1) Bought a SSD drive. Upon receipt it turned out to be a Samsung counterfeit and not working. Applied for a refund. Contacted Samsung's legal department reporting possible IP infringement and Apple Store for hosting an app which allows sellers to offer counterfeit products.
2) Combined shipment (AliExpress standard shipment packed 9 items in one box/bag/.) never arrived.
In case of a refund request their app shows the "fast refund" option only. "Fast refund" is misleading as it's "store credit" (AliExpress refers to it as a "bonus", which you paid for yourself). In order to receive a refund towards your credit card or debit card you have to search for the obscured/hidden options. However in the latter case AliExpress will almost certainly rule the request for refund invalid. This since they don't want to part with the money.
Preferably pay by credit card.
Their customer service is useless. When you get the chat bot, ask for a real person. They are useless too (they feed you lines which seem to be copied from 1930 Shanghai bordello movies). However ask all kind of question to collect proof (emails and screenshots) of their scrupulous business practice. They either hope to wear you down or keep on telling you there is still time to solve the dispute (feeding you the movie lines referred to before).
After you collected the aforementioned proof, file a complaint with your credit card company (in the Netherlands within 90 days - AliExpress will try to drag the case beyond this timeframe) and hand the credit card company the proof you've gathered.
Would leave ZERO stars if I could! Spent over $300 on an item I never received. Seller created a fake tracking number and Ali did not help with the dispute. STAY AWAY!
I was so very excited to find some things for my shop in the Tibetan jewelry realm...placed an order and so now i am out $47.(it could be worse). They entered my mailing address incorrectly and so of course, the delivery "failed". I had submitted my phone number but no one contacted me. I wrote them 6 times to change to my correct address, but no one paid any attention...
I would love to order more goods but i don't trust this company unfortunately. No refund is happening...i would have wanted to speak with a live person, but that seemed impossible. All very frustrating/maddening.
In the past i bought from ebay and never had problem with money back if i had problem with product or not arrived... But i have find cheaper at aliexpress, and ordered from ali many things like tablet, usb, different accesories and i had a lot of problem there... they say buyer protection, free return, refund and many bulls.it what isnt true. I can say from 100 ordered products around half was usable but far not as described, many of them isn't arrived (20% approx) and NO REFUND for not arrived products... they sent me to the post office to ask about my package and there of course no one knows about it... 30% of the products was total garbage... for ex i bought tablet with 512gb memory what has 26gb real and NO REFUND... car interface, electronic devices not usable at all and NEVER REFUND FROM ALIEXPRES JUDGMENT. I can say better buy from ebay, is much safer even is little expensive.
I really like the design of the website and how easy it is to find what you are looking for. The range of products is incredibly wide. I think it's impossible not to find what you are looking for, whatever it is.
Anyway, I got scammed by a shop that never delivered what I ordered. Soon after my purchase the shop got closed and I could not contact anyone
So, be aware of fake shops. They are usually doing some really nice deal, and the estimated deliver is always the best, but once they "sell" their products the shop is closed.
The company should do something to protect the customers from these scammers.
This is the worst in shopping online I ordered 11 items I received 6 items only the 5 items only I asked for a refund after a month of paying things online

Scammed by Aliexpress. Bought a replacement screen for my s23 ultra. It was defective, so I opened a case to return which of accepted. I returned the item with the uk address provided by Aliexpress. After a few weeks I realised the address didn't exist. After 3 weeks I opened a PayPal dispute. Aliexpress gave a china return address to paypal and blamed me for returning to a uk address. I provided all the correct evidence and PayPal sided with Aliexpress. A total scam. You will never get your money back. I lost £208.
Don't buy from these thieves, they don't deliver or refund your money when an order doesn't show up!

I did not receive the product. I opened a ticket for a refund. The buyer suggested that they would investigate and get back to me. By clicking "I accept" this suggestion, my request for a refund was closed and could not be reopened. I still do not have the item. I do not have any information about a delivery date. I cannot request a refund. I am not at all satisified with this company or its vendor.
I recently ordered 48 pairs of sunglasses from AliExpress for $84.56. They were advertised as polarized Lens.
However, upon testing them with a polarized tester card, I discovered they weren't polarized and just regular lens. AliExpress acknowledged via email that the seller had multiple violations and intended to penalize them. Despite this, they only issued a partial refunded of $22.13 out of purchase price of $84.56. And asked me to return the products to them in China & the shipping cost was going to be $50.00.
If I bore the cost of returning the products to China, which amounts to $50.00. Considering the total remaining refund was $62.43, it seems unreasonable to spend $50.00 on return shipping for their mistake. Additionally, AliExpress's return policy clearly promises free returns for items not as described, yet they're not honoring this.
To make matters worse, they've deactivated reviews on the seller's page, preventing me from sharing my experience. I strongly advise caution when purchasing from AliExpress, as their claim of free returns is misleading, and they may expect you to cover return shipping costs.

I've only ordered once, but the shoes I ordered arrived in 3 weeks, in my mailbox at home. I was very satisfied with the experience. The prices are ok, but make sure to check the reviews before ordering.
Company not This is the worst company I know they steal the money from the Customer they send you bad parts and they don't give you back the money then they say it's one's fault because he authorized compare it and my bank TD Bank doesn't work either I tried 3 times to take my $108 and I couldn't I still have the part here with its original packaging
Watch out this Christmas, AliExpress are doing Choice shipping with free returns but it's not free. For example I bought 4 items that came to £16 and few pence, the seller sent me 4 wee thing that would only be worth a couple of pounds. Nothing like I ordered.They might as well sent me nothing. You will lose your order because I opened a case with AliExpress and they gave me return address in the UK that doesn't exist. Have been scammed by the seller JOOYOO Fishing Store and AliExpress

I bought my daughter a cosplay outfit for Halloween from LadyGaga Clothes Company Store (based in China) through AliExpress. When it arrived two weeks past the last expected day of delivery (several days after the holiday), we obviously no longer needed it, so I started the return process, which was both lengthy and quite a hassle. When I finally got them to refund the purchase, they refused to pay the return shipping ($46.21 on an $89.93 before tax item). Dealing with AliExpress customer service generally got me told to deal with the seller (LadyGaga etc), who generally took a day or two to respond. Overall, the worst shopping experience of my life. After the initial purchase, everything felt like pulling teeth.
I had a horrible experience in buying from AliExpress. They do not take any responsibility of items purchased from their site. They have bad companies selling garbage on their site. Customer service looks very 'nice' in answering your questions, but do nothing to keep their promises, in fact they will turn around and backstab you. This is bad for China's image. Please do not buy anything from AliExpress. They are thieves and robbers.
I got scammed out of two dollars on debt 5 dollars this is very sad aliexpress is not good i like amazon more.

Sent me a fake bike rack for my Super73. It's too small for the frame and they refuse to refund my money. Said they would but want me to send the part back to CHINA on my dime.

Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
