Kept getting canceled and the replacing it with a higher priced one. When it finally came 3 weeks later there was a 50 cent sticker on it so I paid way to much and was jerked around. Will most likely not be using this store again

I have been pleased with all my purchases. I have never had a problem. My orders are described accurately. Packaged well and shipped promptly. They have also been reasonably priced even for hard to find copies. What's not to like?

I was very satisfied, as always. The site is very user friendly with a voluminous number of available books. The prices are beyond reasonable. I always recommend Alibris whenever I'm talking to anyone about books.

Suddenly recalled an "old" movie from the mid-'90s—indie, apparently—featuring Bridget Fonda, Kenneth Mars, James Broadbent, and Russell Crowe. *Rough Magic*. Actually found it and rented it on Prime Video, then decided I wanted my own copy. (Quirky, coloring-outside-the-lines rom-com) Where to go? Alibris.com

Alibris has great selection, wonderful sales and coupons. I heard about EJ Fisch's Ziva Payvan books through a self-published sci-fi contest. Alibris had almost every book in the contest! So cool that Alibris has such unique and desirable books.

Easy website - love the wish list feature. Good search features; I generally know exactly what I am looking for. Makes the site extremely efficient.

Order was shipped on time and delivered quickly. I bought it for someone and they love it so I have no complaints and would definitely use this site again in the future.

Yay! That was easy! So glad this book came back... there were some issues, but Alibris seems to be so on it--and those issues have apparently been resolved!

This book that I purchased was the least expensive of all the online books sites. The book I received was in an excellent condition and as if brand new. Extra bonus was that it is in a large print! Very happy with my purchase.

Alibris makes it easy to search for books, choose the format, condition and price that one is comfortable with and the method of payment.

I ordered all 8 of my books from Alibris directly 10/7. My payment went through 10/8. The expected shipping period was from 10/9-10/11. The order says shipped 10/17 but didn't actually ship until 10/19 and arrived 10/25. So 2weeks past when I though it would get here considering shipping location but it all arrived intact and in good condition so no complaints there. Other than the shipping time (minor issue) I am pretty happy with my consumer experience.

They have an amazing library of books from new to used. In todays digital world it it sometimes hard to find a copy of a book.

For whatever reason, the No Game No Life manga has suffered in the ability to get a copy in 2025 with Trump's illegal tariffs. No local stores had it, almost no website had it, yet Alibris has been 2/2 on volumes. They were in great condition and were not upcharged due to scarcity (Amazon is trying to ask for $150+ for volume 2). Thank you for not ripping me off and enabling me to collect these manga volumes at a fair market price!

I should have used Alibris in the first place. I ordered the book through Amazon, and the Amazon vendor assigned a 9-digit tracking number, not the necessary 10-digit number. Meaning I'll never get the book. I had to wait a month to even request a refund. F*ck Amazon!

The delivery was as outlined but I realized that the order did not contain the 56 cards to complete the set. So I returned the book.
