I made a purchase online with AliExpress for $109.27 on 6-14-2023 & was supposed to have received 8 Disney shirts (purchased for my Disney Cruise which is on 8-1-2023) by 7-6-2023 and NO Later than 7-11-2023 per their "on-time guarantee" delivery. I have contacted the seller, AliExpress, ACI (shipping partner that claims USPS has it), and USPS (which claims the shipping partner has it) and NO one knows where this pkg is BUT AliExpress claims the carrier is trying to deliver it, and wants me to wait til 8-18-2023 for delivery of these items that I purchased on 6-14-2023 that has been "out for delivery" since 6-26-2023. AliExpress nor the sellers are able or willing to give me any information as to where this package is, what carrier has this package, or an ETA for this package. I only receive daily emails claiming to be "shipping updates"

Order a face mask. Did not receive it. Did not get a refund. Was told to check with the neighbors to see if they received it… say what! Neadles to say this was the last thing I have ordered from aliexpress. It was only $14.00 but still…
Was told I had received the item. Was even sent a tracking slip
(1) The address is not correct so the item could not have been delivered.
(2) The phone number on the order which was supposed to be mine is wrong.
(3) I approached Australia Post with the tracking order and was told the tracking number of the item they cannot find a copy. It is not in their system. Also, the QR code does not work.
AliExpress just do not want to deal with me on this matter. I feel scammed.

The products are cheap but it takes quite a lot of time for the purchased products to reach. As they mostly use USPS for ground handling at USA, there is absolutely no certainty when the products will be delivered.
A case in point is order # xxxxxxxxx*******. This product is moving with USPS since 14.07.23 and is yet to be delivered. Tracking on the USPS website shows that it is in transit and likely to be delivered on 19.07.23 (which was not). Moreover, the tracking has not been updated since 18.07.23. There is no communication from Aliexpress on this. God only knows when my order will be delivered.
These are the reasons why I have stopped purchasing any product from Ali Express. Their customer service is equally non-responsive.
The staff are good and professional. But the policy is only good and great for show. It takes a lot of time to write and feedback to them on what supposed to be. Write many times and at the end give me some craps. Do not want to waste any more time communicating. I will never buy anything from Ali Express anymore. FULL STOP and GOODBYE. There are many other online retails.

On 20th June 2023 I purchased a set of Chinese Textbooks advertised as:
"2021 Newest Hot HSK Standard Course."
What I got is the old textbooks printed in 2016, a set of which I have on my bookshelve. I paid $350.37 for these so-called "Newest" textbooks. I paid for them by PayPal. They were less than no help. So I cancelled my PayPal account.
This is very deceptive advertising that AliExpress.com should not permit on its platform.
There is nothing Newest and Hot about these textbooks. And why did the advertisement state the year as being 2021? That is the year the New HSK Textbooks were announced by the Ministry of Education.

I was told 12 day gaurantee! And on time delivery! False! It's been almost a month and still nothing! That is definitely false advertising. And they won't give me a refund because it's in protection mode or whatever that means! I'm supposed to just be patient! This place is a rip off and a joke! I'm trying to sue their fake asses!
Purchased garden water timer, vendor does a bait and switch, got useless plastic figures that were discretely mentioned in the ad. Launched a complaint with the seller and with AliExpress, cryptic process, with little feedback. Ended up $5 out of pocket and a huge waste of time.
I have ordered several times from AliExpress and it's products and services are so bad that I have decided no more buys with this bad company. My purchase items came to me as damaged, missing part, defective, used item and broken sent to me as new, late late arrival, etc. the time has come no more no more AliExpress. The last encounter was defective item was refused to refund. See the picture as attached here. I buy no more from AliExpress and that is my recommendation. Btw. The AliExpress seller is Smart 3C Storage store, I have warn them that I will tell this seller to the world.
They decided in favour of the seller even though we have sent the item back with the prove. I lost my money and they didn't reimburse me. Totally scam.
I never received my order. It was scheduled then delayed then they claimed it was delivered and I never received it. Very disappointing. Finding customer service on their site is really a hide and seek game. This is a scam I suspect.
I order 3 items and never received them. It took a month in transit! And when finally the package seem to be out for delivery it never arrived. I contacted USPS and they said that the package had the address incomplete and they had to return it. The application is freezing all the time and it took me hours to be able to report the trouble. They denied me the reimbursement! And after wasting hours trying to contact customer service they said that they were going to "help" me with the reimbursement finally. I have not received any yet! Worst experience ever

The sign in process is unreliable. My log in identity and password were absolutely correct but it took ten attempts to get in. During that time I had to have a code sent to me a number of times. Each time the code took longer to reach my email address before their system cancelled the code and sent me another one. I was "forced" to link my facebook account and my google account to their site in an attempt to log in. This didnt work either. Their help bot was absolutely useless. It did not understand anything I said to it and kept asking me about product complaints. There was nothing about log in difficulty. I have absolutely no confidence in them.
A very bad experience with them. They have been charged lot of money from my account without notify me, besides product cost. They did not written anywhere that they will charged International fee, WH tax, FED Tax etc...

Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
