I made EVERY attempt to get hold of aliexpress to cancel my order as they couldn't seem to figure out how to deliver my order to my house. They said there was a customs order. I spoke with a chat rep with whom they said they would help me with the return process. They said they submitted all the information necessary to return the items. Then a few weeks later I receive an email stating they are not going to return my order. I'm out $50 because they cannot provide basic customer service. They said I need to get in touch with the carrier to figure out how to get the items I had asked for a refund on weeks prior. I will NEVER recommend aliexpress to anyone. I NEVER received my order and I will make certain to spread the word.
Purchased two separate clothing items. One was clearly the wrong item. Supposed to come with elastic ends on sleeves and ankles and did not and it was too big after giving them detailed measurements. The other one was two small after giving them detailed measurements. Customer Service is a robot and there is no live person to talk to EVER. Upon submitting the return request which they advertise as free and hassle free, they kept denying it saying there was not enough information after uploading pictures. Then they closed both return and appeal requests which means you can never open it again to try and resolve it. Sellers keep responding with a link to do a return but they have been told I can no longer return because the case was closed. It is a very vicious cycle. They will wear you out until you decide you have just been had and move on. I have gotten something from them before. If you do not have to return it, you might make out okay but why take that risk? They are horrible. Stay far away.
I ordered 125 dollars and something from AliExpress on October 6,2023 I received a few items from this order but (most) have NOT been delivered yet! 4 different packages says delivered BUT I have (NOT) received these packages. I contacted them and the 1st lost package I (did) receive a refund for but the other 3 I have NOT received a refund and they said that I needed to provide documentation that these products were NOT delivered to my home(I DID provide this info to them from my local post office and they confirmed that the tracking numbers provided were (NOT) accurate tracking numbers) BUT they(AliExpress)refuse to give me a refund for these products saying that I did (NOT) provide the required documentation. I JUST WANNA WARN EVERYONE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ALIEXPRESS! THEY ARE LIARS AND RIP OFFS AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!
Saw a cellphone on ali express read the listing then ordered,two weeks later arrived but looked nothing like the listing.i opened a dispute saying listing pics plagerised from samsung websites and told to return for refund.its 10 days since tracking says arrived back at warehouse but seller refuses to respond to my messages. Many visits to the chat service and found agents totally ignorant to helping buyers causing nothing but stress making you feel they are helping these corrupt sellers.1st. Ordered a 14"tablet pc but after delays received a 10"version,complained and was told return and get a full refund,for some reason the return has been stuck in china customs for 34days and counting with seller not bothered to collect.seller wont respond regards my return post costs either.ali express just dont care with stupid chat agents winding you up on chat line,its as though sellers and ali express as corrupt as each other for ripping buyers off,,,
This review replaces previous one,, im not wanting to sound racist but here we have chinese sellers ripping off customers with faulty goods then we have chinese selling site investigating a dispute. Both have gone silent now its two weeks past deadline time. Is anybody else finding it impossible to log onto chat service(24/7)are they having a laugh,,, crap crap crap.
Ordered a tee shirt. X-Large. The shirt finally arrived after a prolonged delivery period and unfortunately is at least a size smaller if not two sizes. The quality is poor as evidenced by the design is peeling and it's supposed to be brand new. Now the exchange or refund process is horrible. Would not recommend.
I ordered a Canon FD to EOS adapter, it was a good price, but it did not arrive. I received several other things today and was checking the door regularly throughout the day.
I consider this company to be completely unreliable if not fraudulent.

