I received a book which was not the title I ordered, error on the sellers part. When I requested they send me the correct book they said I would need to pay postage to return the book they sent me in error - not my error but theirs!

The copy of the book was in better condition than its rating. The price was good, and delivery time was fine. Very satisfied with my transaction.

Alibris is my very favorite place to shop for books... even with shipping costs, I can buy more books for less money with Alibris that at any other store. It is super easy, very reliable and so much fun!

Ordering is easy. Nice to be able to use PayPal. Only negative is shipping charges, which can be more than the book. Will use again, though.

Experience buying wasn't bad. The seller took 4 days to mail out my book. I really needed it in a timely manner for class. I don't blame Alibris. I just would've bought elsewhere if I would've known it would've taken so long to get to me.

You have a good search engine with plenty of sort options, and a vast network of book dealers for finding what I'm looking for.
A complaint I have is that it is tricky to find the shipping. I suppose there is a way to sort by sellers, like I prefer Alibris as the seller so that I can work toward free shipping. All in all, I do appreciate Alibris.

It was refreshing to find an alternative to Amazon for books. My order arrived sooner than projected and in perfect condition.

While the price was good and the delivery was done in a timely manner, the actual condition of the book was not in line with the description. It was listed as VERY GOOD, but there is underlying all through the book. For a book like this where the messaging is one of self-discovery this is highly distracting.

I bought a book through Alibris, and was very satisfied with the condition of the book. While it took a little bit longer to arrive than I anticipated, it was not an issue, I was not in a hurry. Overall, very satisfied with my experience, and recommend Alibris.

The books were affordable and reasonably priced. Easy online purchase. Good communication by Alibris before and after purchase of the items. Shipping was moderately fast. The items were securely packaged. Good range of content. Books were well presented. Pleased with my purchase overall.

As I have only just ordered the books it is too soon to qualify the full service including the delivery of the books in a timely fashion and the condition of said books.

I watched this movie as a little child all my grandparents that let me watch it are no longer alive and this was a nostalgic way to remember all the memories we had watching this movie…now it is my kids favorite movie 🖤

Huge sticker shock with shipping costs, even from the SAME source. Not easy to sort within one shop (e.g., for audiobooks). Should be a discount if we shop exclusively from one seller, as they can ship all the books together.

The price of the book was the cheapest around but the delivery of the book was the slowest. When I tracked the book, it showed at one location for a week and got me worried that something was wrong. But it eventually got delivered. I don't mind waiting a week for a book if it means I can get it for really good price.
