I'm satisfied with the service AliExpress had provided for me. I've ordered a few items and I was able to track them while they were in transit. Will definitely order again.

So far so good, hadn't had problems with the service. Maybe delays with delivery but nothing too long of a wait.

I love the dress. Same like picture, perfect outfit, shipping was very fast, and seller was nice. Communication with seller is great.

Both gorgeous dies, Santa's face needs to be a little bigger though, fantastic seller, the seller went above and beyond to make sure I got the dies in perfect condition and a great price, highly recommend the seller, Wonderful :)

I have been using ali express since almost two years. Most of the vendors/suppliers are very well committed.

They let their sellers to send poor quality goods. After dispute they demand you return for your expenses. So no goods, no money. No buyer protection at all

I have only positive experience shopping on this site. I always receive what I ordered and the quality of products is always great. AliExpress choose only trustworthy sellers that is why I prefer this store over others. Keep up the great work AliExpress!

Useless. The seller can ship broken non working stuff and gets money for it.
When you open a dispute you get a refund of 10% of the money you spend. Thats useless