Ali Express is acceptable for product display/description/management. However, if you have any simple account management task they will make your account unavailable and refer you to automated assistance or helpers reading from scripts. Apparently they keep no records as they have no submission history. The Ali Express website is probably run by a small circle of very poorly educated, managed, and overseen infants.
Aliexpress charged me $51.87 when I didn't purchase anything. The last time I purchase items was 2 months ago. I contacted them and they said they couldn't do anything and to contact my bank. I told them that my bank told me to contact AliExpress first. Then, AliExpress proceeded to tell me "there's nothing we can do, I hope you are not mad at me" so disrespectful and unprofessional. Sellers are allowed to send anything they want without any supervision. Imagine buying a shower door handle and receiving a hook instead and you have to confirm that it has been delivered before you can apply for refund...first picture is what I bought and the second is what I received and so far no resolution. I purchase a $180.00 product received a 10 cents hook for it
Ordered shoes in size 8 U.S. they sent size 6.5 or so and said that was Chinese size 8. I asked them why a U.S. buyer would order a Chinese size in scale. No answer. Shoes about $120. To return them $61 with little chance they would refund $121, so didn't send. This is their way of offloading shoes in stock. Would NEVER do business with AliExpress ever again.

Purchased a Halloween costume from them but it never arrived. Instead, they sent me an email saying it was delivered. There was no photo of it at my door, and no delivery footage of it on my door camera. I could not get a hold of Aliexpress. Their phone number leads nowhere. The seller would not respond to multiple messages. I filed a dispute on their chat page and they sent me their final solution which was "No refund." This company is a scam. Buyer be ware!
Thats why I changed aliexpress to Temu. I bought hundreds of times in aliexpress but First time I returned item and had to get refund for item and returning fee but got anything. So I lost about 30€.

I purchased 6 items but only 4 were delivered. The 2 missing items were showing as delivered on the account so I contacted the seller to let them know that I did not receive them. They denied my claim because they wanted me to go to the post office and get proof that I did not receive the package and send them the document. A reputable company would have given a replacement or a refund and taken it up themselves to contact the shipping company to look into it. I will never order from this company again because you simply loose your money if something goes wrong with the delivery.
Ordered two items from Aliexpress never received items, will not refund. Total of $84.59 paid with PayPal. They claim it was delivered and signed for. They cannot show a signature.
The photo below reveals various forms of flash memory ordered from Chinese vendors on AliExpress. Additionally, I returned (for $17.90 USPS shipping) 4 Lenovo labeled USB sticks. They were not the least expensive in their categories, preferably name brands, but were less expensive than Amazon, for example. None of the devices received worked properly; all failed multiple tests for fake flash - they had usable memory ranging from 1 TB of 2 TB advertised to 1 GB of 16 TB advertised. All devices were tested within a day or two of receipt using FakeFlashTest on Windows and f3probe/f3write/f3read on Linux. The devices indicated the advertised size to software, but generally could not be formatted with NTFS, ext4, or btrfs file systems - each of which distributes and stores redundant copies of important file access tables in higher sectors. Each was reported to Aliexpress within the 15-day return period asking for a full refund with no return. All of the vendors pushed back with silly requests like a video of the product and stated the screenshots did not reveal any problems. One claimed they were only useful as exFAT formatted devices (which is the formatting that came on them) but even with that format, they did not hold the claimed amounts of content. (My computer spent days copying terabytes of video and pictures to them)
AliExpress needs to police its vendors much better because deliberate fraud is rampant.
Bought 20 mini bugs from Charlie Luna at AliExpress snd only received 1 ($48 for 30 was charged) I put in a dispute and Charlie Luna promised to send me the remaining order but first I needed to drop dispute. I agreed. Waited then when I asked about my order they said I needed to give a good review. I trusted them stil and did. Still no order so they then asked me to pay postage again which I thought was okay another $4.68 but today I got only 1. So I've paid over $50 for 2 x $1.99 bugs.
Don't use them. Ali express are hard to contact and you get no help. Especially don't use Charlie Luna pet supplies.

This is such a bad company. According to track and trace, the package was delivered and it was not. I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months now, but they refuse to conduct an investigation themselves. They are responsible for this, but they do not take that responsibility. I have now received a letter from PostNL stating that it has been lost because this is what they wanted, but I will still not get my money back. They're a bunch of scammers.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
