THEY ARE REALLY HORRIBLE

I have many different products from AliExpress over the years but don't expect any service if there is a problem with an order. I have had two problems and will never deal with them again. The first was for an item that never arrived and when I let AliExpress know about the problem, they sent me a copy of the delivery document which did not even have my name on it and no signature. Their comment, "We have looked into the evidence and the case is closed". The second was a faulty pair of gloves, I was asked to send photographs and a video and even asked if I could fix the problem myself. It was finally agreed that I return the gloves and the seller agreed to refund the $33.75. I returned the gloves and did receive the purchase price but the seller nor AliExpress will refund the $33.75. All I received from AliExpress was, "The case is closed and don't reply to this email".
I paid a lot of money for an item, it was missing parts and Ali Express refuses to send them to me. I have emailed them time after time but they refuse to answer. Once they get your money you are not relevant anymore.

AliExpress suggested me to chase Canada post, sender and vender to figure out where my purchased items are and they refused to refund me. They know it's impossible to globally search the whereabouts of my bought items. My suggestions: do not buy anything from them. If you want to take a risk -- never buy things above 10 dollars from AliExpress, prepare your purchased items with low quality never show up and then have to let it go. They are a group of scammers.
There are many merchants who sell through Aliexpress and use alibaba and Aliexpress as a shield to sell counterfeit, faulty and defective products without any fear of getting caught or ever having to refund anyone. These bad actors will advertise their items through Alibaba and Alibabaexpress at very low prices, but what you receive is a non working or counterfeit product, If you decide to return the items, you will have to pay for shipping upwards of $50 and up, however, the address you have to send it to is a PO BOX address and most US carriers ( USPS, UPS, FEDEX) will not deliver to a PO Box. This address is used so your item will never make it back to the seller and you will get a bill from any US carrier for import tax which is in my case $176.00. So in summary, you'll be out the money you paid for the items plus a big import fee imposed by the Chinese government, as well as return shipping charges of anywhere from$50 and up. My ordeal is very common and " CAVEAT EMPTOR"
Bought an android for my Maserati GT, they switched model b/c the one I ordered was out-of-stock. Arrived and it looked ok, but no instructions at all. Got it installed, but it barely works. Misaligned screen, touch points off by 1/4", OBD interface programmed for wrong car, can't update home screen... Android Auto works about 50% of the time. Contacted support, which then required me to communicate with vendor. Vendor would respond with a request for a new video/explanation every time to delay the refund process. After 3-4 rounds of this I contacted Aliexpress to get refund, never responded.
At no point could I leave a review for my purchase. I have to assume the vendor reviews are faked.

I have account for many years with them. You can sell cheap items, service is quicker than before too. But if seller scams you you will never get your money back. Even Aliexpress service is a big scam, they never let buyer win the case and get money back. Multiple years I was buying from them cheap items, but few times a year they always scam you and support always disagree to let you get money back OR even RETURN the ITEM AND GET money back for it. I was even asking Chinese friend to write them Chinese thinking possibly it could be language barrier with bad translation, but no, they just play stupid and asking all over again same questions not letting you to win your case and just forget about it or try to prolong for a month and just say sorry your case is expired. AVOID.
The product, I've ordered was not delivered ever to the requested city Vilnius. Arrived somewhere in Lithuania- and they sent the status it was Delivered. The refund process with Ali was with 0 help. As I can't prove I didn't get it. How can I do that? On the other side, if you see where it was delivered please prove it! I've attached the tracking info, the parcel was never in Vilnius. If you order anything, be ready to loose your money!
I bought some products, against my better judgement. None of the mobile.accessories (Telefonica lens, anamorphic lens) were good; however, Aliexpress offers a return policy on products that are rubbish. I submitted a request for refund. After the parcel being sent back to Australia twice, I contacted HK Post who informed me the address I had been given was not correct and they were not able to deliver the package. In fact the numbers in the first line are actually a phone number which just rings out.
Ali Express now says I cannot get a refund as the parcel was never delivered to the return address- the one they gave me, that I confirmed before sending and that doesn't exist! All I can suggest is that if you buy anything, just assume that you won't be getting your money back if it is rubbish. If you are willing to accept that, then you'll be fine but if you trust that AliExpress will honor refunds then you will be severely disappointed.
This was my first time ordering with Aliexpress. I had read that people buy their 3d printer parts from them. I never received my order, no change in delivery status for weeks, no help from Aliexpress or the seller, Artillery Dealers Store. Told me I needed to pick up the package, but no idea where it was, USPS never in possession. I had to resort to contacting my credit company to get any results. Crooks, thieves.
AliExpress can't and should not be trusted. Sellers on AliExpress advertise for too many products at low prices (for some of them). When you place an order, they send you either damaged or wrong products. For example, I ordered an LCD for my laptop and they sent me the wrong one although I provided the seller with all the information. Returning the item is a huge problem. You ship it back to the seller at your own expense and they promise to refund you. Technically, there is no refund because shipping to China takes too long and is too expensive as well. AliExpress gives about one month for the returned product to arrive at its destination in China, which is impossible. They then close the dispute in favor of the seller (you get no refund) because returned product was not received within the given time period. Also, sellers play the game of not having received the product and; therefore, you get no refund if sellers do not confirm the receipt of the returned product. It's a win-win situation for them and it's a loss-loss situation for the buyers. Save your time and your money as well and do not buy from AliExpress.
The seller said I could return the sneakers. I paid for the junk sneakers and round shipping fees. I submitted the tracking number. But they did not refunded me. They forced me to close the case. And then, they just closed the case.
