They sent me coupons in 100 USD value to use for buying on Ali. There was written they will be available for 5 days after activation. I did not activate them, get back to Ali after 10 days, wanted to use them, and there was written they are expired.

So that "activation" probably means receive them. When I told this to Ali support They told me It's OK, there is no problem. We will have next event and You will maybe get some new coupons. Scammers:-)

I get all the negative reviews and I don't blame them. But you have to keep in mind that this is suppose to be a site that offers things with a cheaper price so the quality is definitely not going to be that good. It's fine if you're buying things for a school project or something but don't expect great quality stuff. Now I gave it a four stars because I already know sites like these won't provide me with clothes or more conventional things that'll live up to my expectations so I don't even try. But I get all of my stationary stuff like cute pens and paper bookmarks and TONS of stickers from this site since let's get real Asian stickers are wayyy cuter and cheaper than American ones especially on AliExpress (compared to Etsy or anime conventions). The stickers are actually really good quality too. And customer service isn't that bad, yeah it takes time for them to get back to you but they do reply and solve your problems. One of the sellers messed up my order and gave me a refund without me sending the item back. Another thing is shipping takes forever so if you need something really quick, don't get it from the site. I always buy things that I want but not need so I'm never in a rush to get them. Plus usually it takes about a month maybe earlier) to get your items so by the time I get it, I'll forget about it but then when I receive it, I'll get super excited as if I got a present in the mail. That's it for my review, only order stationary (I highly recommend stickers) or small stuff like earrings from this site and stay away from clothes or things that are too good to be true. Don't take it so seriously and just go browse around and have fun with it. P.s. You can also use Ebates with it if you do decides to shop there. Good luck!

There is almost no mobile connection. 4G and LTE nowhere else, and 2G and 3G only in some places.
I decided to check the originality of the phone. Each phone has its own unique number IMEI
(Dial * # 06 # to see your device IMEI)You can check on the site www dot imei dot info. This number belongs to another phone.
I contacted the seller and he offered to return the phone and pledged to pay the postal expenses and give me full refund for the phone.
I sent the parcel back to the address indicated on it, provided proof to the seller, and he said that this was not his address.
I opened a dispute, and AliExpress allowed me to prove that people on the other end have a hard time hearing me and that the phone is counterfeit.
And this is after my phone was gone.
Money was not returned to me
