I have been using this site for more than 3 years, I can tell I always received packages and there were no problems.

It states on their website that they have easy returns and refunds- IT IS A LIE! I have been fighting with them to return products, on my expense, for items that were not as described and they will not accept them. They are not a reputable company/business to deal with.

So I ordered 100 led light bulbs for my place but when they arrived none of them worked! I couldn't figure out why... they fit and were the right size. I finally found out they are rated for a different country's voltage. The return shipping would cost me almost as much as I paid for them! I'm never dealing with these people again.

I like AliExpress because of the huge selection and great value I can find. I have had a few bumps along with way with different purchases but all have been fixed in the end.

Иногда сотрудники Алиэкспресс защищают мошенников. Например продавец даже и не присылал товар, а деньги получил. Продавец мотивировал тем что я якобы сам его не получил. Представив в споре все доказательства того что продавец не отправлял товар, Алиэекспресс не разобравшись встал на сторону мошенников. Не справедливо!

Очень нравится покупать на Али! Всегда товар качественный!
