Ordered my daughter's Shark Costume almost 30 days before Halloween. I came to find out the package did not get delivered because they had input an INCORRECT mailing address. When I requested a refund, they said to contact the shipping company - USPS. After more than 30 mins on the phone, they said they couldn't release my package or arrange local pickup because they couldn't verify my address so the package would need to be sent back to the shipper. AliExpress WILL NOT issue a refund, so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER anything from AliEXPRESS AGAIN. Such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!
This company makes it hard for you to provide proof. This package was left in front of a closed business on a main street on a busy Sunday. The package was stolen, so I am asking for a refund, which was denied. Please be careful ordering from here that uses a service called piggy car who won't answer the phone.

I bought a wig from a seller and the item isn't at all as described. Very low quality and full of short strands. Seller refuses to pay return shipping fees (of course since shipping costs is probably higher than said product) I'm a hair stylist and I have no way to salvage it to use or resell to my clients because it's very bad quality and poor craftsmanship. I'm disappointed in AliExpress for not providing better buyer protection. Now I have to file a complaint with my local government protection office. I provided pictures of the product compared with what the seller advertised I should have been refunded. Plus seller sends in a discount if you give a five star rating which I didn't do as the ratings and fake reviews are what made me trust them in the first place. So frustrated, disgusted and disappointed in my experience. I will overall not shop with AliExpress as they do not hold sellers to high standards. Seller is Pnex Official Store. Beware of scammer without integrity.
1) Received an incorrect product that did not work as advertised. Ali Express then gave me a run-around when I asked to return the product for a refund. Then refused my request.
2) Three other products I purchased were not delivered.
A refund request was accepted in writing for one of the undelivered products, but not actually given.
I will never buy from Ali Express again and warn others to avoid doing business with them. The chances are good that you're going to get ripped off.

Returned an item which was not as described at all, hoping to get the refund back. But the seller refused to pay any return shipping even though they should be paying due to item not as described. Aliexpress customer service instructed me to go ahead send the goods and they will reimburse me for the shipping if seller refused to pay. I did what they told me to do but the item is never getting to seller since the seller did not want to pay custom tax to release the goods from custom. The goods has been stuck at Custom for 1.5-2 months. Now the item is on the way back to me... and the seller has been ignoring my messages. And it's been 4 months, I dont have my money back and dont have the goods back either. Aliexpress is not refunding me anything and no reimbursement because they said it is not technically "delivered" as their so-called policy. They are not protecting their consumers but their sellers. I lost 400 bucks in total, and I am super tired of this already, it's been 4 months. My bank also rejected my dispute because Aliexpress kept claiming that the seller did not receive the good, and the bank cannot force them to refund...
I need a solution of this, Aliexpress! You cannot let seller take advantage and trick the system like this, you are harming your customers!
Prices get raised at checkout. Be aware of seller Shop******* Store or best known as Kids&toy store, they normally are on AliExpress CHOICE specials items are shown at $1.99 but during checkout they will raise them to the original price of $3.50. I placed a second order to verify that prices are increased during checkout. Contacted AliExpress customer service and was told to contact the seller which didn't care. This seller has around 10% 1-star reviews but in reality, it is worse than that. I cancelled both orders and requested refund, because I was given a refund i was not allowed to review the seller.
I have purchased a Wifi camera from Aliexpress and the item arrived in 10 days from the date ordered. The item was packaged nice and no damages to the box. I installed the camera and found out that the SD card was NOT recognized by the camera. I formatted the SD card and tested the card with my other working camera. The SD card worked and played the video footage without any problems. I inserted the SD card to the camera purchased from Aliexpress but still the same problem- the camera says "NO CARD". I contacted the seller about the issue and they asked me to do the routine check which I have already done. The communication with the seller has been going on almost for a week. They didn't want to take the return and refused to send me a return label. And the Aliexpress stepped in and closed the case. I filed a dispute to my credit card company. Aliexpress do not accept any returns even if their products are defective. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM AT ALL.
I operate as an online seller and recently placed an order for 48 pairs of polarized sunglasses. I bought 2 pieces of SSD. After testing, I found that the performance is really bad. I decided to return it back. After returning process starts, AliExpress sent me a notice saying my order is finished. I checked the USPS tracking. The returned package is on-hold at China Customs. SCAM STAY AWAY Worst online site i have ever been on. I had a order that is now 4 months over due. Went to paypal got my money back. Then AliExpress froze the order and would not let me delete my account. Wanted me to send them bank statments to prove the case was closed at paypay. Even though i sent them the screen shot of the paypal case showing it closed. Then when i would not send them bank papers they wanted to see the email from paypal saying it was closed. So i went to get it they hung up on me before i got back. Man they are soimething else.

I bought a pair of cycling shoes, before I bought them I made sure the chart they show was matching with my size, but apparently not. I was trying to exchange but they didn't let me and no refund because I didn't send valid proof. What proof should I send for a small size? Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
