I paid extra for swift delivery. It was still very slow, took far longer than promised. Highly misleading!

Of my order most was 100%. One book did make it within its delivery window but took around 15 days so I was getting a little worried I would need to follow up

It's always super easy to buy books from you. Shipping can vary, depending on where it's coming from but overall it's always a good experience.

Alibris emailed that bookstore had shipped item when in fact that was when the label was printed. Took the store 5 days before book left there warehouse. Took 9 days to ship a book about 60mi.

I have ordered quite a few books from Alibris and I have never been disappointed. They are usually in great condition and many time like new. I am always pleased.

In the past, I had some issues with undelivered books. Now, the tracking was working perfectly, I could monitor the status of my book, and it arrived on time. I'm quite happy about this improvement, thank you!

Shipping process was terrible. There was no way for me to track the package without an appropriate tracking number, which dod come weeks later. The original delivery date was way off, not even close. Condition of disc is questionable. Caes was cracked on the bottom, with scotch tape to cover the roughness. However, the disc's appear to have never been used or very minimal use. I think " like new" would have been more appropriate. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. And grateful to have received this hard to find item.

I asked support how the book would be shipped, and got back a generic email about shipping in general, which didn't help. I asked again for more clarification, but didn't hear, so ultimately had to choose a totally different and way more inconvenient shipping address. (USPS won't deliver to our street address, and FedEx/UPS won't deliver to our PO Box, so I need to know which carrier will be used so I can give you the proper shipping address.)

I was looking for a rare book and was able to find it on Alibris where I couldn't find it on other sites. One other site did have it but it was $15 more. Great selection of books and great prices!

Temper your expectations, but is is the best way to get the information your looking for at a price you can afford. Furthermore, Amazon won't let you own the Kindle books you "bought", so just buy the genuine article at a better price.

The entire process cannot be made any easier. Additionally, I didn't need to drive to my local bookstore to make this purchase.

Super easy! Found the book I was looking for, was able to order two copies at a lower price than on Amazon. Could view multiple sources (used, new, paperback, hardcover). I needed two copies of the same book and was able to find them from a single seller at a lower price than on Amazon.
