First time buying and it's been a mission to get things delivered. USPS doesn't help either. After 1 attempt my package was returned to sender. I called USPS to see if I could just pick it up from their location, they didn't have the package, they told me to reach out to AliExpress. I reached out to them and they keep telling me that the package was on hold at USPS. Is a back and forth. USPS says it was returned and AliExpress says USPS has it. Too much of a hassle to save a couple of bucks on stroller parts. I lost money. It's been a month and they won't refund me. The Tracking information stopped updating on their site and USPS permanently days returned to sender. Also I get emails nonstop saying delivery issue but nothing to rearrange. Hate this website.
They sold me a broken MP3 player and did not return the money and wanted me to prove to them through a video how this MP3 player does not produce music through the headphone, a lot of work for 10 dollars.

Ordered boots. Over 2 weeks late, says boots delivered, but no. Customer Service is a joke. No help.
While AE does have tempting deals, unless you go into this with a gamble of money with a big "IF" they send you the correct product and it's undamaged then avoid.
There are a lot of scammers on AE and while that is everywhere, their customer service is horrible. You have to video record all openings just in case something is wrong. Even if there is damage or incorrect item, AE makes you pay to ship it back to China which is very expensive. Then the seller has to confirm they received the item back regardless of tracking. If you send anything back it is most likely never going to get confirmed and not only will you lose your item but also shipping costs.
AE needs a complete overhaul of this process if they ever want to see my business again. There is too much risk involved that things will go the wrong way. AVOID!
Good prices, but products feel pretty cheap. Quality is usually 50/50, depends on what you've ordered. Wouldn't risk ordering anything eatable, but jewelry, clothes, household items, etc... Those never disappointed me
They give you a hard time when it comes to return your item. Be careful. I have been trying to return a dress that didn't fit they way it should be and they are giving me a very hard time and telling me that if I didn't want the dress why did I ordered it. So rude. I'm forced to keep the dress that doesn't fit right and lose my money.
The product variety is good at Aliexpress, however the shipping takes forever to deliver in Mississauga, Canada. ITs very frustrating, and forcing me to consider local shops, or Amazon with a bit higher prices, but for better quality products, better customer service and much faster shipping.
Also, the return is horrible! Since the cheapest option is used for shipping, most of the products I receive are damaged, or very low quality. When I request return, the sellers often push back, and if they agree, they want me to ship the item back to China, for which, the shipping is very expensive from here.

Ordered worx092L order #************** on 11/3/2023, but received worx092L.9 instead. The battery and the battery charger were not included. Asked for refund, seller asked me if I'm willing to accept the compensation. I clicked on Accept to get ready to talk about the details. But, the dispute case was just closed by AliExpress. I contacted AliExpress. AliExpress asked "The seller lied to you?" and they said that nothing AliExpress can do to help me. I must contact the seller to solve the issue myself. But, the seller stopped to respond to me. I lost some money, but AliExpress lost the customers forever
I ordered an wall chaser that advertised as dust free slotting machine. Instead it produced dust as any odinary angle grinder. After opening my dispute the seller carefully modified the advert. After being informed about the scam and the product problems including the faulty water pump with videorecordings and pictures, the support team refused to refund the money. These days this company is runed by thiefs. Beware.
I bought items from Ali for my client to install in his vehicle. I am a automotive tech of 35 years experience. I own a shop in Toronto Canada. I received my shipment to which there was an item missing. I did however get the head unit that I purchase so I went ahead and installed it. It didn't even power up straight out of the box. I wrote a review and requested a return. It was refused, stating they needed proof of proper install. I sent a picture and tried to send two separate videos, one of which would not load after many attempts. I escalated the matter to no avail. The site is difficult to navigate when having a issue, as all of the response on their end goes to my e-mail. When clicking the link to respond, there always is a problem with connectivity. In my opinion, this seems to be "built in" as there shouldn't be issues with communication when problem solving. There certainly isn't when selling or accepting payment. Hard lessons are the best lessons learned. One of my friends has a sound shop around the corner from me and I had to call him for a brand name head unit. I explained my situation and he mentioned that he has gone through the same difficult time with this substandard Chinese made product. " You get what you pay for" he says to me. Well, lesson learned. They can put the money where the sun doesn't shine as far as I'm concerned. Ali will never see a penny from me again! I hope it was worth it, buddy! Have lunch on me!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ALIEXPRESS! I ordered 4 items on one ticket and I only received one and I tried to get a hold of them and I couldn't,this company is a total scam. Thank God that the total was only $7.57, I feel bad for people that have spent way more than that and have gotten scammed by this company I called my bank and they went ahead and reimbursed me back the money since it was not so much and I filed a dispute against the company.
I ordered a battery charger for a hand help air pump. I gave them the model and complete specs for the charger the air pump called for. Aliexpress sent the wrong one. I wanted them to send the correct one and had the wrong one ready to send back. After dealing with the worst web site ever for 2 weeks and complete morons in customer service, I finally accepted their solution which was refund a third of my money. I would give it minus stars if available.

I'm a loyal customer of aliexpress for meny years I have never complain about a seller the service or the company the opposite is true but before 2 weeks iv been scam by one of the sellers that is selling a cardio watch I'm a crippled man with 100% disability and after connecting the seller and notifie him about the problem with the product he star's to ignore my messages and just once told me after I send him pictures to replace the product I even offered him to pay more and buy a better product. He send me pictures and ask for me to choose and since then he is ignoring me and not doing nothing to give me a solution and I discovered in the reviews I'm not the first one.
After I address aliexpress service customer all I get is Empathy and a lot of empty promises like the one that they are apologise and they will take responsibility and give me a fool refund and I will return the watch of course this did not happen.

I had purchased a set of 50 MicroSD cards for my business that was advertised as $0.01 each, it took 2 months for the tracking number to show it was delivered, delivered where? I never received anything and the tracking number provided didn't even exist. It was not a UPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL tracking number, it was a fake made up tracking number to trick you into believing you will receive something when you won't! Don't buy from them, they are a bunch of scammers!
Never order something from them because if you have to return it the process takes months! It's been 2 months and i still haven't received my refund yet!

This has got to be the most pathetic online retailer available honestly im suprised the FTC even lets them sell anything in the US do yourself a huge favor and literally buy items from anywhere but here. They do not honor their return policy and will try anything to not have to honor it. I had to resort for filing a paypal dispute just to get them to take back an item that does not work and they tried to make me pay to ship the disfuctional item back to them... their website states free returns... nope lies lies lies the seller even stated that i could return my item back and ali express stepped in and said i needed to show proof it was not fuctioning which i sent a photo of the item showing that it was not showing what was described to do in the sellers listing ali express stated the proof was insufficient and denied my already approved request to return item from the seller which only left me to file a paypal dispute to get it resolved absolutely the worst site on the internet to buy anything from.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
